The reviews are correct, every step of the process was painless and a pleasure. There was no pressure, everyone was knowledgable and the work looks great. If recommend this company highly.

He was courteous and friendly. He cleaned the granite countertop well then applied 2 coats, with about 20 min between applications. I didn't see the product he used to seal the granite. It looked very shiny afterward, but only lasted until I wiped it with water and dried it with a towel. Whatever he used didn't fill in the areas of warn off seal like I expected. I mentioned it to him before he left and he said it was normal. I asked him to patch the chips but he said I shouldn't because the pieces will fall out and they are sharp and could cut someone. My counter doesn't look any different than it does when I apply a granite polish preserver. I have never had the granite re-sealed before, so perhaps this is the best that can be done. But, it seems to me that it could have been done better. I feel I wasted $200.

Evaristo did an excellent job. There was an extra charge for re-grouting the sink and the granite and he also did a very nice job on that. I told the owner of the company on the phone that I had grease stains and he suggest as a cost saving measure that I buy the stain remover that he suggested and remove the stains myself. If the company did this type of stain removal it would necessitate several trips back to the house to work on the granite and would be quite costly. I opted to buy the stain remover and give it a try. I used it 3 times in some places and managed to get most of the stain out. Evaristo got the rest cleaned up and granite that I thought was beyond saving now looks beautiful. I highly recommend Sureshine Care and Restoration Services.

We had a little glitch at first, where they had scheduled and no one showed up. It turned out to be a computer problem with their calendar. I did believe her, and since they had such good reviews, we went ahead and rescheduled. From that point on everything was absolutely wonderful. The crew was great. About 8 guys showed up to do the cleaning, and they couldn't wait to show us the work when it was done. They took great pride in their work, and it was beautiful.

Using an Angie's list coupon, I called to make an appointment. It was an easy process. The provider showed up promptly, explained what he would do and suggested the caulking be done in certain areas. It took him only a little over an hour. He did a great job. When I asked how often I needed to have this cleaning/sealing done, he said not any more than every three years. That showed me his honesty as he easily could have said every year. He was very professional and clearly knowledgable. I highly recommend him.

When I first bought my condo, I was excited to see the marble counter tops in the bathrooms. However, upon further inspection, I could see that the marble was stained and dull looking. That was a shame because these counter tops should have been the focal point of the bathrooms. I contacted Sureshine to find out if restoration was possible. The customer service I received was outstanding; including excellent communication and responsiveness. Sureshine was able to restore the beauty! The color and shine are exquisite. I like looking at the countertops when the room is dimly light because even then the bright shine comes through?it?s gorgeous! Thank you.

If I could have given an A+++ for punctuality, quality and responsiveness, I would have. Evaristo arrived early from his prior appointment, allowed me to show him my concerns, discussed what he would do and what products he would use and got right to work. He worked non-stop for 2 1/2 hours. I have a large U shaped kitchen with full granite slab counters, an oversized island and full height backsplashes. Although we had intermittently sealed the granite over the years, we had not polished it since it was installed 12 years ago. Everything looks like brand new! I had purchased an Angie's List Deal for cleaning and sealing only. Upon calling for the appointment, Paige (receptionist) was polite and professional. She answered my questions, confirmed my appointment and answered a question I had (one she initially did not know) and advised on the pricing for adding polishing to my deal. She even gave me a reminder call the day before. I have about 1000 sq feet of travertine I want cleaned, ground, refilled and Evaristo gave me a quote for that as well, which I will have completed in April. Thank you Evaristo and Sureshine! I was very unhappy with them. It was ok with the granite but not perfect. I felt like it was a waste of my money. They came out after I called them and were very nice. When he came out, he wasn't prepared for some granite that was chipped and said "I don't have anything to fix that" and "would you like us to come some other time". They told me they would have to fix it and it would cost more. They came back out and still didn't have all the right equipment and they were charging me for a special tool to use a diamond something tool. But because of the angle it was at they weren't able to use that anyway. Then they said they wouldn't really be able to fix it either. I told them they was charging me more for using the tool and they weren't using it, so why are were they charging me more. They then called the owner and he said I didn't have to pay if I didn't want to. I said no, I didn't mind paying if they were actually going to do something, but they were telling me I am paying for this tool and then they told me they couldn't use it. They told me just to pay an extra $100.00 over the $200.00 charge. So I said fine. I think they even did a terrible job on the shining. There was a lot of spots that I saw later. It was a mess. They came out 2 times to my house and did not do a good job. They weren't professional.

Unfortunately I wasn't home when they did the work but as best as I can tell, it turned out fine.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal from Sunshine Care & Restoration Services to clean and seal the granite Kitchen counter tops in a 2 bedroom rental. They were very responsive an getting back to me once I purchased the Deal. As I live 1 hour from my rental units it was necessary for them to coordinate with my property manager to make arrangements with the tenant to schedule a time to do the work as I would be unable to be on-site. Sunshine Care & Restoration Services were very profession in their dealing with my Manager and completed the work in a timely manner. My Manager inspected the completed work and was very happy with the results. I would highly recommend Sunshine Care & Restoration Services to anyone who might need their services.

Called to make an appointment for an estimate and was able to get on the list in two days. Sergio showed up on time for the estimate. He provided information on the services and cleaning process. He also provided me with information on how to clean and care for the travertine floors. We were able to make an appointment for the service the following week. On service day the crew showed up on time with 4 guys. They divided up the house and were able to complete the job in about 4 1/2 hours. They did a great job. The tile and grout in the shower was in really bad shape. It looks noticeably better, not like new but pretty good for a 20 year old house. The cost was a bit high but the bathrooms look good enough that I can hold off on renovating for a few more years.

Enjoyed having this group of guys working in my home. They were professional and thorough, but were also a lot of fun. Part of the group was late arriving (had to pick equipment/supplies), but the two guys that did come on time, went ahead and got started. The project was to start at 9:00 a.m. and end at 5:00 p.m. and this company was ON SCHEDULE. We installed our unfilled travertine in 2000 and this is the first time it had ever been deep-cleaned so there was a lot of dirt and grime in the grout, etc. My floors are absolutely beautiful and look like they did when they were first installed.

.Crew arrived 10 minutes early and went right to work. They worked non stop for 7 hours and were back the next day and finished the job. They were professional and hard working. The managers, Ted and Sergio were often by to check on the job. The floor has NEVER been this beautiful. The natural pattern of the stone actually pops! When my wife arrived home from work she was thrilled! (you know what they say, "when Mama is happy everybody is happy") My sincere thanks to Ted, Sergio and Paige for the wonderful job.

Our exterior slate was badly worn, stained and had not been sealed in years. Additionally, we had a good portion of the grout exhibiting efflorescence (whitish, powered/crystallization coming up through the grout) and a percentage of the areas missing or having eroded grout. Sureshine recommended that they saw-cut and remove all the old grout, re-grout all the areas with a special expoxy grout and then clean and reseal everything. I checked one of their references, who had similar efflorescence issues with their slate, and he was very satisfied. While the cost was significant, I could see that there would be a large amount of labor needed in removing all that old grout and replacing it with the more expensive expoxy grout. The size of the job resulted in about two weeks of work and these guys were on it the entire time, even in some of the hottest summer weather we've had this year in the valleys. Their lead supervisor, Sergio, knows this business and his team did a fantastic job. The application of the epoxy grout is tricky given how sticky expoxy can be and it was evident that their team is experienced in handling and applying this over large areas. I would have to say that my wife and I are very pleased with the resulting work and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Sureshine did a fantastic job on my floors. They look brand new. I moved into a house with a 4 year old floor that had never been cleaned. Before my furniture arrived I had Sureshine come out so that they could get to every area before I placed furniture. I went with them because of their great reviews on Angie's List and Yelp and the praise is all earned. The estimator and the two man crew who did the work were all very nice, professional, and gave me lots of tips to care for my new floor. The work crew took great care to cover my baseboards and cabinets to protect them. Paige in the office went above and beyond to be sure my payment was processed the way I wanted. Everyone at Sureshine did their jobs really well and were a pleasure to work with. The price was very good. I had my stone floor cleaned at my old house by another company who charged more and the floors looked just as bad when they left as when they started. I will be using Sureshine on a regular basis to keep the floors looking as good as I now know they can.

This was a follow up. Sergio and his team polished and sealed our shower floor, counter tops and bathroom floor as well as cleaning our outdoor fountain backdrop. As I reviewed in March, they did a fabulous job. Now the important test: would the company be as responsive to a very small job which needed attending to? I am so pleased and happy to report they were! Sergio immediately returned my call, saw what the problem was by having me send him a picture of the tile (ah, technology!) and had his man here the next day to do it. Can't even tell where the missing "chunk" was! Jose was fastidious once again and the charge was minimal. I have referred this company to friends, who have been equally pleased and satisfied. What a pleasure to have a company I can count on. Thanks Ted and Sergio!

Two guys spent two days cleaning and polishing .. They were profession and did a great job for me.

There was no seal. The dog would drop water and it would leave spots. Everything leaves spots.

The job went quite well. Sureshine's field manager, Sergio, was on time to assess the job and provide a quote. He answered our questions to our satisfaction. Some plumbing work needed to be performed as part of the job and he worked with us to ensure that the job was set up in coordination with the plumber's portion of the job. The two man crew from Sureshine showed up for the job at the agreed upon day/time. They did a quality job that solidly met our expectations. The repair work they did on the marble was flawless. Actually, after they restored the marble counter tops they look better now than when they were originally installed. They did a great job on the granite counter top as well. When they finished their work, they showed us each of part of the job they had completed and answered the questions we had. We are very happy with the quality of their work and would highly recommend Sureshine to anyone who is in need of marble or granite repair or restoration work.

We did find them through Angie's List. There was a lot to do. They had the highest rating so we used them. They just kept coming back until we were happy and the job was done.

The tile was scratched and etched prior to the service. We believed that the floor had irreparable damage. The Sureshine folks arrived on time, with a smile and worked as scheduled/ When they left our floor was pristine. Actually it looked better than when it was first installed. Sureshine went an extra mile when the removed some miss-matched filler and replaced it with an exact match. We are very pleased with the result and the overall experience with Sureshine Care and Restoration Services. We highly recommend them

Sergio came to the house for provide an estimate. He was very friendly and professional. He explained the work he suggested and showed pictures of previous work including the set up and protection of surroundings. He provided a quote onsite and offered a discount. I had some questions and sent them via email in response to the official quote. Sergio was very responsive and we had the work scheduled for the following weekend. Gerber and Renee showed up to the house at the scheduled time and began to get set up right away. They laid plastic surrounding the work area to be sure nothing was damaged or affected by the work. They spent the full day cleaning, sanding, polishing and sealing the natural stone. They were able to fill in two cracks in the stone floor and they are not hard to notice. Their work and service was great! I would highly recommend this company.
