Found safety issues and problems requiring purchase of a new furnace. pricing was a shock. My replacement cost was over 300% what was paid in 2006, a compound inflation of over 20% per year. And govt stated rates of 1.5 to 5+% for tho I those years confirms my suspicion, again, that govt is lying to us. What I paid in 2006 was $5,400, & my new comparable unit costs $16,400.

It went very well. Luis explained what he did, and why so I was able to understand everything. I was very satisfied and will recommend American Air and Heating to anyone interested.

Jonathan had all the parts and the surge protector with him in his vehicle. Before he install the surge protector he did my whole service cleaning and check up of my air conditioner and heating units. He cleaned the insides of the compressor and the outside, changed the filter for the house, and all the other checks that my units require. Jonathan Miller was super professional he knew all about my system and every little piece of equipment that needed to be cleaned he did. Then Jonathan installed my search protector. He was right on time for my appointment and everything he did went along just fine ad was finished in a timely fashion.
Description of Work: Biannual service check of air conditioning and heating units. I asked Jonathan Miller about adding a surge protector to my system too.

They are always courteous, clean, spend time going through the details, mindful of me and my family, and always knowledgeable and thorough about providing details of my system and its functioning. Fantastic service. I was able to get a same day service call. Alex did an amazing job fixing the issues, explained some steps I could take in the future, and untangled some wires that were causing a weak connection to our thermostat. Office staff was courteous and through. Will definitely hire again in the future.
