It's difficult for me to take phone calls during the work week, so they were happy to work with me via-email and mail. I was able to explain what needed to be done and did not need to be home for either the inspection or the work.

Construction crew showed up over an hour late because they got lost getting to my house; but they got to work right away and completed the job in a timely manner with all trash and debris cleaned up and removed.

Weathertight Roofing has been in business for a very ling time and I really like that. He seemed very credible to me. There was absolutely nothing wrong with what he did.

They met me on time for what turned out to be the lowest bid. So I hired them. They showed up a couple of days later than expected. But wasn't a problem. The roofer was knowledgable and did exactly as rquested. The bill came in about a weeek and it was very seemless. Other than the communication problem regarding the day to do the work everything was great. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

They were fine; I just have not started the work yet. The quoted price was $18,000 and they went up to look at my roof before quoting; so they were pretty accommodating. The quote was fair and they knew what they were talking about. They were very responsive and they were no issues, really.

I would use this company again and / or recommend it to others.

We originally received a quote from Weathertight Roofing in November 2011 after walking the job with Guy Schembri. However due to unforeseen circumstances we were unable to proceed with the work at that time. We re-walked the job with Timothy Preston in September 2012 and the updated quote came in at the same price, which was both unexpected and appreciated. The work started this week on 11/12/2012 and was completed in 3 days, and we are very pleased with our new roof! Dealing with Weathertight has been an absolute pleasure from the Owner, Guy Schembri, to the office staff, to the installation crew. The entire team is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and they are interested in getting the job done right. Paul and his installation crew are the hardest working crew I've seen in a long while. They showed up on time, worked extremely hard, kept me informed of their progress, answered all of our questions, and they left a spotless jobsite. We got three quotes for this work and researched each company. Weathertight was not the lowest, nor the highest quote. The deciding factor for us was their excellent reputation with current customers and within local, well established businesses in the area. The feedback was consistently that they are a dependable, honest, hardworking company. The job seem to go well. The overall work took two to three days to complete. The roofer who did most of the work seemed experienced enough, and answer any questions that I had. I had previously gotten a higher quote from another contractor that did work previosly on my roof. I was very happy with the other contractors work and knowledge, but their quote to us for this job was a lot more than we wanted to pay at the time. We have not yet had any rain to speak of since this job was complete, but we will hope that all iis well until then.

We had some loose tiles on the roof. Found this company on Angie's List. Submitted a request for a roof repair estimate online via email. The company office called within 10 minutes. The company rep was then here within another 30 minutes. He immediately inspected the roof, shifted the tiles back into place in several spots. Said the roof was in good condition, paper underneath in good condition and no charged not a dime for his time and efforts. I was impressed by this company. Will use them when I have other roof concerns in the future.

My husband & I had suspected that the garage ceiling stains were caused by an opening in the roof.. I went to Angie's List, called Weathertight Roofing, & set an appointment for a free inspection.. After Tim did his inspection, he showed us the photo evidence. He then gave us a quote (which we thought fair) & suggested that we might also want to get other bids. Because I had done my homework & felt secure to use this company, I determined not to call other roofing companies to bid the job. So I made my follow-up phone call to their office & scheduled the repair. The repairman came out & quickly set about his work, dismantling the damaged roof area & making necessary repairs. He was very neat & carted away the trash. I like the way Weathertight Roofing does business. Everyone I interacted with was very polite, friendly & professional. What a pleasant experience!

I e-mailed the specifications for the project, along with a sketch of the roof, to five roofing contractors. Three responded with prices ranging from $8500 to $11,000. I compared the bids on a spreadsheet, listing each requirement (permit, fan, etc.) and then each bidder's response. I had to call each bidder to provide missing information. Shingle manufacturers provide the warranty for the shingles only, installer provides a separate warranty for labor. Get prices for replacement of roof sheeting and facia in advance (no telling what they will find once they take off the old roof). Get up on the roof an look at it once they take off the old roof, and then get up on the roof again when the job is done. Take lots of photos of before, during and after. Weathertight Roofing was responsive to my request for quote and subsequent phone calls. They were professional and honest, and their workmanship was great. Good cleanup of the jobsite. Job took three days once they worked through their backlog of about three weeks. The final city inspection was a week later (the city inspector never went on the roof to check anything). If you do your homework and create a thorough specification, including a sketch, of what you want and then perform a side-by-side analysis of the bids, you won't be surprised later. Office folks will be polished and professional, the installers will be a little rougher, so get ready for it. Doesn't hurt to review the job with the installers when they arrive, since there may be something dropped between the office and the field. Ask to keep any leftover shingles in case you have a repair to make later.

The employee called & said he was to be there at 9 AM ( which he was) was very courteous & performed work stated and when he finished cleaned up throughly to my suplace.

We called several contractors for estimates, all were good, but Weathertight roofing was better. I work for a General Contractor who builds commercial buildings, like Theaters, Shopping Malls and Restaurants. I called several of the contractors we use who are very good and Weathertight roofing beat them hands down! The estimator is very knowledgeable when it comes to your roof and what needs to be done. He showed up on time, is very courteous and gave several options from patching to full roof replacement. We had Weathertight Roofing removed the existing tile around the area of the leak, then replaced the under lament and fixed a bad patch job from the last roof repair from the previous owner. We also had Weathertight Roofing do a complete roof maintenance to fix all the slipped and broken tile. I would definitely use this company again and recommend them to all my family and friends.

Call them, discuss my problem with them, scheduled a technician come out, see what the problem was he found that I had leak vents, did not keep the appointment he gave me the fix them had to call them a couple times get them out, finally came out and fix the problem, overall I would hire them again repair my roof.

My experience was excellent. They were excellent. Their price was very reasonable. The quality of the work was excellent. They finished up within two days. They were very responsive. They were very professional. We would use them again in the future.

I was very happy with them. They were very nice and they spent about 7 hours working on it. Most of the guys were very nice. They did a good job. They both were nice men and they worked hard. There was one day when I gave them a lot of credit for being up there all day. They came very punctually at 8 and left at 3 and had lunch for about 45 minutes. I haven’t gone on the roof and never will. I wouldn’t understand what they did anyway. They were good.

I've dealt with the company for over 20 years when I had to have a roof put on my house. They've always been good to me and fair. They will be coming back out for another estimate for more shingle repair.

Overall, I was really happy with them and I'd use them again if needed.
