Jon initially responded on a Friday, approximately 6:00pm, within minutes. He came out the next morning (Saturday) which I really appreciated his quick response. He is very knowledgeable, professional and very reasonable. I also like the fact that he is a HB local. Will definitely use him again if needed and I suggest you call him as well.
