Today we had our 12 year old furnace checked and serviced by Alex Dominguez from American AC & Heating. Alex is a 23 year HVAC veteran and did an outstanding job from start to finish explaining in detail everything he was doing and why. He went far beyond our expectations in both professionalism and friendliness. We highly recommend Alex and American to anyone needing their furnace, AC or water heater serviced.

Just had my winter check up done by Adam Friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Really thorough and took me through everything in detail as well as changing out the hellish filter and draining down the hot water tank. Worth the $10 per month to keep this archaic system ticking over

Still waiting for the part. Diagnosis was late Friday afternoon after Thanksgiving, but in the interim, the agent provided us with a room electric heater to make the kitchen livable while we wait for the part to come in.

On my opinion it's a lousy job work .Overpricing on that kind of work. I feel the installer is not knowledgeable enough. I will Not recommend any kind of duck work or replacement. Any furnace services highly recommended.

I am a member (pay monthly) of their service and I have to say it is worth it! They are professional, and thorough. They send you a photo of the person coming to your home before they get there and call you when they are on their way. Jarrod was professional, friendly and thorough with his explanations of what was checked including pictures. A pleasure to have them as my A/C heating company

Excellent - Josh is very thorough and clearly explains each step of his maintenance. Additionally, a flushing of the water heater is included on this maintenance schedule and my water heater definitely needed it. A lot of sediment had settled in my heater. (I have a service agreement so for a reasonable monthly fee I get these two biannual service visits.). Thanks Josh!!
