They ended up doing a good job and arrived on time. They also cleaned up afterward.

These things never go as planned, but Mario's guy did a great job and we were happy w/ the end result. I would definitely use these guys again. Please know, that any "deal" that you buy from Angie's List is only a teaser...your bill will be way more than the "deal" and I want to stress, that comment is not a reflection on Mario, but a reflection on Angie's list.

The contractor did a great job. We ended up having him sand down our soapstone countertops and we now wax instead of oiling them. They look much better and it was kind of them to honor our coupon for resealing to use toward the sanding service.

This company is very professional and timely.

It had developed a white haze, from using the wrong cleaner. He only has one size tool, so you have to have a plumber come and take out the fixtures so he can get in between the faucets, that adds to the expense.

Mario stayed in touch and dealt with my ever-changing schedule. He was always prompt and professional, clear. He was neat and cleaned up after his work. He instructed me about how long the granite needed to cure, and what he was able to fix and not, regarding the size of the chips in the granite around the sink.

It was fabulous. I'm not just a person who goes overboard, it was wonderful both Mario who did the bidding and to Mars who did the work where obviously knows what they were talking about. They were craftsmen and I felt wonderful about their interaction and I would definitely use them again and I've definitely recommend them to other people. In general, it's just a pleasure...it was clean and he put plug clogs down everywhere and he moved his equipment very efficiently in and out and I could not have been more impressed actually.

My son actually was there during servicing. They did the work, cleaned up after themselves. the shower looks great! Will be having them come back to do more work, given the excellent quality of their work.

Mario was on time on his first visit and gave me an estimate. He also did a test tile first and demonstrated that the stripper and cleaning process would clean the heavily soiled stone. His crew was one time both days. They prepped everything well to protect baseboards and walls. Then the cleaned the floors the first day. On the second day they recleaned any areas my wife and I thought needed more attention, then patched the cracksdoing a color match with the patch material. Finally resealed the floors. We are very happy with the result. they do a great job.
