Description of Work: Painted and replace a facia board and patched some wood areas under the eves. It went well. I asked if they could straighten the rain guard following their work...they listened and straightened it out.

Description of Work: We bought a one year deal for Surf City Pest, and they have done basic pest control, inside and outside for three treatments so far. They are punctual and courteous. In fact, they are refreshingly aggressive in calling to schedule appointments every 3 months. They have put in more effort than other companies I've used, even going so far as to sweep away cobwebs from the eves all around out two story house. Overall, great service.

Description of Work: Inspected for presence of rodents in the attic (we had heard noises.) No evidence was seen, however, Nathan left a mouse trap free of charge so that we could check it for piece of mind. I couldn't believe the visit (and trap) was free! Very professional and patient with my concerns. Will definitely use them in the future for termites or other pests. (By the way- still no rodents!)

Description of Work: We got 3 estimates/inspections from different companies. Surf City provided the most complete inspection and didn't exaggerate the issues. I did not feel as if I was being "sold". They arrived on time. Called 1/2 hour before to let me know they were on their way. They found the problems and explained how they would treat. Felix was very professional and allowed me to ask as many questions as I wished. Two days later I received a written report which was very thorough. I had some questions about the estimate and the office responded quickly and clearly. We made an appt for 1 week out. I had to change the appt time two days before and they found another window same week. No drama. I choose to go with them based on their professionalism & responsiveness. Their price was competitive and they honored the Angies discount without me having to ask for it. Overall a positive experience - if you can call having your house treated for termites positive ;-)

Description of Work: Treated the attic for termites, repaired termite damage in a number of locations, spot treated termites in a number of exterior locations and sealed the attic to keep out critters.

Description of Work: Inspected house for termites. Performed tenting of house for termite eradication. They showed up on-time for the initial inspection and for the tenting. Price was fair and service was professional.
