Description of Work: Whole house gas fumigation. Three day, two night service. Those tenting the house were professional and careful around the property, plants, etc. And when I called the office about delays, they promptly told me when the team would arrive. The office and field teams could improve their communications to the customer. But they were tolerant of my calls about such.

Termites were still visible after 4 days and when I called the company to voice my concern, they told me that I would have to give the treatment at least four weeks to work. Four weeks later, I still had termites active on my premises. The company sent out another technician today and he treated the sites that were showing termite activity. I will keep a close eye on my property.

Overall, the experience was good, the inspector was prompt and thorough and the person who came and treated the house was also professional and insured all of the areas noted in the inspection were treated.

Description of Work: We had our house fumigated for termites. They were friendly, quick, accommodating, reasonable, and accessible - everything we could ask for.

Description of Work: I Needed termites treated. They inspected the outside and inside of the house and determined that my problem was primarily underground termites. I was having trouble differentiating services with the other provider that I had come to my house, but I felt that with Surf City I understood a little better what kind of products would be used. They treated with something touted as more ecological than some other treatments. I was very happy with the service and the technicians who came to my house. I am not able to say if they are actually better, but I can say I was happy with the process. Their fee was $925, about $50 more than my other estimate. They treated around my house for underground termites, and one spot in the garage for drywood termites. They also sprayed the outside of the house for spiders and ants. The gave me an acceptable quote for repairing the damaged wood, and I may have them complete that soon since I am back from vacation now.
