Description of Work: A personnel from the company called and told me they are busy so the earliest appointment will be three weeks apart. It was my first time using Angie's List. I purchased a coupon deal to use the pest control four times within a year for $250. |On the day of an appointment, the guy called my 2 1/2 hours earlier and told me he will arrive less than 30 minutes. I had hurry back home. The guy came and told us to stay outside for two hours. I took my kids out and started my car to stay away from home. The guy already finished. WT??? Less than five minutes. Anyway, I came back two hours. I opened the door. No smell. No sign of any kind of treatment. I found the door tag that supposed to explain what he did. Nothing was marked. None of the chemicals listed was marked. No dead insects were found. Instead, we found several live ones.I still got bit and my three children were suffering too. Lucky the weather got cold within a week and now we see less insects. Naturally curing.

Description of Work: It went great. I saw almost an immediate improvement. Some of the spiders/webs outside did come back after 3-4 weeks, but they did say they will come back and spray again at no cost if that happened.

Description of Work: **I've only had one service, so it's hard to say how well this will go. The service is for a year. There were a few bugs, but that's probably normal. They seem to be mostly gone. The worker showed up on time, was courteous, didn't leave a mess, and I was pleased with that.
