the service and the job was excellent, even the price was higher than the other competitors i decided to go with them because of the high level of communication and professionalism, they are a good investment that will last for the next 10-12 years.

Everything went really well and we are very satisfied with the new heating and air conditioning system. We were very happy with the process. From the beginning with the estimate and adjustments that we made. Really well. Edwin and Jorge came to our house and did a thorough inspection. They showed us pictures and explained the work. They came back a few days later and did all the work, cleanly and promptly. They were very thorough and polite. A pleasure to work with.

Edwing and Jorge did a great job. They were efficient, reliable and hard working. They corrected/replaced other things that they saw were unsafe or needed replacement even though it was not part of the project free of charge. They cleaned up every single day before they left. They answered all our questions and always informed us of every step of the project. A good company that cares about the customer, doing a good job, and providing reasonable prices.

We had Bear Mechanical replace our failed 1990s-era furnace as well as replaced old return ducting in our attic. The ducting contained asbestos and they coordinated with a sub that was equipped to properly dispose of the material. Everything was done very professionally and in a timely manner. We're very happy with the new furnace and found Bear Mechanical to be professional and timely in their work. Would definitely look to hire them in the future for any further A/C or heating work

Tech that provided service was very knowledgeable and well trained (used to work for one of the AC manufacturers). Called with ETA and was on time. He was able to quickly identify the problem as well as clearly explain repair options to our older system. Also was great at explaining what he did to get our AC back up and operational. Electronic Invoice was very detailed with convenient epay options. Great experience with Bear Mechanical and highly recommend.

One unit of my father's property was served with a violation notice from the city that required a new wall furnace to be installed in the tenant's 2nd bedroom and the original wall furnace in the first bedroom to be extended out from the wall to meet the city's code. It was a complex project that included installing a new gas line from the ground floor and new flue pipes to extend from the unit's ceiling onto the roof. Half a dozen HVAC contractors came out to discuss the project with me, but none of them were sure on how to tackle the problem until I called Edwin from Bear Mechanical. He and his brother were very professional and knowledgeable and told me they knew exactly how to resolve it. Throughout the project, Edwin kept me informed on the progress and he was patient enough to hold off on finishing the project until after the shelter-in-place was lifted. Ultimately, the installation was approved by the city. I highly recommend Bear Mechanical and give them a solid 5 star rating.

We found this business via Angie's List and Edwin at Bear Mechanical was the most responsive to our needs. Not only could he come out the very next morning after we reached him, he listened to our issues and responded in a friendly and helpful way. He showed up right on time the next morning with the part we needed (which he had found at a parts store on a Sunday). He fixed the unit quickly looking for possible other issues and finding none, the unit was up and running again in less than 30 minutes. His fee was reasonable and we even asked him to give us a quote for regular inspections on our HVAC system because I really liked him and his service. It's also a family-owned and run business and the care really shows compare to so many other service providers we've tried over the years who are owned by large companies who don't really care about customers - all they care about is seeing how much work they can get from customers - making up needless repairs, additions, etc. Thank you Edwin and thank you Bear Mechanical. THIS is the type of small business I really enjoy supporting.

They checked all systems, Turned on one switch and it worked just fine. They advised I buy a new filter. No charge. Very nice workers.
