Description of Work: House cleaning service. They sent out one regular person at a set time to our home. One of the cleaners was fast but not thorough. The other cleaners did a fantastic job. They have a great system for payment and communicating specific needs. My only complaint is they charge by the hour,$30 an hour.

Description of Work: I was expecting 2 people and only one came. I told them my main concern were my 2 baths and kitchen, which included moping, did not include the inside of anything like the oven, microwave or refrigerator. When she came I told her, IF time permitted dust the Living Room and vacuum the whole house. It appears she cleaned the base boards, moped and I guess wiped the counter tops. Did not clean any mirrors in bathrooms. Showers looked the same. My home is always pretty clean but I wanted a thorough professional cleaning in the areas mentioned above. I was dissatisfied. I did not speak to the service provider following that. I should have, but I didn't. They did inquire but I didn't.

It has been a while since we cleaned your home after reviewing the notes from the original request and booking confirmation email, we did let you know that based off the square footage of your home that we would generally need a minimum 3-4 hours for a regular cleaning. You insisted that we keep it at only 2 hours, unfortunately that was not enough time to complete everything that you requested. In regards to responsiveness rating of a C we were a little confused we contacted you as soon as we got the request and we followed up with the service with a feedback form the same day after the cleaning was done. Thank you [Member name removed] for your feedback we are sorry that you are not happy with the end result, although we are not sure if it is the price or the quality that you are not happy with. We had a 4 hour limit and within that time a lot was requested: remove grease from kitchen cabinets, organize linen closet, dishes unload and load, change linens, vacuum under couch cushions, cleaned fridge/microwave inside and out, coffee maker, all baseboards and an overall very detailed cleaning throughout the home. Your scored C on the quality but no specific comments were made in regards to that scoring, we did what was requested within the time that was given. Our pricing is based off an hourly rate. Description of Work: Jessica showed up and cleaned, as promised. I asked for her to focus on the kitchen and bathrooms, and if there was time left, to go through the rest of the house. She was friendly and professional, and did have time to finish up all the needed to be done. A+ service.
