Description of Work: They deep cleaned and re-coated a large tile shower. I didn't think 1 coat was enough and the owner came out and agreed with me and they did a second coat. Very responsive and the owner stands behind what they do.

Description of Work: We had three full bathrooms (excluding shower in two) cleaned and polished. Bathrooms have marble counters, floors, and shower walls. After ten years of literally no waxing or professional care the bathroom in the master bedroom was dull, scratched, and stained. I obtained the Sureshine referral from AngiesList.com and two other from the yellow pages. Sureshine was the best proposal relative to cost. This coupled with Ted's professionalism and the favorable comments on AngiesList caused me to go with Sureshine. One estimate with higher and one was triple the proposal from Sureshine. The marble came out looking like new. Highly recommend this company. Pleased with the work in all respects. Arrived promptly at 8 a.m. and completed job about 6:30 p.m. The workers were apologetic about staying so long....

+ 0 moreTed was running late due to an emergency, but immediately called me and arrived exactly when he said he would. He checked the granite surface, explained some details to me about what the end result would look like, and went right to work. The process took about two hours from start to finish. When he was done, he pointed out a few more details to me and gave me some tips on how to further care for the granite.
Description of Work: Sureshine did a great job cleaning and polishing my granite kitchen countertops, and filling in some cracks -- you can hardly see them now. Ted was friendly and personable, gave me great suggestions on how to care for the countertops, and did not push additional, uneeded services (but he did such a great job that I did ask for a quote on deep cleaning my tile floors and grout). I will definitely use Sureshine again. Very professional, honest, and thorough -- they clearly take a lot of pride in their work.

+ 1 moreI had just moved into a new house and wanted to make sure that the stone countertops and flooring were sealed. Ted worked within my budget and did an excellent job. He and his crew were very careful, making sure not to damage the hardwood flooring and corners. They were pleasant, polite, and very knowledgeable. The goal, he said, was to make sure "nothing had been done to them." And that's exactly what I wanted; the stone looks totally natural and unadulterated. He also didn't try to sell me any expensive products afterwards, and gave me some very easy tips on how to keep the stone looking great. I will be sure to use Sureshine in the future for all my stonecare needs.

+ -1 moreRon did a very good job, but he forgot the correct filler to fill the cracks. He left telling me that if the tiller (not epoxy), he used does not hold up I should call Sureshine and he would return and fill it promptly. Also he said that our floor might have to be replaced in probably 3 years. So we are saving.
Description of Work: Scraped off a lot of mortar on top of travertine tiles, filled a crack, cleaned, sealed and buffed the floors. I moved out all movable pieces of furniture and then replaced them.

+ 1 moreWhen we called, Paul was very responsive and his sales presentation was very professional. His quote was competitive and we were able to schedule the work to be done the next day. His crew were on time, courteous, worked quickly and left everything neat and tidy. They moved all the patio furniture and plants off the patio and when the work was done, they moved everything back. Overall, it was an excellent and very professional job. We will definitely use them again.
Description of Work: Paul's crew (Ron and Bill) cleaned, resealed and enhanced the color of our slate in the master bathroom entrance way and fireplace. In addition, they repaired the grout in the master shower. They also cleaned and resealed all the slate in our back yard patio (including the BBQ) plus the side and front of the house.

Once we came to an agreement, an appointment was made less than a week, from our meeting. The techs (Jessie and Alan) arrived on time and went straight to work. Job was completed within 3hrs. I was very pleased with the final outcome. My tile and grout look brand new.
Description of Work: I needed my ceramic tile and grout cleaned and sealed in my kitchen, bath, entryway, and fireplace. They cleaned the tile and grout and re-sealed the grout with a epoxy sealant, that has a lifetime guarantee. The sealant was to be custom color matched. Total square footage was 135 sq ft.

THEY ALSO CLEANED AND SEALED THE SLATE AND ALSO THE STONE FLOORING AND GRANITE WE HAVE INSIDE THE HOUSE. THEY REPAIRED ANY MISSING GROUT AND POLISHED AND REMOVED RUST FROM OUR STAINLESS BBQ.
