Furnace Maintenance

Edwin was able to come to my home quickly and was able to repair my furnace as well as explaining my options for replacement as my furnace is very old. We will call again when we decide to replace the furnace.

Bear Mechanical replaced my old and noisy forced air heating unit with a 95% efficient system. They provided a detailed quote prior to the job and updated invoices upon each payment. They were extremely professional, friendly and completed the work in a timely manner. The job required new electrical, a condensation line and exhaust to the outside of my house. All work looked very clean and their work passed the HERS test and city inspection. The price was competitive and thus allowed me to add a damper for one room and upgrade my thermostat for a Wi-Fi one that I can setup a custom heating schedule and control remotely. I'd definitely recommend Bear Mechanical for a new heating system. My home is finally cozy and comfortable. Thanks guys.

I was in search of someone in the area to take a look at my air conditioner, as it was making an odd noise and not cooling. I had brothers Edwin and Jorge promptly come out to diagnose the problem. These two gentlemen were honest and very knowledgeable making it simple for me to understand what the problem was. To my surprise, their repair cost was very reasonable that I even took their recommendation of having my furnace maintained. I will definitely take them on as my new service company and would recommend a friend. Excellent service overall!

I've been using them for years. They are great. They were quick to diagnose and finished the project on time. Very respectful and they were on time. The price was reasonable and they wear booties to avoid having mess.

When really good

It went very good, they were professional and respectful. They cleaned after themselves and made a good first impression.
