Description of Work: They cleaned my carpets that had not been cleaned in forever, explained what was a likely outcome for heavily soiled areas, offered me a different package, better than what I expected, and then proceeded to WOW me with the actual results.

Description of Work: Cleaned the entryway, living room and bedroom carpet. We have used Carpet Wizard for a couple of years now and were always very satisfied. The person that came this time was not Gustavo, the owner, and honestly when he left I was disappointed. The carpet did not look clean. But I called and they were very responsive. Gustavo came back the next week and re-cleaned the areas to his topnotch standards, and it looked like new again. He always does an amazing job and carpets look great when he's done. I will continue to use him.

Description of Work: Cleaned carpet in four bedrooms, formal dining room and living room. Also cleaned floor tile and grout.

Description of Work: It was done very efficiently. The owner ( sorry dont remember his name) also did an excellent job of removing really stubborn set in water stains on two of my upholstered dining chairs.

Description of Work: Removed wall to wall carpet. Repaired & refinished hardwood floors. Stripped and waxed linoleum floors. Power washed decks and exterior of house. It went very well. Gus, the owner, took a personal interest in making sure we got quality workmanship and met our tight schedule.

Description of Work: Although they got a very late start due to their last job running way over, everyone I dealt with at Carpet Wizard was professional and courteous and the quality of the work was first rate. They worked hard to make things right after they arrived at my home, and I would definitely hire them again.

Description of Work: Gus cleaned the wall-to-wall carpeting in my 17'x17'living room, 3.5'x7' hallway and 11'x13'bedroom(less footage occupied by queen bed). He had to use a portable system to do so as my condominium is in a highrise building. Had he been able to use the cleaning system based in his truck I believe the carpets would have gotten even cleaner. No fault of his. He was very, very kind, and obviously takes pride in his work. It was a pleasure doing business with him. His company coupon for services clipped from Angie's List saved me quite a bit of money too.
