Description of Work: Cleaned all the grout on my porcelain tile floor cleaned teavertine floor upstairs restored travertine counter top in bathroom and cleaned polished and sealed granite in BBQ area.

Description of Work: Polished and sealed marble vanity. When it started getting spots again right away (apparently the nature of marble) they came out and re-polished free.

Could not be happier they took over 8 hours with no rush. The delays was due to the setvice man having to take the train from n hollywood to hb due to car problems. I was updated.

Description of Work: cleaned, repaired, and sealed existing Travertine floor (1000 sq ft). |The lead technician performed well, but, the "helper" was not trained, spent much time wandering around, slowed the lead tech. They seemed to stretch the job to fit the 8-hour shift.

Description of Work: The work performed by Sureshine was great. We have travertine floors throughout much of our home, as well as in the showers and bathrooms. We also have granite countertops in our kitchen and bathrooms. They had not been cleaned for several years. Ted and his crew did an excellent job. They were professional at all times. Ted came initially to assess and measure. He e-mailed me a quote that evening. The job was performed exactly as he had described. He arrived and finished in one day. They cleaned all of our stone floors and countertops and even filled in some areas of the floors where there were holes. I would highly recommend Ted.

Description of Work: The marble tile in my master bath shower and the marble bath counters were pitted and dull from the previous owners of our new home. The two men came out, on time, and for more than five hours ground and polished the severly damaged areas. Although the initial work was very good there were still some areas that needed to be redressed. The company owner came out a couple weeks later to clean the badly soiled limestone floors as part of my work order. He too was not satisfied with the initial outcome and went back into the shower to address the trouble areas. This additional work put the marble back to a beautiful shine. The cleaning and restoration of the my limestone floor was phenomenal! This unique stone floor was darkened by years of poor maintenance and the natural color and grain were obscured with dirt. My reaction upon seeing the floor after it was cleaned was Wow! The owner, Ted, and his worker were polite, professional and completed the job to beyond my satisfaction. They were knowledgable and left me with complete instructions for maintaining the natural stone. They also included as part of their bid a free cleaning and polishing of my granite kitchen countertops. These too are shiny and soft as satin. I would highly recommend the services of this company for all your stone care needs.
