Tiros crew patched some stucco and repaired cracking along the foundation line. Showed up on time, did a thorough job and was fairly priced for the work. Crew was courteous and very professional. Very happy with the service. Highly recommended.

There were a couple of short delays in getting the cost estimate, but after that the service and work by Jesus was excellent, professional in every way. We would use this company again, including for a bigger job, with no reservations.

I was satisfied with the work, but tape residue was left after the work was completed on my carpet and there was a metal bar joining the carpet to the tile that came loose. After contacting the owner, he came out and corrected the problems to my satisfaction.

I am so glad we chose Tito and his crew to paint this interior of our home. It was a big job and we did get a few quotes from other professionals, but I knew right away that Tito was the one for the job. So professional, prompt and responsive. His crew was always on time, friendly, clean and let us know what they were doing that day and if we had any questions. Pricing was absolutely fair. We plan to use Tito for the exterior painting of our home in the near future. Highly recommended. Very happy with the results.

The team was terrific, especially the foreman, Jesus. He managed a large ask crew with many different skills with grace and professionalism. The team did an excellent job and they completed the work on schedule. They were punctual and very pleasant and accommodating. They were responsive to all kinds of idiosyncratic issues that came up in the process in the way of repairs and fixes.

Tito?s team arrived early in the morning and worked all day. Our project took about 10 full days and then a few partial days as the project was completed. At the end of each day, the crew placed all of their equipment out of the way so that we were able to access and use our back yard patio. They were very neat and tidy as they worked and the high quality of their work was evident as the project progressed. I have never had a crew work so carefully and painstakingly to achieve such a high quality result. Over the years, several windows were cracked and Tito arranged for a very good company (Glass etc) to replace the broken glass at the end of the project. When the new glass was installed, Tito?s team returned to touch up and make sure the new glass was finished to match the old windows. Since the project was completed, neighbors have stopped by to compliment us on how great the house looks. I am beyond thrilled with the outcome and will use Tito Alcaraz and his team again. Tito does a lot of restoration work on older homes. He knows a great deal about preservation and restoration and I think this sets him apart from other painting companies. His crew is very careful with the work that goes into restoring older homes. I think this is particularly good to know as his company is a "painting and repair" company. When we realized that some extensive repair and restoration work was needed, it was really wonderful to know that Tito's company had the expertise to be able to manage this. I did not have to suspend the painting to wait for another company to repair and restore the rotted wood. The overall quality of this project is beautiful. My husband and I are very pleased and know that when we use Tito for some interior work that the crew will be tidy and provide top quality service. I recommend Tito Alcaraz Painting and Repair wholeheartedly and enthusiastically!

It was a lot of work, but was finished in a timely manner. They did a wonderful job of repairing the rod iron fencing and painting it. It looks like a new fence now even though it's actually 25 years old! The windows and doors have never looked better--they look like they have just come from the manufacturer! The new wood gates not only look attractive, but work really well, too. My whole house seems brighter, cleaner and newer! Tito, Angelo and all of the workers were hardworking and courteous. We felt completely comfortable with them. They take pride in their work and it really shows! They were always ready to listen and answer my wife's questions and Tito was very easy to contact which we appreciated. We would definitely use their services again!

Arrived at 7:30am as promised. Worked consistently to finish off our bathroom remodel. Stucco repair, paint, framing and moldings. Very pleased with the quality and price.

Tito and his crew were by far the best we've hired throughout the years. We have a 4,000 sq. ft. home that constantly needs maintenance. Tito stood out from the other bids we obtained not because of the price (although very reasonable) but because of his presentation on how they work and what they could do. His crew Angelo (his son), Roberto, Carlos, Jorge and others were always very courteous (no profanity while working!) and took the time to do the work well, the way it should be done, taking no shortcuts. They started every job by covering the surrounding area better than any other workers had ever taken the time to do. They first started on the exterior and when we saw the quality of work they did we hired them for the interior as well. With the exterior they took the time to make sure I was happy with the color that would be chosen, encouraging me to obtain several samples and applying them for us. They only changed the wood that required changing and showed me every piece and why they recommended this (several pieces were damaged by water, some by termites). They were very sensitive about the cost (were upfront when gave bid that this would be necessary) not surprising us with an unreasonable amount once the work was in progress. They were very punctual 7am every morning with exterior and 8am with interior and were very quiet (no loud music or yelling) so neighbors had nothing to complain about. They explained the type of wood they were using and why. They also always cleaned up after after work done on a daily basis. Jorge and Roberto did a wonderful job on my very rusted water-damaged pool gate/fence. It looks great and no black paint splashed on the cement! They replaced moldings on the gazebo and even fixed the wood shingles on it's roof (without charge) that had been knocked out of place by tree trimmers. They also retouched a mural (small,chipped pieces at base) painted on porch wall and applied a sealant. The color they used wasn't the right one (they agreed) but they corrected their mistake and left us very pleased with the result. Our front door had needed refinishing long ago; the young man they sent seemed very knowledge about wood staining; made sure we liked the satiny look he recommended vs. glossy finish. Our door looks great! The interior door in the laundry room needed lots of repair and they took the time (just as in exterior) to repair it and it looks like new! Angelo and crew would do small things for us, with no grudge, that any other person would do grudgingly. Tito's crew was always very accommodating, polite when questioned about what was being done and when something wasn't quite to our/my liking (no one's perfect) they changed it to please us with no problem/hassel. There was a small area not painted indoors; a misunderstanding upon contract; which Tito did not hesitate to paint it without additional charge. Work ethic is what convinced us that we could rely on Tito for future jobs and trust that the job will be well done. Tito also recommended someone who did a wonderful job of placing granite (we had) on a bathroom sink and gave me pointers on floor refinishing search. (Saved me time doing my search). Overall we are very pleased and will be hiring them soon to do a bathroom shower remodel. Tito was right in that I had nothing to worry about. I wish I had found them before I did my kitchen remodel! Thank you Tito and crew for a job well done but most of all for giving us a crew we could trust on future jobs. You lowered my stress level!

Tito came to do a bid on the project on time. HE broke each individual piece of the bid as requested. We elected to use him as his bid was the most competitive and he has favorable reviews on Angie's list. So, I called hime to begin the job and got a date when he would come out to execute the contract. The date came and went and no Tito. I called him back and he apologized. Set another date for him to come out and again he did not show. I called a third time and asked if he still wanted the job as there were two there bids and if he did not have time I would go with another company. As part of his bid he said that they would need scaffolding to protect my roof tile. I agreed and he quoted it as a broken out item in the quote. When he and his crew showed up, I asked about the scaffolding and his supervisor (Jesus) said they would not need it as they could work without it. I was happy to hear that as that would cost less. The contract that was sent over for me to execute reflected a price which included the cost of the scaffolding. I brought this to Tito's attention and at first he said that they used their own scaffolding which I knew to be untrue as I observed every step of their progress. After I pointed this out, Tito relented and took it off of the price Jesus did a wonderful job. they were clean and neat and were very caring about doing a good job...which they did. Every step of the way they consulted us to make sure that we were happy with the work and the result of the work. Jesus and the crew were absolutely phenomenal when they were finished, I pointed out to Tito that on his quote AND the contract the job included pressure washing the house. When I brought this to Tito's attention he claimed that it rained on the day that he had intended to pressure wash (which it did) and so there was no time to pressure wash. I told him that this was an expected part of the job. Tito said he would return the following week to perform the pressure washing. I paid him the remainder of the contract less 200.00 which I told him he would receive once he performed the pressure washing. I have not heard from him since. I also noticed a broken roof tile after they were done. When I brought this to Tito's attention, he said that it was already broken before they performed their work. As I had no proof, I suppose it could be the case however, there had been no one on the roof since the house was built (we built it new) so, I cannot be sure. I did not press the issue with him. the bottom line is that the work that was performed was quality work. However, if I had not pointed out the pieces of the contract that were left out I would have overpaid and not been alerted by Tito.

Very professional. Did what he promised. His son and additional worker did most of the work. Additional worker helped with some of the painting. Kept the area covered with plastic. Cleaned up after themselves. Didn't damage anything. Left all unused paint and material. Called and kept me informed any schedule changes and problems. Mr. Alcaraz acted in a very professional manner and answered all my questions to my satisfaction.

They did a wonderful job, they were dependable, and they arrived everyday on time.

Tito's response to our Angie's List inquiry was quick and professional. He and his team were easy to work with and provided valuable feedback to the issues we had. He worked with us in a kitchen remodel project doing everything with the exception of cabinetry and appliances installation. Additionally, previous contractors and plumbers suggested a moderate to complete re-do of our master bathroom shower to correct a water leak thru the adjoining wall. Their quotes were in the thousands of dollars, with replacement of tile and granite that would be impossible to match. None of them offered other options to correct the problem. However, Tito and Roberto, his employee, agreed that a simple re-grouting job may take care of the problem for only a couple hundred dollars. The job was completed in half a day with no broken tile or granite damage in any way. The water seepage thru the shower wall into the adjoining closet is fixed at a fraction of what others quoted. We felt that no job was too small and his workers were prompt and willing to address several small jobs throughout the house, inside and out. Tito was fair, willing and prompt to resolve the issues we encountered and that inevitably arise during a process such a kitchen remodel.

Tito's crew did an amazing job. Carlos is very skilled carpenter and does beautiful finish work. The end result is better than we ever expected. Everyone that works for Tito is professional, courteous, reliable, and overall a pleasure to work with. We will always use Tito in the future

Mixed results. Kitchen & dining room were fine, taped off, sandblasted & painted nicely. Bathroom, cabinets & exterior were not done particularly well. They seemed to be rushing at end of job for these locations. Bathroom surfaces were not well prepared & paint started peeling off in some areas within a month. Similar results on exterior, but it took about a year for paint to start peeling off. They did something weird with the sander on our kitchen cabinets, making them look as if they were warped and difficult to sand, and charged us extra to sand them properly. Stain was not very well applied on the cabinets. Work was done by Tito's son and one other man.
