Found most bugs out. Some re-appeared sooner than expected- that's why Quality = B. This is 4 times a year service - 2 out, 2 to go. Hired them independently to plug, treat and replace the insulation in the attic for a rat problem. They did a good job on that, especially the price was 2/3rd of competitors.

Everything went well. They showed up on time and were very courteous.

I chose this company because they use natural pesticides. When I called to set up the appointment for the deal I purchased, I was told I could not use the natural pesticides for this deal. This restriction is not mentioned on the deal page. I am unwilling to use chemical pesticides or pay additional money so I need a refund.

Exceptional communication in set-up take down of tent. Great work in the home. Very punctual. All the work was performed in a timely manner.

Professional organization. Polite, prompt, knowledgeable. Estimate was slightly higher than the company we ended up choosing but wouldn't hesitate to allow them to bid on another job in the future.

It eliminated the fleas and ants.

Very well. We had a very bad problem at first, and the ants came back about a month after the initial treatment. Surf City came back to re-treat the house at no cost. The re-treat finished the ants off. They said they had a guarantee, they meant it and they stood by it.

instruction prior were very clear. Very responsive to all our questions and concerns. Felt very comfortable with all the people that came on the day of the treatment. Minor damage occurred which was dealt with quickly and professionally at no extra cost. Would recommend surf city to anyone.

I am EXTREEMLY pleased with this company! Evidently what they do works. Since I purchased this home in approx. 1986 I have had "the great American cockroach" and they scare me to death! I get up for work @ 4am, prime bug time. Since Surf City came I have not seen one, NOT ONE!! Wellllll, I've seen a dead one, and that just recently. I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone that has a "critter" issue. Their receptionist is excellent, their servicers are qualified and friendly, and their work is spot-on.

There was a misunderstanding at first and the gentleman was an hour late. The gentleman came back on a Sunday to do the job which was very nice.

Providers were punctual, thorough and professional.

It went great, the fumigator was very knowledgeable and he answered all my questions thoroughly. He was polite and very business like. He was very fast but meticulous and once done he took his time answering other questions that I thought about as he was rolling up the fumigation hose and getting ready to leave. He told me every do and don't when it came to the length of time to stay out of the house and what to do and not to do when we were back in. Finally, when I insisted on giving him a tip he refused multiple times and said he would rather I give the company a good review because to him that was more important. I thought that was saying something about that employee and that company!!! I waited five weeks to write this review because our ant problem was so bad I was afraid to jinx myself and the minute I wrote the review those darn ants would come back!!! They told me to give it at least two weeks and I saw some ants before the two weeks was done which they told me would be normal. Thankfully, by the beginning of the third week the ants were completely gone!!! It was almost like my residency was considered a house of death for them. That is a title I don't mind my house having!!! They give a one month guarantee and they do follow-up spraying to ensure that those ants never come back again and I am going to take them up on that offer because the poison will not last forever and I do not want to see any more ants. They've been terrific and very efficient. No problems at all.

I purchased the quarterly pest control package. They would not give me the Angie's List deal because I wanted the eco-friendly version (I have small kids). They quoted me one price and billed me $20 more, no explanation. The staff was friendly but the service as poor. They did not clean up the spider webs. Also the eco-friendly version does not work well at all.

They were very professional. Calls got returned right away. Tech showed up on time and gave us a 30 minute call prior to arriving. We had to exit the home and take with us 3 dogs and 1 cat and the tech was very patient with us, since trying to load up that many pets on a car is tricky. He explained where the spray was going to be placed and asked us what areas we wanted more attention. Since there was a 30 day guarantee, we had to call again cause ants kept coming back. They came back and re applied treatment and we are now free of an ant infestation. Thank you Surf City.

I had poor luck with a couple of other companies. Surf City was very well-rated and nearby, so I decided to go with them. I'm very happy I did! It was a great experience from start to finish. The staff in the office whenever I called seemed very focused on customer service and efficiency. Nathan was the technician. He was more than prompt, arriving an hour early, which was nice for me. He checked everything out, and even gave a discount for being a member with Angie's List. He also checked and treated my attic, for which he gave me a great deal. He was very professional, and his workmanship was impeccable. I even had to call him back to make sure he had done something, as the last company that treated my cabinet had visibly done something. I was impressed by the low-profile of his work on my beautiful, custom cabinet. I asked about their annual maintenance plan, and am definitely considering signing up! A+!

I initially called because I had a problem with ants. Surf City came the first time. I noticed a reduction in bugs but not the ant. I called and told them that the ant problem was not abated. They told me that it was part of their guarantee and that they would come out again. It took a couple of weeks between when I called and when we were scheduled. By the time they came, I hadn't seen any ants. I guess it took awhile for the spray to have its effect on the ants. They re-sprayed the select area that I requested. I have three more treatments as part of quarterly treatments. This service may become permanent for me.

Came on time. Very professional and punctional. Discussed on what he is going to do and what it would happen. Crockets and ants started to die immediately. And it takes about 2 weeks to really take effect. Pretty much on schedule. Most pest are gone.

I'm unable to have the service done at this time.

The visit went very well. We had just purchased this home, and it had been overrun with ants and things in the back yard. We also noticed a nest of ants in the front yard. The technician investigated the nest, looked them up in his book and told me that if the solution he brought as part of my deal would eradicate those ants, then he would take care of it at no extra cost. He was very efficient with his time and I appreciated his professionalism and courtesy.

I don't think the first service was that great because we still have a lot of ants but I will call him to do a follow up spray.
