Great!! Danny Padilia got here on time. He was very professional and was so good at explaining what he was checking and showing pictures and he is very customer oriented. He was friendly and made sure he left everything neat and clean. I would like to have him as the person who services my air conditioner regularly. A great representative of American Air Conditioning.

Starter had burned out and needed to be replaced. Hank brought the part over and they're installing it right now. Jonathan and his assistant did the repair and maintenance and the unit is now cooling beautifully again just in time for the heat that's coming! They wore masks and gloves the whole time and were respectful of my home.

Ryan and his partner Juan were punctual, professional, courteous and had a good sense of humor. Ryan explained what he was doing as he was going along and took pictures of our system to show what he was talking about . He was great at explaining something if we asked. George diagnosed the problem in record time. My place had been at 89 degrees for twenty-four hours. I thought I was going to die. George arrived on time, worked his magic, and restored the lovely cool temperature within a half hour. American AC is a great company.

As usual, the work was done fast and efficiently. The filter was replaced (even though not dirty) and the whole unit and vents were inspected.
