did a great job, also re-did the caulking for an extra $50 - we have lots of counter top and it needed to be done.

The service rep. (Sergio) came out a few weeks before to check out the stone and give an estimate. The customer service was excellent as I called a few extra times before the service to add on some more services (seal glass tile and caulk it). They were very accomodating. On the day of install it took approximately 6 hours (I think the marble refinishing takes awhile). It was a great experience and the cost seemed reasonable after researching some other companies.

They were very responsive, came on time, and stayed for hours to thoroughly clean my floor tiles and grout. When finished, my floor tiles and grout looked new again!

They were professional and did a great job. They covered all around the areas to protect them from dust. They initially had left a few small areas somewhat rough. After I called them, the owner himself came and completed the job meticulously. We are very happy with the results.

It turned out good. They were here right when they said they would be. Once I need it to get done, I would use them.

Excellent. I sent in a request on Angie's and got a response within minutes! That's refreshing for once. I called immediately to followup with their response and they scheduled an appointment the next day. That next day at my house, they provided an estimate that was a good price (refreshing again!) and we moved forward the following week. Very responsive. The worker came right on time, worked all day and did a great job. He even left me with a little extra re-sealant with instruction to maintain. Very pleased with everything.

Steve did a fantastic job! Very profession, explain each step and did each task perfect. My floor looks brand new in fact looks better than the day I purchased m house. I would use and recommend Steve services.

Also resealed sink for extra charge and didn't do a good job cleaning up the epoxy.

Good communication prior to the actual appointment. Field manager conducted a pre-inspection to size-up the job and resources required. Technician arrived on time with the proper equipment to complete the job and explained the processes he would be using. Tile looks great! Would highly recommend Sureshine.

It went beautifully. The team was on time; worked steadily and efficiently; were pleasant and upbeat; and my floors look almost new again. Our floors and stairs had not been touched still they were installed in 2001. They were in need of regrounting, epoxy fill in the larger holes, polishing and sealing. Everesto and his crew delivered on every item. I was completely paranoid about potential water damage from the diamond grinding, due to my home having all MDF baseboards and door frames. Water contact will destroy them. The team masked off everything including my piano and appliances and sealed the plastic again to the floor with duct tape. They used the water sparingly and were very conscientious about my concerns. Everything came out well and I will use them again for some granite and travertine counter polishing later this year. It went well, they were on time all the times, it was easy to book the appointment for a quote as well as the following ones. I called Sureshine after I was totally deluded by my previous contractor, he was not able to clean the tiles of my pool after 3 attempts. They came and performed the work in the 3 days as I was told. I was not totally happy with the outcome of that job so I called them back. With my surprise the owner came back immediately the day the day after and took care of me personally. I am now happy with my backyard. I think Ted is a honest, caring and super hard working person. I never saw the owner working so hard! And Page (front office) is super nice. I would call Sureshine for my maintenance again next year, calling the same provider again is the best review any customer can leave...

Let's start at the beginning. Sergio came out to give us an estimate--very nice guy--We set the appointment for a couple of weeks later. But I had to cancel--my husband was just getting home from a hospital stay. Paige at the office called and was very understanding about having to rearrange appointments, and Ted the owner also called asking how my husband was doing. Well, anyhow, today we had the work done and the guys, 3 of them, Victor, Rene, and Miguel were here for 9 hours and I might add very pleasant to work with. Everything looks amazing--beyond my expectations!!! Thank you Sureshine for helping me to restore these areas of our home. I feel relieved that all this is finished now and the weight is off my shoulders.

The initial consultation was really great. The guy was really friendly and gave a great estimate. The employees that came out weren't as careful as I hoped that they would have been. The quality of work they did was good, but there was a lot of splatter on the walls and on appliances that I had to go and clean up afterwards. There were a few things that I noticed when they were wrapping up that I wanted them to fix. The company never gave me any kind of call back or follow-up afterwards.

They were great - professional and courteous. Our floor was very dirty from two toddlers and three dogs. They made it look like new - I couldn't believe it. Very nice experience

Wow! They did a lot of work for what I feel is a great price. PLUS, their service from the initial phone call all the way through to the two men who did the work is outstanding! I didn't think that the bathroom counter top travertine could be saved and I was expecting to have to replace it because it was in such bad shape around the faucet and handles. Wow again! Was I surprised when it came out looking like it was brand new! The crack in the travertine office floor was very noticeable before. After the cleaning and repair I had a hard time finding where it had been before. Excellent. Our slate outdoor BBQ was apparently sealed with an incorrect coating the last time we had it sealed by another company and it had turned cloudy, they used a product that should not be used on slate. Sureshine stripped the existing coating , cleaned and sealed with the proper sealer and it looks beautiful. It brought back all of the beauty of the natural stone. The Granite Kitchen counter and backsplash look new again. I'm very sorry that I can not remember the names of the two professionals who did the work, but I must say that they were outstanding. Prompt, CLEAN, covered and taped everything next to the work areas and very polite and personable. Really a super couple of guys. I will ONLY use Sureshine in the future for all of the stone surfaces in my home. I highly recommend them!

We give high marks to Sureshine Care and Restoration Services and it's management and technical crew for the work they recently did on our ceramic tile, floors and grout; It looks like new. Each appointment for the work was kept on time and again it was done in a timely manner. The next time their expertise is required, we certainly will hire them again.

After the employee left, I found that the chemicals were splashed all over my stainless steel refrigerator. I could get most of it off, but there are still marks today from the splatter. That means it also hit every other surface resulting in a need to clean all the cabinets. There was also a film of grime left over the sink and faucet that had to be cleaned as well. When we had the estimate, Sergio said we should use an acid free cleaner that we could buy from the company. The employee who did the work, did not have any with him so I had to order on line from Home Depot. Overall very disappointed in the work. I saw very lilttle improvement in the countertops and the grout repair was not very good. The floor did look good, but again, the marks left behind were very disappointing.

I was really impressed with this company. The actual OWNER of the company showed up (on time) with one additional worker and they did the entire job themselves. I was supposed to move some of the small furniture, but I was having some back pain, so they moved everything and then moved everything back when they were finished. They did a beautiful job and I would recommend this company to anyone interested in having their stone floors done.

Sureshine could not have been easier to work with. Our floors look brand new and they were very thorough in their regrouting of our shower and behind the kitchen sink. After buying a special deal on Angie's, Paige from the company got in touch with me. What we actually needed done went beyond the scope of the deal we'd purchased but Paige was able to work with us and get back to me with an additional quote based on pictures I sent. They sent two guys out because we had furniture that needed to be moved and both men were professional and thorough. A few days before the scheduled date, I called Paige to ask if the guys could do some additional re-grouting in our bathrooms and despite the last minuteness, they were able to accommodate us. The guys even left us with some special cleaner to use in between professional visits. Overall, we're extremely pleased and we will absolutely be using Sureshine again.

Steve looked over my counters and said they did not need resealing. Said he would do it if I really wanted, but didn't recommend it. Since the service was pre-paid, he offered a refund or to return in a year and preform the work if needed. Turns out there was some work for me to do to get the refund from Angie's list, so I accepted his offer to seal the counters in a year.

The results were as expected ... excellent.

I was surprised at how quickly it went. I think the price should be commensurate with the amount of granite that is cleaned. I have a small kitchen and thought the price should have been lower but that does not take away from the fact that he did a fine job. Should I use them again I would probably negotiate for a lower price.

He was great came out right away. Did a fantastic job. I was amazed how well my granite looked after.
