They were prompt and on-time. They gave me the best price and did an excellent job! The staff was also very polite. I very well may end up calling them again.

The crew showed up on time went right to work. Mr. Suarez said the job would take about 3 hours and I had my doubts but in 3 hours the job was done, including clean up.

Sr had to leave, but when I asked Jr to sweep the leaves off the roof, some that had been collecting for years, there was no problem and he was very willing to have the workers cut the bougainvillea stumps all the way to the ground. He also told me what I need to do to keep it from growing back. The price was reasonable, the work done just the way I wanted it and they did a great job of cleaning up. I would definitely use them again.

They were easy to work with, did a good job, were thorough, and quick.

We have used them a few times in the past and were satisfied even though their prices seemed a bit high. We also noted that after their work "crew" left our property, we discovered a number of small items like hose nozzles, garden hand tools, etc. suddenly showed up missing. The largest and most expensive item "missing" was a heavy duty "Fast Fill" 5 gallon gas can which cost over $50.00 to replace. If you do use these folks, we suggest you lock your garage and remove all temptation from the work crew.

We agreed to pay half of the total cost which was $500. Our neighbor did not want the tree stump removed nor the roots grounded. It would have been an additional $150. Six workers were present and each had a specific job to do as it was a very tall tree. There were electrical and cable wires between the branches and they worked diligently around it. A few shrubs were also below the tree and had a little damage but it was not a big concern of ours. They completed the job in about four hours. All areas were swept cleanly on our side of the fence, as well as on our neighbor's. We were very satisfied with their performance.

I called company to request removal of a palm tree in my backyard. I requested an estimate of the average cost of tree removal so that I may save up some money to pay. The nice young lady was very professional and stated that someone would come out at no cost and give a estimate and even mentioned that I could receive a discount being a member of Angie's list. She took my information and stated someone would call me to set up an appointment. After two days and no call back, I called again and left my telephone number for someone to call me. Two days later someone called and set up an appointment for that same day. The appointment was set for after 12:30pm that same day. I provided my address and made sure I was home in anticipation of the appointment. No one ever showed up or called. After reading all the reviews and the company being in my neighborhood, I was exciting about working with this company. I will now have to locate a different company. I rated the company a D instead of a F only because of the very professional and nice lady that initially answered my first call.

He did a wonderful job

Very well. Dionicio Sr. and Jr. run a great operation.

Service was done well and completely, but several trees were overpruned and all were overfertilized - one is dead and had to be removed, another (my favorite) is just barely hanging on, and alsmost none of the fruit trees are bearing this year. Mr Suarez did very well with the palms and bannana trees, but terribly with the "normal" trees. In addition he claimed not to have known about several of the items that were to be done and added on to the originbal bid to complete them.

Everything went well and according to plan. I would definitely use Suarez Tree Service for my next tree project. Very reasonable pricing.

Excellent job done!

When I called, Dionicio Sr. answered the phone. I explained the situation and we scheduled an appointment for him to come and check out the tree the following day at 11:00. He arrived ahead of time and was there waiting when I got home. The tree overhangs two other yards and my yard is not accessible from the street, so he figured out how they would get the chopped branches out of there. Scheduled the job for the next morning at 8:00. Again, they were out front waiting when I went our a few minutes early to look for them. Dionicio Sr., Jr., and a two-man crew were there. They got to work right away and had the job done in no time. Cleaned up my yard and one of my neighbors' yards and hauled everything away. (The other neighbor preferred to take care of it themselves since they have three dogs in their yard; however, the guys were so careful about catching the branches as they were falling, that I don't think very much ended up in that yard and she came out and complimented them on how good it looked.) Both my neighbors gave positive feedback right away while the guys were still there. One neighbor liked the way the tree looked and the other one was impressed by how they cleaned everything up. I had also requested that they try to leave as much foliage as possible in front of the two upstairs unit patios, and they were very careful about that. Dionicio Jr. explained everything and supervised the whole operation. I was really impressed with these guys and their professionalism.

They were very thorough, and didn't leave a mess in my yard. I have recommended them to my mother, and other people before. I would use them again if needed.

overall I would rate them between a "B minus". However, I think (and hope) that with a bit morediligence on my part the rating would be higher.

As far as home project go, this was about as smooth as can be. I left the house just prior to Dionicio arriving. I had some errands to run and thought for sure he would still be there when I got back. He and his crew of five finished before I could get back. Now that I think about it, I can't believe I waited this long to do this small put much needed project earlier. I have to admit that I would have never found Dionicio had it not been for Angie's List.

After getting in touch with them we were able to schedule an estimate that same afternoon which was great. After getting the estimate I told the person that came that I agreed to that price and he said that someone would be contacting me to schedule a date and time for the service. After 4 days I hadn't heard from anyone and I had planned on calling back and setting up a time which was okay with me. Then, that following Tuesday, while I was at work I received a voicemail saying that they had a cancellation and could do the job that day. I knew I wouldn't be able to make it back home so I waited until after work to give them a call back, but when I returned home the job had already been done and there was a bill in my mailbox. They did do a very good job but I would have rather scheduled something and been home when the work was done, especially because some of the work involved a tree in my neighbors yard. That being said they did do a good job and did cleanup all of the branches, leaves, etc. very well. I would definitely recommend the company, but I would be much more proactive in scheduling service next time.

I requested a quote to trim a large tree that was significantly overgrown, a smaller tree and the demolition of a large rock chimney in the back yard. The price seemed very fair. He was punctual and very professional services. I have not decided whether I'll do the work myself or hire him. I called him in the morning, and he showed up a few hours later as he said he would.

The second part of the instillation was planting the plants and putting in some mulch and some extra topsoil. He was a very punctual and showed up to give the estimate when they said they would. Their proposal is in line with most others.

Dionicio was very prompt and was able to come give me an estimate the same day I called. He started service the next day! He and the team were early and completed the whole project in under two hours. The cleaned up everything and hauled all the pieces away. For the time, money and convenience this was an outstanding deal! I would absolutely utilize them again!

I rediscovered these guys through Angie's List These guys were great. They weren't the lowest quote but are very competitive (within in a $100 of the lowest quote).. They bring a large crew with them and the job that was originally estimated to be done in 2 days was done in less than 3 hours. They were money well spent. Junior's crew was courteous and very professional. Their cleanup job was thorough and immaculate. They brought plenty of equipment to do the job quickly and the size of the crew made the project go so much faster than anyone had anticipated. Despite being fast, they were very careful. They spent a lot of time doing detail work that my previous landscaper always missed. They hand trimmed with a pocket knife for fragile trimming on the bird of paradise and palms, The resulting work looked smooth and contoured. They also cleaned out the underbrush around the site which I haven't considered. Afterwards, they rinsed the site with a hose to remove the remaining dirt. I was very pleased with the results. They respected the property and I am very pleased with the quality and detail of the work.

I called Junior and set an appointment for him to come give us an estimate to renovate our front yard. He showed up on time and gave us a very fair price so we scheduled the work. Junior and his crew showed up on time and completed the work in a day and a half. They installed new Marathon II sod and it looks great.

They returned my phone message within 3-4 hours. They came by that evening and provided a free estimate. They showed up at the agreed upon time to do the tree removal. A team of four came. Within 30 minutes they had cut down the 40 foot Myporum tree, removed all of the cuttings, cleaned up the area and swept. Extremely efficient. Very impressive and seemed to know what they were doing.
