They did an excellent job. Our floors look like new and the seal they put on has kept them clean for the last 3 months and counting.

We needed the marble flooring in the house redone because it was scratched and scuffed and had lost its shine. I contacted a local organization that was recommended by a neighbor and they gave us a price around $4000 for the entire job. I then used Angie's list and found a company called Sureshine Care and Restoration Services. They had good write-ups and an A rating. We contacted the owner, Ted McFadden on a Friday and he came out on Monday morning and gave us an estimate which with the Angie's List discount came out to $2800. He seemed extremely knowledgeable of the stone and the processes it needed to be restored. We contracted with him and his crew arrived on Wednesday morning. The crew consisted of Efren, David and Jesus. They came in and immediately started the process of protecting the walls, doors, cabinets and anything that could not be moved with plastic sheeting. They moved all the furniture and rugs. We had moved the small items and knicknacks. They then started the refinishing work on the marble. It took them two full days and they did an awesome job. When they completed the sealing they filled the small holes in the floor where earlier epoxy or small pieces of marble had come loose. These were not caused by their process but had developed in the floor over the years. They also cleaned the grout and replaced areas that were missing. The floors look better now than when they were new. This crew cleaned up each night and were very careful with our furniture. They would explain exactly what they were doing and answer any question we had. We were extremely pleased with the quality of the work and the men doing the job. I would definitely recommend Sureshine to anyone who wanted their natural stone floors redone. If we ever need this type of work again I will call them.

I got three estimates. Sureshine's was in the middle but Ted was so straight-forward and honest that his was the only one I would have selected, even if his bid was (somewhat!) higher. I was able to schedule the work at a time convenient to our schedules and very soon after the estimate was provided. It was an excellent choice as it was an all-around EXCELLENT experience. No one has ever provided us this level of professionalism and service before. Dana arrived promptly and started to clear the areas. Denise arrived a little later and by that time at least two of the three bathrooms had been cleaned. Both Dana and Denise were professional yet very friendly and easy to be around. Ted, the owner, stopped by in the morning to make sure things were underway and told me to call him if I had any questions during the day. They worked steadily all day and it was well beyond dark by the time they finished. Denise worked to clean around all baseboards and to remove the dust that accumulated at various points of the process. Dana operated all the equipment and chemicals and he is clearly an expert. Throughout the day, even as the day grew long and others would certainly have taken some short-cuts,Dana did a detailed job that resulted in an excellent outcome.When they finished, the rooms were transformed! What an amazing job! A few days after the job was complete, I called Ted about two small areas and he came out himself and addressed both immediately. Sureshine has a loyal customer in me. Ted is knowledgeable and trustworthy; his staff are total pros. No one else will ever clean these floors!

My tile floors have not had a thorough cleaning in 10 years. The grout was stained, and the tiles had accumulated grime in the nooks and crannies. I have 3 dogs that track mud and dirt, and have had occasional "accidents" over the years. They showed up on time, and spent the entire day cleaning meticulously. My tiles and grout look like new! They were very professional, punctual, and provided an excellent service. Highly recommended!

The service man was very nice and worked very hard. However, the hoses he used damaged the baseboards. He protected most of the corners but two of them were damaged by pulling the hose around a corner. He used too much water and part of the baseboards were soaked and buckled. I haven't written a review sooner because I don't like to complain about someone who really did work hard. He just wasn't careful enough.

I have used them several times over the last few years. I would highly recommend them. I have purchased the deal for them to do some work for me now. I found them to be very responsive. I was able to schedule the appointments very quickly; I didn’t have to wait a long time. The guy put his booties on. He was very respectful of my home and my carpet. They had a long hose that attached to the machinery. They were careful to protect all of the corners in my home; they really took a lot of care in that. They were pleasant to work with.

GREAT! They put down drop cloths over the wood floor to walk between the front door, kitchen, and bathrooms. They were on time and did exactly what they said they would do.

I bought a deal on Angies list for tile and grout cleaning. Scheduling of the service was easy and the tech showed up right on time. The work performed was excellent and the tech went out of his way to perform the job perfectly. I could not be happier with the results and we a planning to schedule some grout repair and sealing in the near future.

The overall experience was good. The person doing the cleaning was late due to GPS not working. Other than that, it was great. I took before and after pictures and the floors looked like new. Would definitely use them again.

I called to make and appointment for my estimate. The owner Ted came out the following day. He was to be here at 11 am, but had the curtsey to call and let me know that there was traffic and would be delayed. That was not a problem since I was going to home all day. He got there shortly after the set time. He checked my broken tile, said he would be able to take care of that and I also wanted to have the tile sealed. He measured the area and gave me a quote. That afternoon I received by email a written quote on the same amount, and we scheduled a date for the following week for the job to be done. He told me the workman would be here between 8 and 9 am and he arrived at 8:30. He introduced himself, came in and looked at the job and said he would clean the tile first then replace the broken one and seal after that. Before he started any work he laid a tarp at the front door and began taping off all the carpet and putting bumpers on the outside corners of the walls. Moved some furniture that was on the tile and started cleaning. After the job was completed he then put the furniture back in place picked up the traps and told us we could walk on the tile. It was a very pleasent experience and I would highly recommend Surshine Care to anyone.

They originally came out for a Big Deal we had purchased, but what we wanted costed more. They layed the tile down in the back of our house for us, and did a great job. We figured it would be pretty expensive for what we wanted, but the end result was excellent.

The owner or manager, Ted McFadden, came out to do the estimate. There was no hard sell or up selling. We also asked him about some other potential work inside the house and he gave us what I believe was an honest opinion. He was very straight forward regarding all of our questions. We used an Angie's List coupon to lower the cost.

Ted responded to my e-mail immediately. His price and services as proposed were appropriate. Ted was efficient and enthusiastic about his work. I appreciated his explanation of his work and suggestions for the care of the granite. He did even more than I expected and the countertops are beautiful! I would definitely call Ted in the future.

I had contacted two other companies on Angies list. One of them was very resonable as to price per square foot but wanted a minimum of 800.00 to come to my home. The other was about 165.00 more than I was able to negotiate with Ted of Sureshine. I did however want to get the tile done right away and Ted was not available that week. (A good sign). I was very glad a waited for Ted at Sureshine. The technician (Dana) and his helper (Nick) were very friendly and professional. They did a fantastic job. I was very concerned as I have white carpet that butts up to the tile that I had recently cleaned myself. To my amazement there was no bleed over from the tile onto my white carpet. The left the area clean. The did not bang up my baseboards. I was very happy. I would definately use them again and would recommend them to anyone.

Communication was great! Information was helpful and thorough. Job start to finish was very good. Care and Maintenance was detailed out so we know what to do going forward. Would definitely recommend and use them again!

The job was completed beyond my highest expectations! Being a fairly new owner of Granite counter tops I was a little lost at how to take care of them. I just 'knew' they didn't look as shiny and perfect as the displays everywhere. Ted educated me about the type of Granite I have, the dos and dont's on how to keep it beautiful for a long time. This company even has their own cleaner and sealer to achieve the same professional look at any time.He also cleaned up his work area. I would not hesitate to hire him again.

Obviously, I am not satisfied with a company who does not return calls to set up appointments.

The price is about average but the work is excellent. The service rep. was on time, took time and worked hard to make sure the floors were perfect AND had a great attitude. I really like the cleaners I purchased too. My floors look great! I will call them next time I need anything to do with my floors.

Came up looking very clean. We would use them again next time the floor is looking a bit grubby! Came on time, got the work done - no hassles.

Got a quote over the phone and then requested a house visit. They went over the type of floor we had and the process that would occur when they cleaned the floor. A gentleman showed up on time and was very courteous while doing the work. He made sure everything was masked off and was very careful during the process. Floors look brand new.
