Description of Work: We needed a piece of glass replaced in a large garage window. Since the house is over 50 years old it was hard for the technician to match the glass in the adjoining window. They asked us to come to their shop to pick between two types of glass that were very close to the original. They performed the replacement in a timely manner and they were very professional.

+ -1 moreTom installs frameless glass doors for a remodeled shower in my son's room. They are beautiful. Have them about 6 months and they fall apart, breaking and spreading glass all over the room. Called Tom. He orders new door and comes out and cleans up the whole room and puts the new door on. He explained to me what he thought had happened. I was so appreciative that he took care of everything! Thank you Tom.
Description of Work: To my amazement, the beautiful glass doors of my son's shower were crumbling apart! The glass had broken into shards which were all over the bathroom. I called Huntington Beach glass because they were the ones who installed the shower doors in October 2011. Tom called me back and explained that he would order new glass and replace the door at no charge. It took a little more than a week but Tom came out and cleaned up the bathroom of all it glass shards. We conjectured that the cleaning crew banged it with a mop handle and the point of contact spiraled out to break the glass. (Of course the cleaning crew denied using a mop in that room).

+ -1 moreThe only problem was I had wanted a towel bar on the door and for some reason Brenda said it would not work. So I was disappointed. Next time I will be more demanding. There is no reason a towel bar can't go on a shower door. The technician was very polite and clean. He had a nice sense of humor. He really liked the Flash glass and said he wondered why more people did not pick it.
Description of Work: We had demolished my son's tub/shower combination and gave him a ceramic tile shower which needed glass doors. From Angie's List I found that Huntington Beach glass and mirror had the best evaluations, consistently. I went to the store and looked at glass that could be used for shower doors. They had beautiful glass but it was not for shower doors. I had to pick a few that I thought would look good. I had rain glass on my shower doors and I wanted something else for my son's. Brenda, the receptionist, said I would have to wait 2 weeks before the technician could come out and measure. Two weeks later he came out and told me that he would install the Flash glass I picked next week. He came back and installed the glass. It looks beautiful.

+ -1 moreI am very pleased with the job. Brian came with a helper right on time. In fact, he called 15 minutes before they were due to arrive. The mirror was very large and it was tricky to get it up our stairs, but they got it up with no problems or damage to the railing. They took off the old mirror, installed the new mirror and cleaned up after they were done. They were very professional, and I am very pleased with the job. I would definitely use them again for any future jobs.
Description of Work: We have a very large mirror (8 feet wide by almost 5 foot high) in our master bathroom which started cracking. I called Huntington Beach Glass and mirror. Brian came out and was very punctual. He took all the measurements and pointed out everything that needed to be done such as taking off the medicine cabinets so the mirror could be installed. The mirror was sitting inside a white J-Channel which he felt should be replaced because the paint was chipping off and it reflected in the existing mirror. The company emailed me the estimate the same day.

They always called to confirm appointments and called to update me if they were running even a few minutes late. Very satisfied with design recommendations by company. You can tell they know their business. Very satisfied with installation. No detectable flaws and left site clean. Very satisfied with finished product. Looks great, high quality brass fittings, etc..
