Everything went well as far as the job itself, however, they left a piece of equipment on my grass, which burned it and put something else (maybe a ladder) on top of the shrubs under my windows and smashed them.

As usual, the work was done fast and efficiently. The filter was replaced (even though not dirty) and the whole unit and vents were inspected. I really appreciate being able to see inside the unit via video. It helps to understand what's going on with the unit. My tech was very professional and courteous. Great job!

Today we had our 12 year old furnace checked and serviced by Alex Dominguez from American AC & Heating. Alex is a 23 year HVAC veteran and did an outstanding job from start to finish explaining in detail everything he was doing and why. Just had my winter check up done by Adam Friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Really thorough and took me through everything in detail as well as changing out the hellish filter and draining down the hot water tank. Worth the $10 per month to keep this archaic system ticking over

Still waiting for the part. Diagnosis was late Friday afternoon after Thanksgiving, but in the interim, the agent provided us with a room electric heater to make the kitchen livable while we wait for the part to come in.

On my opinion it's a lousy job work .Overpricing on that kind of work. I feel the installer is not knowledgeable enough. I will Not recommend any kind of duck work or replacement. Any furnace services highly recommended.

I am a member (pay monthly) of their service and I have to say it is worth it! They are professional, and thorough. They send you a photo of the person coming to your home before they get there and call you when they are on their way.
