Terrific. Juan was on time and personable. He new exactly what needed to be replaced and he did it in a short amount of time. The conditioner works great now. I have been with this company for years - they installed both the furnace and air-conditioner a number of years ago. They have always responded well to any call I have made to them. I highly recommend them. Juan in particular. Thanks.

Great!! Danny Padilia got here on time. He was very professional and was so good at explaining what he was checking and showing pictures and he is very customer oriented. Starter had burned out and needed to be replaced. Hank brought the part over and they're installing it right now. Jonathan and his assistant did the repair and maintenance and the unit is now cooling beautifully again just in time for the heat that's coming! They wore masks and gloves the whole time and were respectful of my home.

Ryan and his partner Juan were punctual, professional, courteous and had a good sense of humor. Ryan explained what he was doing as he was going along and took pictures of our system to show what he was talking about . He was great at explaining something if we asked. George diagnosed the problem in record time. My place had been at 89 degrees for twenty-four hours. I thought I was going to die. George arrived on time, worked his magic, and restored the lovely cool temperature within a half hour. American AC is a great company.
