Our office contact was with Brenda who gave us prompt estimates and contracts. She also scheduled the work. Jerry the installer, was very knowledgeable and made helpful suggestions. On every occasion he arrived promptly as scheduled. Installation work was completed on time with thorough clean up. It was a pleasure to work with Brenda and Jerry. We would use them again.

Very well. HB Glass was very polite and professional, both over the phone and in person. We had a little miscommunication - we had arranged for him to come replace the glass at a certain time, and when I didn't respond to several calls he made prior to coming (I didn't have my phone with me at the time), he didn't make the trip. When I did call right before our arranged time, he bent over backwards to make it down here later in the day so we could still make it happen. And the work is great. I had a little sticker shock at first, but the glass had to be tempered (low to the floor), so the price did make sense.

A broken window can be dangerous at a school. Our old glass replacement company had disappeared. I checked with Angie's list and found Huntington Beach Glass and Mirror. I called them and the nice lady answering the phone set an appointment for the next day. They arrived on time, did the job quickly without disturbing any children and was completed in 30 minutes. The cost was exactly the estimate. I don't wish for broken windows, but we will use them at our school every time!

They were quite a bit cheaper than another company referred to us. They did a really good job with the work, and they had very good customer service.

It was great! I have used them before. I am happy with them. It was much more reasonable than other people. They are fast, very reasonable, and they have excellent quality so I recommend them. I like their cost, quality, and speed, and those make me keep using them. I used them in the past and I will use them again in the future.

We received the quote on Wednesday for the wardrobe door and shower door, but the bathroom mirror quote was not included. The shower door quote was more than we wanted to do, but the closet door was in the ballpark. After shopping other retailers for styles and offerings I decided to give HB Glass my business. Usually prefer to give my business to smaller local businesses than big box retailers when possible. So on March 10, 2014 I replied to Brenda's email and requested clarification of wardrobe door style offering and to schedule an appointment for the measurement of the wardrobe door. I again requested a quote for the bathroom mirror. As of today no response. I see in another review that they are having some staffing issues this month, but still wanted to post my experience.

Jost very professional, courteous, measured and installed, on time with no problem.

They came on time and went to work immediately. They were able to get the glass off the walls with suction cups specially made for glass. They cut two pieces to make removal easier. They cleaned up the areas and were gone in about one hour.

the work was handled professionally. He measured the window then installed several days later. Beautiful job and made it all very simple for me. Very satisfied.

2 weeks ago they came and put in the glass for the sides, but said he needed a special hinge because the walls were not straight. Apparently he had to order another piece of glass, as well as the special hinge. They came today and installed a proper frameless shower door for my mother's shower. They are meticulous in their work and I have used them for my son's bathroom. I would not hesitate to use him again, and again. This is a good company.

During our visit to the store, we were very impressed by the quality of the merchandise and their staff member, Brenda. She spent time talking to us and gave us useful information. We scheduled a day at our home to get an estimate. Brian arrived on the scheduled day. He was prompt, professional, and informative. We were very impressed with the company and the reviews on Angie List and decided we would go with the company, without getting other estimates. This is unusual for us, but we felt comfortable with the company and the personnel, and the positive reviews. Brian said it would be a few days before he would have the estimate. We waited for about 7 days, before calling the company. Brenda said she was with a client and could she call us back. She never did. Two days later, I e-mailed Brenda asking if she had the estimate. She did e-mail back and apologized for the delay, but said she did not have the paperwork from Brian. She said she would get something to us, as soon as she received the paperwork from Brian. I didn?t contact them a 3rd time. We never did hear from the company. I felt if I had to work so hard to get an estimate, it might not be a company we wanted to do business. It is difficult to understand, it would have been a several thousand dollar job. If they felt they could not do the job, I wish they would have told us, we would have understood. Because we keep waiting,we lost two weeks, before looking for another company to do the work. I had to give the company F?s on punctuality and professionalism and overall, while both Brenda and Brian were professional and Brian arrived on time to look at the job, there was never any follow through, even after contacting the company. I still think that the company's work is probably good, but I don?t think there is an excuse for their lack of communication.

They worked quickly, professionally, neatly, and at a reasonable price. I'd recommend them to anybody.

I broke a the glass while using a hedge trimmer. I called a few glass companies to get quotes. Unlike the other companies that I called, Huntington Beach Glass promptly came out to give me and estimate. The office staff is very organized and professional. The estimator and installer were on-time, professional and very personable. This is a very well run company and I would highly recommend them to my family and friends and of course, all Angie's list members.

I have used Huntington Beach Glass for several years now. I always shop for price, value, and quality, but all you really can do is hope for the best until you get the final product and service. Huntington Beach Glass came out on top. Brian from Huntington Beach Glass is always prompt and knowledgeable. In the past he has replaced quite a few dual pane windows, several of which were skylight windows which were very difficult to access. In addition, he has replaced mirrors for us. In one instance, the silver on one of the corners of the back of a new mirror was slightly damaged. Brian never hesitated to have it replaced even though it had been installed. Recently, in our new home, a screen was not properly sized. When I called the office, I was advised that I would be charged for a new screen even though Huntington Beach Glass had taken the original measurements. Obviously I was not happy about that and was thinking that maybe I would have to start looking for a new glass/screen company; but, Brian came to the rescue and made sure that the screen was properly fitted and I was not charged. I have referred Huntington Beach Glass to my friends and also to our real estate agent to use as a referral.

The office staff was very professional & knowledgeable . They explained the different finishes and showed me examples. Within the time promised, they sent me the pricing and other information. However, the contractors remodeling the bathroom had included cost of mirrors and their replacement in their contract, so I didn't require HB glass' services

Huntington Beach Glass was very professional. They first asked the dimensions of the door we needed and gave us a ball-park price. This was to save not only their time, but also ours. The price was good, so they came out to give us an actual bid. The price was as expected, no "up sales". They then ordered the door and installed it shortly thereafter. The staff in the office is super friendly. Would use them again for sure!

A very short story. They came out and measured, ordered the pane of glass and called me when it arrived . We scheduled a time for the installation and it was done at the scheduled time. All was done well and professionally. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Brian came out and gave us an estimate to replace that had recently shattered for no apparent reason, only on the outside pane. He was great about calling when he was a few minutes away from our home (since I have children who take naps) and was only here for a few short minutes to measure the glass. Once I approved the estimate, the glass was ordered and installed in about a week. Brian was, once again, the person to come and perform the work and he was in/out of my house in less than 10 minutes. The service was quick and professional and the quality of the glass is good. I would definitely use this company again in the future.

Everything went well from start to finish. Brenda, the office manager, was very courteous and diligent. She gave me an exact quote while I was in her store which included a $30 courtesy discount for being an Angie's List member and this, without me asking for it. (The fact that I got the quote so quickly was because I already knew exactly what I wanted.) While I was still in the store, Brian, the installation man, happened to be free, so he offered to follow me to my house in order to take my window measurement. Two days later, I went back to the store to give them a deposit and my window was installed about a week later. Even though it was a small order, the window is situated on my second floor and Brian had to get on his ladder to remove the existing glass which was not an easy task. I found Brian very friendly and professional. He made sure to clean up after his work was done. My whole experience with the staff of Huntington Beach Glass & Mirror was very satisfying.
