Description of Work: Sureshine Care removed cracked grout around a glass block window-wall in a large walk-in shower and replaced the grout with a more water friendly grout. They also sealed all the walls and flooring. We are very happy with their work.

Description of Work: they cleaned and replaced grout on kitchen counters. The owner had to come the second day. The first day, his crew of 2 did not do a satisfactory job. One of the owners did come out the second and and worked with one of the crew and it looked very nice when they finished.He was very willing to to fix the problem. I would use them again.

Description of Work: Cleaned and polished marble floors in three bathrooms and two bathroom counter tops. Cleaned and polished granite one bathroom and all kitchen counter tops. Also sealed all surfaces. The did a fantastic job! Always used booties while in the house and kept everything very clean. Sergio Castaneda, the sales rep was easy to talked to and always returned my calls promptly.

Description of Work: Ted was wonderful to work with. He came out to Temecula on our first scheduled appointment but suggested I do some deep cleaning with a special paste that takes at least 24 hours to work. He agreed to return in a week. The paste worked wonders on some oil spots When he returned it was in much better condition and he did a great job of cleaning and sealing all of the granite. I would definitely call him again when I'm ready for another cleaning/sealing or for any other stone work in my home.

I am so amazed at the shine on my floors and granite counter tops, these guys are pros! | |The granite on my bathroom vanity had rings around faucet, soap or tooth paste stains, (It's a rental,I don't live there:) the mess is gone, looking better than brand new. Description of Work: Rep came to evaluate problem, then never called....emailed...or provided any follow up. Even if it was outside the scope of what he could do, he should have had the professionalism to say so. Bottom line: no follow up after initial consultation. Problem was resolved by a different provider.

Description of Work: He arrived on time and got to work immediately...He prepped and cleaned my granite counter tops in the kitchen as well as replaced the grout surrounding the stainless steel sink without charge as the grout was discolored The counter top is 9 years old and looks brand new.
