Jon is amazing! Great Communication skills. Very prompt and always informs you when he is on his way. I was a bit worried about getting assistance during the Covid-19 pandemic, Jon came to the rescue taking down a wasp nest for me. Sprayed the exterior of our house for all the spiders we were seeing, especially black widows. Saw the results immediately on the same day. He has very reasonable pricing plans, compared to a lot of other companies we called. We will be loyal customers due to the exceptional experience Jon provided.

Jon came out the very next day and spray the area where the bees were congregating. He said to give it a week for the bees to be gone or call him back. After a day, I noticed no more bee activity. I will wait a week to be sure they do not come back. Otherwise, I am very pleased.
