It was pretty good. They did a really good job. We had to pay a little bit more because we wanted the stair area done and it was a little more than the deal that we bought and they gave a good price for that and I think it was $30 or something and they took care of it and did a nice job. When they were done I pointed out an area where I thought there were few spots left so they were very quick to bring back the stuff and finish it off and making it all clear. They were on time.

Even darker, high trafficked areas were cleaned well and the carpets looked good. He also cleaned the sofa and the loveseat. Job well done. I would use this service provider again.

Generally, I would rate them 4 out of 5 stars. The efficiency on the cleaning could have been a little bit better. I was hoping that the type of equipment that they used would look a little bit more professional. They were efficient in calling back. I asked them if they were available to clean laminate flooring and they did make me an offer but it was a bit too pricey for my budget. I would probably use them for smaller projects but not for something as large as my entire house.

Went very well. He was actually early, but called to make sure it was okay to come earlier. He was by himself. Needed some help moving some of the furniture (though we had moved much of it out of the way already), but moved the couches by himself. Did a good job of cleaning the carpets. They dried pretty quickly, which was a plus.

went as expected. advised what I wanted cleaned, they cleaned it to our satisfaction.

I had a good experience. They came out pretty quick. He did a good job. The price was good. When he was running late he called to let me know that he was running late.

Called Gus within 24 hrs. of when I needed service and he said 'no problem'. Gus called prior to arriving letting me know that he was a few minutes late and showed up with a big smile on his face. Gus spent 3.5 hours cleaning each room thoroughly....and spent a heavy amount of time working the dirt out of our couch and love-seat......which now looks brand new. I would highly recommend Gus and his service and will keep using him for all of my future service needs.

Overall, the service was fantastic! Gus was prompt, friendly, and thorough. I had purchased a deal online, and then paid him by check after the service was complete, effectively double paying for my carpets to be cleaned. Within a couple hours, Gus called to inform me of my overpayment, which only served to reinforce that I made the right choice with Carpet Wizard.

I originally called Gus to steam clean the sectional in my family room that is used the most often. After he gave me the quote for the sectional (which I thought was a very fair price) we started talking about my furniture in the living room. Its not used often, but it was looking dull. The steam clean definitely freshened and brightened up the furniture. Gus took his time and I saw him paying attention to detail, making sure he cleaned every part of every cushion and pillow. I will definitely use his service again and refer him to my friends. I really like the fact that he answers the phone, makes his own appointments and also does the work!

They were right on time and very professional and friendly. They wouldn't move or lift up furniture so the carpet cleaning was only in and around the furniture. They focused on the areas I mentioned but used a product that left the carpet feeling dry and scratchy. Overall the carpets looked good, but I'm not sure about the product used and wouldn't use them again for that fact only.

It was the cleanest anyone has ever gotten the carpet. He actually went over them twice. In the one area that was heavily soiled from wheelchair tire tracks, he spent considerable time and attention to get the wheel marks out. No one has ever done that before. We called him from a promotional deal, and he did not charge extra for the extra time he spent. We will definitely use him again.

First off, I am not sure I got the price he charged exactly correct BUT I can tell you I called a few other places and his price and responsiveness were the best right off the bat so that's why my dad and I went with him. My dad is partially handicapped and he had an accident where he hit his head against the dining room table and there was a lot of blood around the surrounding area (and I mean a lot as he had cut an artery!). Unfortunately, a well-intentioned friend of his had sprayed carpet cleaner on all of the stains in the hopes of getting them out. But, as I found out from Gus, the best thing is to not spray carpet cleaner or any other solution on the stain as it will make it more difficult, if not impossible, to get the stain completely out. Gus came within a few hours of my phone call and worked on the stains. My dad said it looked SO much better. However, Gus warned us that sometimes, with blood stains, after the carpet dries, the stain can show through again. And, that is, unfortunately, what happened. So, Gus came out again at no charge, which we were really appreciate of. But, then my dad told me there were still some remaining spots showing through, even after Gus' 2nd visit (as I said, he bled a lot), and Gus was so kind and came out again...at no charge!!! Believe me, my dad and I were so happy we had met such a responsible, attentive and helpful service provider. It can be a rarity to have people really stand behind their work like that. The best part is that the stains are COMPLETELY gone! You cannot see any of the spots from the accident, which means my dad doesn't have to change his carpet!!! We would not hesitate to use Gus again and refer him to others. Thank you, Gus!!!

They were thorough. However, there was an additional fee that they didn't mention. The purpose of having the carpet cleaned was to remove the dog scent and that required an additional fee.

It went very well. I was more please with this company than the one I have had in the past.

He was also excellent. That was about probably a year ago. He was very good on giving us advice on how to care about and a lot of tricks on how to protect our carpet and keep it. There were no problems. He was very open and communicative. I will give him an A for all accounts too.

I called and made an appointment before telling him I am an Angie's List member. The Angie's List price was the same price he quoted me before he knew. Add that to the fact we still have a mark on the carpet and I will not use Carpet Wizard again.

He gives great service and is very responsive. I called him on Saturday about 7 p.m. He was able to answer all of my questions and come out on short notice.

Very professional! Very nice! My carpets look beautiful and new!! I would highly recommend Wizard. They care so much about doing only an excellent job and that you are 100 plus percent satisfied.

It went well. I cannot remember the price of the service but it was reasonable. They were professional and they did a great job. Their price was inexpensive compared to the competitors and that was probably the biggest thing why we went with them.

It was $125 for the whole house. I've used them since 1998. They are the only people I call. Gus, the owner, does the work and he's very conscientious, and he shows up on time. If something happens, he comes back and fixes it which he hasn't had to do. For some reason if I forget to call him, he's very responsive and he'll come out just about anytime to take care of cleaning the carpet. He's very flexible and he always does an excellent job. Stains do not come back.

He did a good job, came on time and got the carpet clean. It took a lot longer to dry than he thought - over 24 hours, rather than a few hours, but so be it. He charged around $130 for 2 rooms together that were quite dirty. I also had him do various small to med. area rugs. He worked h****** those, and even got the hairs and pills out of one. I'd use him again.

I called on a Tuesday. Gus said he wouldn't be able to come until Saturday. I asked if he could come over the same day I called, Tuesday and he was able to fit me in. I have lighter-colored carpets and couple places where it's high traffic therefore it can get look a bit dirtier. They arrived 30 mins early (which was great for me) and they finished in about an hour (since my carpets weren't that dirty except for the 2 high traffic areas. When you have light colored carpets and they get professionally cleaned (with the wet carpet cleaning solution), because of the shadowing and the wetness of the carpet it's really difficult to tell if the high-traffic area is 100% cleaned... In my case I felt that those areas still weren't to my satisfaction, it looked about 90% to 95% clean once the carpets dried. I'd most likely use their service again, but I would make a point for them to make sure the high traffic areas gets 100% cleaned.

Friendly and considerate of my mother and her limitations and got the job done very efficiently.

Very punctual and responsive to all questions I asked. Would definitely use them again.

The service provided was great. The guy is nice. He knows what he's doing, I think he did a good job.
