Description of Work: agreement was to spray outside on two properties and the garage and to spray inside in one of the properties...... it was done so fast ..... that i don't know how effective it'll be. |Adrian (tech) was very polite and pleasant and he explained what he was going to do, but it all transpired so fast that i was sort of left in shock. | |How effective can this be.... it took me all morning to set up kennels, outside for my pets, and it was over in a blink. Not sure i'd go with them again, even though, this was a coupon deal.

I'm sad to see that you were not completely happy with your services. The services that we provided for you has a 30 day warranty for general pest. That means that if you see any pests --- call us. We will go out and retreat your property at no additional cost. I did spoke to Adrian and he did mention that the treatment was done in a timely manner. The property is not that big, and it looked like you were prepared for your treatment. Also the chemical that he used is very effective, We feel confident that your pest issues will be resolved. Please don't hesitate to call us, if you have any questions or concerns. We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with our work.
