You know I wasn't very satisfied I never called them back to make them come down again but it really didn't fell like we got $200 worth of service from them. We'll The guy was done rather quick, when he saw, we have granite and quartz and when he saw the quartz he made a comment of I've never seen this type of counter top before.

They did a wonderful job and they were the nicest guys. They used a diamond pad to buff the marble and granite and it looks incredible. I ended up giving them a $20 tip each for the wonderful work they did.

Our first contact with Sureshine Care and Restoration Services was with Sergio who was prompt, professional, and thorough in providing us with a before and after video of work already completed and a very reasonable estimate with a discount! The only way to describe their work is absolutely FABULOUS AND FANTASTIC!!! The team of three specialist (ROBERT, ARISTEO, and GERBER) arrived right on time and immediately went to work. It was like watching three Tasmanian devils whirl through each and every step and detail. The final result was a complete restoration of our Travertine floors, grout, and granite counters along with every nook and cranny...their attention to the overall work and every small detail (small cracks, holes, scratches, grout) is of the highest quality. They explain, very clearly, every step along the way and their friendly and professional demeanor should be a standard for every service company. The floors and counters look better than when they were originally put into our home! Due to the high quality of their work, the entire floor now has a new shine and life!!! We will not hesitate to recommend Sureshine Care & Restoration to everyone. Mahalo to Robert, Aristeo, and Gerber!!!

These guys are amazing. Sergio, one of the owners arrived as scheduled and completed a very thorough review and proposal and emailed while on site. He was able to work within my budget. The crew showed up on time as scheduled. I have had the floors cleaned and resealed before by another company and they looked OK, but nothing fantastic. Additionally there were two cracks near the sink in the granite counter top that a plumber had caused several years ago. I was previously told these could not be repaired. This team of three guys spend the entire day completing their work. The cleaned and resealed the tile floors and grout, using power scrubber and a small hand brush to get into all corners. They resealed by hand all grout lines. The marble floors in the bathroom were pitted and discolored. Not any longer!! when they were done, they looked like new. The most amazing work was done on the counter tops, The cracks were ground down, filled with epoxy as were the seams. The individual doing this work was an artist! He spend hours getting these right. I have never seen a contractor who is so good and so thorough, from making the appointment to finishing the work. I will be using Sureshine on an annual basis to help maintain my investment. Thanks Sergio and the entire Sureshine team. You certainly exceeded our expectations.

This was a big deal purchase. It didn't go well. I did not care for the person who came over; he sold me another product for about $200 or $250 and my place looked no different when he left. It was just a waste of money. The owner and the secretary were very nice, excellent and they tried to work with me, but the product that they used made no difference on my countertop at all. They also talked me into grouting and did a terrible job grouting. I had to have a handyman come over and re-grout. I am just not happy with them. I would not hire them again. That's just how it went. It seems like they could have used water, for all I know, on the product. They wanted $400 to re-grout and I questioned that. Then he said what about $200 so I said okay. Anyway, it was not a good experience. He could have used a better product that made it different. My concept when he left was great. They did not seal it for sure. Everything was just the same as it was when he left. The quality was terrible. The responsiveness was good. I had good communication with the owner and secretary.

Both of our bathrooms are newly remodeled. My major concern was the many surface scratches left on my marble vanity counter, detracting from the stone's natural beauty. I found Sureshine Care and Restoration on Angie's List. Through her message system, I communicated with Ted at Sureshine, who promptly answered all my questions, over a weekend. The following Tuesday, Sergio came to evaluate our needs. Upon quoting Sureshines's minimum, he recommended that they also clean and seal the ceramic tile floors in both our baths all inclusive. We also added in our tiled shower. The very next day, Robert arrived as scheduled to complete the work. And results of his effort are incredible. Our brand new tile and marble look amazing and those scratches are completely gone from my beautiful marble! We never imagined the new bathrooms could look even better. All three men were extremely knowledgeable and professional. Although I know Robert's sanding and sealing had to be messy, both bathrooms were left spotlessly clean and brilliant. We are so pleased. The entire project took less than 5 days start to finish! I had spent over 30 days just fussing the scratches! Now I know better and will routinely have Sureshine come back to refresh our tile, grout and marble to keep them looking better than new.

My experience with them went very well. It worked out great. They left residue on my floors and it never actually came out. I probably should have called them about it and I didn't.

The person arrived promptly and was very professional. The granite counter tops had turned fairly dark and I was hoping that a good cleaning and shine would lighten the granite to match the areas where I have appliances placed. Unfortunately, the granite did not lighten. ( The person doing the cleaning did inform me that my desired result would probably not occur before he started) He told me that he would clean and buff the counter to get it the best he could. I believe he did just that, I am just disappointed with the countertop in general.

The workers that were sent arrived on time. The worked they preformed was excellent. They took care with what they were doing. They first cleaned up the floor, then they worked on their hands and knees scrubbing the grout. Once they did that a machine was was used to get up all the dirt. They they started examining the floor for missing grout areas and replaced that and fixed the problem tiles. Then they proceed on to find a grout stain and sealing color. After that they went around and cleaned up and buffed spots. This job took all day. The workers that were at my house were great. They took time and care. They treated my house like it was their home and what they would want done. I am very happy with the work they did and their attitude toward the job. I would with out a doubt use this company again.

It was a very professional experience. I have had alot of folks work on our homes and candidly I'm usually disappointed, not in the work but as to how much effort goes into the experience. Many providers are late (sometimes hours) argue to get more money or act as though obvious inclusions are excluded. This company was great. They were on time each time, and even when we had a misunderstanding initially (probably my fault) that the arrival was not just a walk thru but the actual installation date; they graciously rescheduled to the following week at my request and showed up exactly when scheduled the next time. The people in the office were great, follow up was excellent at every turn. Emails, phone calls, whatever we needed, even paid receipts emailed back for our records. The Offer said "any size kitchen". Ours is big and much more countertops than are normal. I thought I would have trouble with them wanting more money than the originally paid $199. They never said anything and set out to do the big job for the small price. We had installed the granite ourselves and we're not professional. The granite had never been professionally cleaned or sealed and its been a couple years. We had a broken piece and we hadn't caulked so for a very small price, the provider fixed those things for us. It was clear he wanted us to have the very best experience, and we did. This was a 1.5 hour job but he was there several hours making everything perfect. It looks great and it was a truly professional experience. I would absolutely use them again and I recommend them to everyone. They are good people with high skills.

In all honesty I didn't think they would be able to get our grout clean, but they did and we could tell right away between the places that they had cleaned vs. where they hadn't got to yet. Aresteo and Victor did an awesome job and we will definitely be calling on Sureshine again. Thank you so much guys.

Fantastic. The two-man crew arrived on time, even though it was a holiday weekend, worked diligently and did a very thorough job. This was work being performed on a new condo I purchased, and the previous owner had been renting it for years. As a result, a lot of the surfaces were in dire need of some TLC. Sureshine did a fabulous job cleaning and restoring chipped grout, loose tiles and polishing and cleaning the granite surfaces. They were clean, professional, and did a very good job. I usually allow myself a few weeks before writing a review simply because once the dust settles and the folks are gone, you always find little problems that either weren't handled correctly, or things that just didn't go as expected. It's been over a month, now, and the only gripe I can find, and I'm admittedly very picky with the quality of work that is done, is some of the caulking in the kitchen was applied a little sloppy near the paint line. That's about as minor of a gripe as you can have. The real work... The work I paid for and needed done, was done beautifully. I'd have zero reservations of hiring Sureshine again in the future and I'll likely be calling them yearly for cleaning and sealing of my granite and tile, as well as having them refinish my concrete floors when the time comes. Thanks to all the Angie's List customers for recommending them, because these guys are worth it.

Follow up and performance were excellent...issue developed around fixing a minor tile problem.. Ted, manager did a very good job on follow up in a very concerned and courtesy manner...issue resolve...every one from Paige (CSR) to management did exceptionally well in getting issue resolved in timely matter...be sure to ck this company out for good quality srv.

Detail clean and seal granite and backsplash. Victor was awesome. Victor was on time and very professional and informative. Meticulously cleaned the granite prior to sealing. Educated on proper care. Great experience! Will use in the future.

Technician arrived on time, and performed a very thorough cleaning and sealing of our granite countertops as well as repaired a couple minor cracks.

It went perfectly and I couldn't be happier with the results. I bought the Angie's List deal online for $199. Within 24 hours I had an appointment for the granite in my kitchen to be cleaned and sealed. Victor Gonzales came and did a thorough job cleaning the countertops, taking all the time he needed until he felt that they were ready to be sealed. He also noticed the lousy job I did myself, with silicon on my sink edge so I was very happy to pay him an extra $20 to get the old silicon off and for him to do a professional job with a grey caulking that matched the sink. For no additional cost he also added some perfectly matched caulking at the edge of the counter and back splash where he saw a gap.

I can't say enough good things about Paige, Sureshine's go to person. She was so responsive to our particular needs. I installed Travertine early on in the trend - and had some pretty horrendous experiences with so called "experts" who came to Our house over the last several years and overcharged us and left without properly cleaning the floor. They actually had no idea how to clean or treat travertine - and this includes some of the top companies like Stanley Steamer and Coit - they hadn't done their homework and just wanted in on the latest trend where there were an abundance of new customers. The worst of these was a woman out in the inland empire who claimed to have been an officer in some ceramic tile organization - she sent two totally clueless teenagers who at one point poured ammonia? On the floor nearly asphyxiating us! The technician sent by SS was actually here a little early and after all the years of being told my floor couldn't be cleaned (and I knew it could) it looked like new when he finished in a very short time - I only had my kitchen traffic area done. They sent me a lovely thank you note and Starbucks gift card (which l promptly lost) all the same they are a class act who know what they're doing. The sales man estimator was a little high pressure try to deal with Paige - he is a bit of a minus but irrelevant as their work is Top notch. Highly recommend for unpolished limestone or travertine you thought was beyond redemption - mine looks like the day it was installed now.

I purchased one of the Angie's list Big Deals...was immediately contacted by Sureshine and an appointment scheduled. I received reminder call and a call advising that the service technician was on his way. The entire process with Sureshine has been outstanding. Great customer service, and they did a great job cleaning and sealing the granite. I am now going to have them come back and clean and seal the granite we have on the outside bar-b-que. Can't recommend them enough, both for the customer service and the service they provide.

Went well. However, no polishing. It was just a clean and seal.

Originally I was looking for at two different companies to do the grout cleaning on the kitchen and bathroom floors and for the granite kitchen counters. After much research on Angie's list I came to the conclusion that Sureshine was the company I wanted for the granite counters. I found better deals for the flooring, but opted instead to have Sureshine do everything even though it cost more. As all reviewers before me have mentioned, Paige at the front office is wonderful. I back that up 100%. If only all the "front end" people one has to work with were so good and so nice. Paige sets the bar high for all the rest. She sent Sergio out to give me an estimate and once we settled on the numbers, she sent out Victor and Eric to do the work. These guys were great, very nice, very professional and they did a terrific job. Not only did they lay plastic tarp down to keep my carpet clean, they used plastic corner pieces that kept the walls from being abused when they needed to go around corners to get into different rooms. Now the floor grout looks like new again and the bathroom marble shines and feels like when we first installed it. The granite counters look and feel the same. I may have payed a little more than some of the "deals" that were available, but I doubt I could have gotten better work. I will hire these guys again for sure.
