Very informative and professional. I used Home Asvisor who connected me with John at Sentry Peat Management. John came out last minute on a Saturday afternoon.

When I spoke to Jon on the phone originally, he had such a calming quality to him (which I really needed because I was overwhelmed not knowing what was biting me and causing such intense itching. He was extremely knowledgeable. I knew immediately he was the one that I would hire. He is fair priced. He came out the very next day and sprayed my home inside and out. He took time to explain what he was doing. He used chemicals that are non toxic to humans and animals but which kill bugs and it didn't even have an ordor. I didn't have to leave my home at anytime during the spraying. He believed the problem to be bird mites. These little tiny bird mites, were really "Bugging Me". Hopefully, they will be all gone. Jon guarantees his work for 30 days which is so nice to hear these days.

We were dealing with something we had never before heard of - bird mites. The tiny bugs were biting me and crawling all over our house. It was awful and overwhelming until Jon responded to my online inquiry. He was knowledgeable about bird mites and was able to come to my house almost immediately and treat the mites. The chemical he used takes 8-10 days to fully work, but he still came out a few days later and sprayed again at my request. I can't say enough about his company, his knowledge, his customer service, his promptness, and his ability to set my mind at ease after a stressful time dealing with bird mites in my home. I will definitely call him again for pest control needs, and I highly recommend him.
