Description of Work: The salesman arrived on time and as they mentioned on the phone requested/required both my husband and I to be present which I ignored. My husband was gone when they arrived and I said he would be home soon. We began without him but as soon as my husband got home the salesman wanted him to sit in on the meeting. Fine. After measuring windows and showing the product, which I do admit is superior and would likely be flawless for a lifetime we were given a quote of $19K for 7 windows. If we paid all cash on the spot we could get the windows for $14k. I told the salesman I was not prepared to decide today and if he could leave me the estimate. Evidently written estimates do not exist for this company which is absurd. He then pressured me that this price was only good for today and I could never get it again. I looked him in the eyes and said there is ZERO possibility I am doing this today and he backed off.Unless you are wealthy I do not advise using Anderson. Window technology will change and I just got 2 other quotes for $3k and $4k which means I could redo my windows every 10 years with the latest technology and still spend less than with Anderson.

Description of Work: Terry gave us an estimate to replace our windows. After explaining the process, she went through it completely. Each window was examined and measured. Finally, she gave us a quote with the "act now", "act this week", etc. discounts. Only drawback was that she needed to email us the final quote.
