Description of Work: Dionicio Senior and his son Dionicio Junior did a great job on re-sodding our backyard. Our old lawn had a lot of problems so they had a lot of soil preparation to do to get rid of all the crabgrass and to level the yard. Junior even guaranteed that if the crabgrass comes back he will come back to remove it. They also added a new sprinkler line to our existing system to get better coverage when we water. They showed up on time, did what they said they would do and even cleaned up after they were done. We were so happy with the work we are planning to have them re-sod our front yard also. We will also use them for any future tree trimming that we need. Their price was very fair and we feel we received excellent value for the money we spent.
