The service was prompt and professional. I got a call to schedule the appointment the next day of purchase, Gus arrived a few minutes late and that is understandable as the house can't be found on GPS. He quickly got to work, got the stains out and was done in an hour.

They are reasonable. They are very friendly. You feel like you are safe. They are good people and very reputable. They could go over things for a second time, you have to kind of look. But they are very nice and willing to go back over things a second time. I would highly recommend them.

Arrived on time and ready to get started. They measured the floor to confirm the square footage. I had purchased an AngiesList Big Deal so they quoted me the additional cost for the extra square footage (which I expected). Then they got to work on treating stains. They were quick but thorough. They were professional. All in all a great experience.

My son had a party while we were out of town. It got out of hand (have you seen Risky Business?). The carpets, on our return, were breathtakingly disgusting. Nevermind taking your shoes off when you came it, we would have suggested you put shoes on to walk on them. Carpet Wizard came in and pre-treated all the the major 'spots', then thoroughly cleaned every carpet in the house. They did a fantastic job. They got up all the party stains plus some previous stains that I never thought would be clean again. I was planning to just replace the carpet, but that project can now be put off for several more years. I will definitely be using them again.

It was done with care an thoughtful concern for my convenience. Did some touch up on the upholstery at my request. Handled professionally.

The rug is very clean, and he left my hardwood floor in fine condition. My cat had stained it all the way through the rug pad, but his cleaning kept the rug from damage.

He determined that it would be better to reschedule for a time when he could use his more powerful machinery in his truck--whereas I had only made arrangements for him to access an indoor faucet. He was very patient, though not condescending, and we rescheduled for a later date.

- gave slightly higher price than estimate on phone. I think it was fair - gave very good tips on how to keep the carpet clean - he did very good job cleaning the carpet. took him 2-3 hrs. - very happy with the quality and price - will do again next yr
