"Best in the business! This was the 2nd house I've remodeled and Dave & his team outperformed all previous positive experiences & expectations. They removed 3 pony-walls, installed new porcelain, large tile flooring throughout (2200 sq ft), remodeled the bath to enlarge the shower,-added a modern stand-alone tub, installed new double marble-topped vanity, marble mosaic wainscotting throughout the bath, a marble-porcelain 7-foot long/12-foot high shower with luxury finishes (marble bench & rainshowers) & a chandelier above the tub with sconces flanking a 6-ft long mirror. They renovated the kitchen with new cabinets, pendant lights, quartz countertops on a new, better positioned island that Dave designed, porcelain flooring, under-cabinet lighting, and gas-burning double-sided fireplace before installing gas-top stove, electric wall ovens, refrigerator, dishwasher and double-work sink. They even installed 3 chandeliers (living room, dining & media rooms), drapery hardware at eight floor-length (12-ft high) windows & sliders, and an amazing new wet bar with vessel sink and marble with brass inlay backsplash!! They're prompt, hard-working (many times working on Saturdays and Sundays to meet deadlines), kept the project moving - even with supply delays (store's fault - not theirs) and additions I requested. They're attentive to detail, sensitive to HOA demands (never arriving too early & removing outdoor trash immediately), and professional at every turn - keeping the workspace clean/tidy. Dave goes above and beyond to satisfy his customers, reviving the art of customer service and taking it to a whole new level. For example, and though it wasn't on my list of repairs, he noted that my "new" home's air ducts needed cleaning - and shopped around for quotes I could afford. Likewise, he flushed my failing water heater in attempts to save it (original to house built in 1997). I can't say enough about this fabulous team of professionals who are as kind and personable as they are professional and skilled. I strongly recommend Dave and his team for ANY home remodel you're considering. Dave's part-designer in addition to being a fabulous contractor. He made several suggestions along the way, and I'm glad I took his advice (otherwise I wouldn't have this amazing, gourmet kitchen w/double-fireplace!). I interviewed and researched several contractors before engaging him with most exceeding his quotes by 15-25%. He's reasonably priced, comes when he says he'll be there, and makes sure the client is happy with the final product. (He even checks back a couple of weeks after the job is completed to ensure everything is functioning as it's supposed to.) I'm hiring him for my next project of replacing entry doors, and am absolutely confident he'll do a phenomenal job! THANKS DAVE, LOU and WAYNE!!! You're the BEST!! "Mediocre service and absolutely appalling customer service. Before having our granite countertops cleaned and sealed, I specifically mentioned how I had used acetone to treat certain olive oil stains and deliberately asked whether or not this would affect the cleaning and sealing process. Their technician assured me that it would not. After one hour of work, I observed that many of the areas that I had previously treated with acetone were significantly darker than other areas of our granite countertops. I am pretty sure this was due to the acetone-affected areas not having any prior sealant, so they absorbed water or cleaner or other liquids that were used during the cleaning. I asked the technician why certain areas on our granite countertops were much lighter than the darker areas. His response was ,I do not really have an answer for you. I found this answer unprofessional and unacceptable for someone who specializes in countertop repairs. As someone who is untrained and unskilled in countertop repair, even I could tell that my countertops had been cleaned and wetted by some cleaning agent and then sealed immediately without enough time for the cleaner to evaporate. The fact that I specifically asked beforehand over the phone whether or not acetone-treated areas would be affected by his cleaning and then immediately found darkening issues on these exact areas is an issue I cannot overlook. Furthermore, upon contacting Cole Restoration about my complaint, I was given a generic email response about how they want all of [their] customers to have a good experience and they asked for photos. I quickly replied with photos showing the areas of concern. This was over a month ago. Since then I have sent two follow up emails and left a voice message. Still ZERO response. All around dreadful, neglectful, and unacceptable. I can not and wont ever recommend Cole Restorations to anyone after being an afterthought to them for over a month."

"Bathroom remodel was started 9-11-24. My project manager, Morgan is incompetent and unable to respond to inquires or answer simple questions. The job was stopped after 1 week due to cabinet order screw up. I was left with no shower or toilet. I have 1 1/2 baths. There is no communication between workers and management. I had to fight to get he shower completed and texturing done. Crew members will complain about the work done by the previous crew in front of you. I am 2 1/2 weeks out and finally found out which cabinet I will receive. It will be installed some time after 10-3-24. There is so much more but I am limited to 999 characters. Rose remodeling has taken any joy I had about my bathroom remodel and turned it into a big disappointment for me. Save yourself 4 weeks of torture and choose another company. Nobody in the company can respond to problems in a timely manner. My 5 x 8 bathroom remodel will take 4 weeks to complete."
