Once it was my turn the gentlemen did a great job and when he left he cleaned up so well that you could find no trace of him ever being there. That was impressive.

First time leaked again and they came immediately and reworked and hasn't leaked since

I had to leave, so he stayed and finished up and billed me. I think he did a great job. No leaks since and that was more than a year ago.

Guy came out only hours after calling. Gave a reasonable quote, ordered skylight and returned about 10 days later and installed. Both Guy and the installer were professional, friendly and helpful. I definitely would hire again.

Tim was honesty and very helpful. Ben is a master at repairing roofs. Debbie and Sharon were very helpful in the office overall Guy has a great company. I highly recommend, fast, fair, honest. Will educate and work with you. We were refinancing and needed to get it done fast, they made it possible. Will call again.

I made an appointment for them to evaluate the problem and provide an estimate. Jacob responded. He gave me a written estimate. He returned a few days later to do the repair. Quiet and efficient, he went to work. Did the repairs quickly and was done. I was struke by his professionalism, efficiency and skill. I like that payment was handled directly with the company. I would highly recommend this company.

.The repair man was very knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. We've had no problems since; but if I have a need for a roofer in the future, I will definitely call Weathertight. They certainly deserve an A rating.

Tim, came over a few times to look and fix some areas that were the possible culprit. He did get it and I couldn't be happier. These guys are good!!

They removed all the old shingles and underlayment. They then put down new underlay material, replaced all the edging and flashing around the ceiling vents and put down new shingles. They even painted the roof vents and the roof mounted A/C housing to match the new roof color. They cleaned up everything completely including using a magnetic broom to make sure there were no dropped roofing nails in the lawn. It could not have gone better. Best of all, the price was about half of what other roofers estimated and I now have a 20 year roof,

We were so very impressed with this company. From the estimate down to the price they did a wonderful job with the work and the communications necessary for such a large task. We had two old roofs on these units and they were very old. Roofers took roofs off down to the wood and replaced any wood that was bad before new installation. Excellent attention to details, clean up and fast work. We had two dormers installed over the garages, replaced bad fascia boards with new ones and they primed the ones. They even took down an old antenna we had up there and hauled it away!. We had many quotes from other roofers but this company offered the best cost with a guaranty. It also made us happy that they were a local business and we would truly do business with them again. They gave us a 3% discount for paying with cash or check.. that was nice! (every little bit helps).

I contacted Weathertight Roofing, Inc. to come out and give an estimate on the work we needed done, but they, along with all the roofers on Angie's List were too far away to help us with such a small repair. However, Weathertight recommended a roofer very close to our house and we were very happy with the service, responsiveness and professionalism of the recommended company. So, in my estimation, contacting Weathertight was a great move. We got just exceptionally quick service from a local company at a fair price. I'm very happy!

This company is owned by Guy and he is by far the most honest, informative and kind customer service owner you will ever meet. The were here on time everyday, 7:30 am to 4:00pm. Only 2 men, Ricky & Danny. They did an outstanding job in 3 days and their clean up was exceptionable. There were a couple of things we did not realize, they took the Dish off and the Dish company had to come out and replace the location of the satellite. Do NOT let installers put it on your roof. The roof is beautiful and up to code for the best reflection of the sun.

He was excellent. They just did a great job. They showed up and were very professional. The bid was really nice. I got three bids that were just recommended from other people. One man because I am a woman asked if he could talk to my husband. That wasn’t going to work. I got ticked at him. Even if he was good, he wasn’t going to get it. I may be old, but I'm ornery. The other guy was going to literally charge me almost $4000 for the same work. I was very happy with that. They did a great job. They had to remove a section on my roof to replace the drain and put it back. I have a tiled roof. They did a great job, and it was quick. They were only here about six hours, and they had it all done. They cleaned up everything beautifully. If I ever need another roof up there, they are who I'm going to go to. There wasn’t anything that I was unhappy with with them. Even the gal in the office was just a really nice lady. The whole staff is just nice. They are polite; they get the work done. They don't jerk us around. He was pretty busy too. When I called initially, the gal said that they were really busy and that I will have to wait about four weeks. I said that it was okay; it was the middle of summer. She said that he will come and give our estimate. But they were really upfront; they didn’t jerk us around at all. Waiting four weeks was not a big deal to me. When they showed up, it was just in, up and get it done. I have a tile roof. I think it was 200 square feet. They had to take off, put the new drain on, put the paper back down, replace the piece of wood that were a little funny and put it all back. It doesn’t look like it was ever touched. They did such a good job that it looks wonderful. They didn’t leave any mess; everything was spotless. My husband passed away in March. I have to sell this house, so I'm getting things ready to go. They had to deal with a woman. These people are super nice. When the guy got done, he explained what they did. He gave me a detailed list before they did the job of exactly what they were going to do. It was just absolutely excellent.

The service was excellent. It did not take that long for them to do the job. They did an excellent job cleaning everything up when they were done. I would say they were really good and they were able to reuse some of the tiles saving us money. They did a great job matching the tiles that were not reusable. I'm actually going to hire them to do the roof at my sister's house.

My roof was damaged by a wind storm and needed to be replaced. I consulted several roofers but Weathertight was the lowest bidder by about $1000. They arrived exactly when they said they would and began work by 7 AM. They removed the old roofing, replaced two rot-damaged boards, put down a layer of roofing felt, installed new edge flashing, resealed around the fireplace chimney and all roof vents and installed new 20 year shingles. They even painted the roof vents from brown to white to match the new roof. They cleaned up all debris and hauled it away even going so far as to pick up, by hand, all the stuff that was too small to be caught with a rake. I recommend this company highly.

If it were possible to give a rating higher than A, I would give it to Weathertight in all categories. I have never had a better experience working with a contractor on a large job like this. Guy has built an outstanding company in all respects. He is an expert at communicating with a client - listening to what the clients needs, making sure the client understands all the options and then designing a finished product that meets these needs. He is extremely good at following up and making sure everyone is on the same page from the time of initial contact through completion of the project. He is very knowledgeable about all the current products, best practices, and code requirements. His company utilizes state of the art tools for estimating the job. His crews are hard workers, courteous, friendly, thorough, reliable, and as neat as it is possible to be in the roofing trade. A year later, the quality of workmanship shows. We experienced severe winds this past winter and spring, but everything has remained watertight and in place. Weathertight is a 21st century company - honest, fair, reliable, technically current with a quality product - something I didn't expect to find in the roofing business. If it were publicly traded, I would buy stock in it. I only wish I could find plumbing and electrical contractors as competent as Guy and Weathertight. Use this company. You won't be disappointed. It has been an awesome experience.

When I contacted Weathertight Roofing to get an estimate, a date was set right away for that week. Then she called me back within 10 minutes and said that Tim was in our area and he could come over right away if that worked for us. I don't remember her name, but she was so friendly and professional. That was really nice since I was home for the day. Tim got here a little while later and was very professional and friendly. He got the quote to us right away via e-mail and we were able to sign and fax it back to them. This was a new roof for a new garage and it turned out very nice. The work was timely and Tim did an excellent job of keeping in touch we us so we knew when they were coming. The roof tile matches the house perfectly. I appreciate the ability to do business via e-mail and we got the invoice today in the mail so we are sending our full payment. I would recommend Weathertight Roofing fully to others. We loved the fact that this was a local company and will not hesitate to call them again if we have any roofing needs.

I spoke to six other companies before finding Weathertight roofing, this is our second home and we live out of state which created a bit of a headache in finding someone to fix what we thought was a simple leak. I had people quote anywhere from $200 for a simple leak repair (assuring me there was no need to fix the roof) to people telling me the roof was about to collapse and we needed $10K for a new roof. I spoke to Guy and ended up working with Tim for the entire process of the project and they were amazing! They provided information via phone and email in a timely and professional manner, they were the only ones who inspired enough confidence to believe what they were telling me was the correct needs for my home. All in all they were courteous, timely, professional and reasonably priced. I would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again for any future needs.

He had fair pricing and was very nice. I lost hours at work and couldn't afford it. I will be looking to hire him the future.

I have not even responded to them yet because they are giving me another clout. So, that is kind of a little bit involved. The handymen service never called me back. The price was reasonable but what I have to weigh was their time frame was doubled to do the job that other companies were looking at. They can do the job for 1 week but they will take 2 weeks which is a major factor in my decision. They came out and gave me a clout and were fine. There is nothing outstanding of good or bad about it.
