Tito and his team were very thorough in their work. There were some unanticipated additional repairs that were added to my bill, but they were completely necessary. Tito’s team performed significant termite repairs to my siding as well as adding and replacing trim. They sanded the entire house before patching, priming, and painting multiple coats.

Outstanding, professional, exceptional quality and superb value for money, Tito Alcaraz and his team of wonderful, experienced craftsman delivered a floor to ceiling transformation of my house, interior and exterior in record time. His staff are beautiful, kind, courteous people who cut no corners to deliver beautiful finishes and ensure high quality work. They are clean, respectful and also ensure the customers needs are met. They transformed my 3,000+square foot 1978 Craftsman home in 3 weeks using a combination of farrow and ball paints to create a modern look while retaining the character of the original house. They were honest, on time everyday, worked overtime where necessary to ensure the entire house was completed in time for my move in date. They helped coordinate other trades such as demolition, flooring, electrical, drywall, plumbing, carpeting to really help everything get done on time by working together. I can't thank Tito and his team enough for making my new house a home for me and my family.

I cannot say enough good things about Tito and his team. They performed a very high-quality job for a fair price. Our house needed an exterior repaint, plus a few other carpentry repairs as part of its regular upkeep and maintenance. Luckily Tito had multiple very talented and hard-working people on his team. The bulk of the exterior repainting was done by Jesus and Dimitry. Some areas where the wood or trim mouldings had suffered minor damage were repaired by Carlos. The more complex carpentry repairs on a section of our rain gutters’ fascia boards were done by two gentlemen both of whom were named Roberto. Tito was easy to communicate with and very responsive. Jesus, Dimitry, Carlos, Roberto, and Roberto were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and hard-working. They did a very meticulous job. When it came to subtle details, Jesus in particular had a great sense of what was the best solution and why. He was full of great insight and expert advice. This team did such a great job that I extended the scope of the project to include re-staining our redwood fences as well. This is one of the best contractor crews I have ever had the pleasure to interact with. From a purely functional perspective, our house is now much better protected from the elements, and from an aesthetic one, it looks refreshed and revived. Whether it was painting or carpentry repair, Tito and his team could cover all of our needs. Tito was also very helpful with his recommendations for areas beyond the initial scope of the project. At some point I needed some special mouldings and he helped me save on costs by recommending where I could pick up the right parts myself. He also referred us to a good roofer for a minor patching task. All in all, this was a very positive experience with an extremely professional crew that I can recommend without hesitation.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience with Tito. When I first met him he walked around the property while I pointed everything out that needed to be repaired and fixed. He gave me a bid on the spot that I accepted a few days later. I got 4 other bids that were 50% higher and some that were lower but I had good feeling about Tito. A couple weeks later Jesus and the crew showed up to start prepping. They did a lot of sanding and stucco work that needed to be done before any primer went down. They covered the pool as well as the solar panels so that no overspray would get on them. They had to pressure wash the house and fence twice since I was also doing some sandblasting work that made a mess of all the prep work. I kept asking Jesus about some boards that needed extra work and he walked me through the process multiple times. Anytime I brought anything up he just said "no problem" and did extremely good work. When I need to paint the interior I am going with Tito and the guys.

Please bear with my long review since I wanted to provide a holistic perspective of my experience. I recently bought a condo and was in search of a contractor to paint my 785 sq ft unit. I needed the walls, ceilings, cabinets, walk in closet, and bathroom painted. In my search of contractors, I stumbled on Tito Alcaraz’s yelp page with raving reviews of their service and work. Similarly, there was the same pattern of reviews on Angi.com. I made sure to read both negative and positive reviews to get a holistic understanding of the company. In searching and deciding on a contractor, I wanted to prioritize a small company that was family or immigrant owned that had a track record of being honest, trust worthy, and can produce quality work. When I felt satisfied by the information I was able to find, I decided to reach out to the company’s number. Tito responded fairly quickly to my inquiry; we were able to set up a consultation the day of for a 1:30pm appointment. However, Tito was 30 mins late but had let me known that he was running behind which I didn’t mind. Tito was approachable and willing to answer any questions you have. When we got to my condo’s complex, it turned out that Tito had done a prior job for the HOA. We ran into the on-site manager (Mike) for the condo complex, Mike was raving about Tito’s work and vouched for his integrity and quality work. This made Tito’s company a lot more appealing with this resounding endorsement! With the interaction and information I had about Tito, I could tell he was trust worthy and did his job with a lot of integrity. For the work I had laid out to Tito, he quoted me for $5000 for labor and materials. Because we interacted with Mike, and Mike was raving about Tito’s service, Tito decided to provide me a $300 discount which I deeply appreciated. The quoted timeline was one week. Tito also offered to change the handles on my cabinets as long as I provide them the handles. Tito assigned Francisco to my unit. Francisco was nice and approachable. I mostly communicated with Tito since I didn’t have Francisco’s number until he texted me with a question. Francisco started on a Tuesday and finished the Wednesday of the following week, a day later than projected but it wasn’t a big deal for me. My interaction with Tito and Francisco has been fairly positive. Francisco and I did a final walk through that Friday, I pointed out a few issues such as the finish of the living room wall, a drop of black paint at the bottom of the window, small holes that weren’t patched, and lighting that I believed were working prior to the job and didn’t work during the final walkthrough. Everything seemed good on my end so I decided to hand over the final payments since I trusted Tito’s company to do an excellent job in finishing up. To help me understand why the wall came out as it did, Francisco explained that because the TV mount was taken out after the painting was done, it looked like a touch up was done on the wall. I do believe had they asked me about the TV mount prior to painting, this could have been avoided. I brought to Francisco and Tito’s attention my dissatisfaction; they gave me two options to remedy the situation. $1500 to repaint the wall via spraying or $300 to paint it wall to wall with a roller. I don’t have a lot of money so I opted for the $300 wall fix option which improved the wall a little bit but didn’t completely fix it to what I thought the wall would look like i.e., well done like the rest of the unit. In addition, Francisco informed me that to fix the light, he had changed the bulbs and the dimmer switch, something he didn’t ask for my approval before doing the job. At the end of the job, Francisco brought up the labor and materials he provided to fix the light and of course, I had pointed out that I didn’t approve the work and he should have gotten it approved before moving forward. He was understanding of my point of view, I did agree to pay for the materials as a courtesy. Because of the quality of the finished job, specifically the wall painting finish and the tail end interaction, I was only 90% satisfied with their service. I do believe Tito’s company is honest and has a lot of integrity for not leaving me hanging and ensuring that I was satisfied with the work. Would I consider using them again? Yes, given their affordable pricing and integrity but with the caveat that I need to be more involved and be clear on my expectations. Would I recommend them to others, yes because they are affordable and can do a quality job as long as you’re very involved and clear about what needs to happen. I would suggest asking Tito to connect you with his staff that’s doing the job or to have a group thread between the three of you. I had assumed that Tito was going to be involved in doing the job but he was really there more as of a project manager. My experience was unique and I hope you consider supporting Tito’s business as my experience has generally been positive.

We had a significant interior paint and drywall repair job done in our house by one of Tito's crews. We recently repiped our house and had 75+ medium to large holes in our drywall throughout the house and garage. When Tito first came out for the estimate l got a good feeling from him. He is an honest,straight shooter and told me where should spend and areas that weren't as cost effective. Once got the estimate and we agreed on the sCope, his crew started a couple weeks later. Luis and the whole crew were excellent. They were all very courteous and polite and cleaned up very thoroughly every single day. The end result was fantastic and Tito and crew make sure you are happy before finalizing the job. Would definitely recommend him for your nainting and natching needs

Tito gave us a reasonable estimate. He kept in touch and send his crew to do the job as promised. Alex and Roberto did the painting. Alex is a very pleasant individual. He payed close attention to details and quickly responded to any requests we had. He is a perfectionist who seems to take pride in his work. Alex and Roberto took great care in protecting all the surroundings from paint and sanding dust, including covering my pool with plastic. The job was finished within the promised 10 working days. We couldn't be more pleased. We highly recommend them.

The job initially was planned to remove existing fascia boards then replace and paint the boards all around the entire exterior of the house. Tito’s team did a great job. The trim on the edges of the roof also needed to be replaced and again his people did a very good job. As they were doing this work my wife and I found several other things that needed to be updated. His team painted 3 gates, the entire chimney on the outside of our tri-level house, refinished the oak front door and new interior hand rail and repainted the side door of the garage. Additionally, 2 upstairs bedrooms were repainted. My wife and I are very happy with their work and follow up with one item that was not deemed complete. They came back and took care of that need, too. Try them. I think you will be happy with his company. He has very talented painters working with him.

Our house was in dire need of a face lift. It probably had not been painted or had any repairs done to the exterior in 20 years. It needed cleaning, patching and lots of stucco work. There was even a large hole in the side of the garage! Tito gave us a fair price to do the repairs and painting and we said Yes! (He even threw in a quick paint job of our kitchen ceiling.) The crew who worked on our house was prompt and hard working. They clearly take pride in their work. They were patient with us as we figured out paint colors, made knowledgeable suggestions and went well above and beyond what we had expected them to do. The quality of the work is excellent and we've had many neighbors stop by to tell us how much they like our house now. Thank you, Tito and crew!

Brilliantly! The kitchens, baths and laundry rooms of my duplex had to be replastered following an unexpected complete repipe just one week prior to my Mother’s 100th birthday party (precovid). Tito promised me they could complete the work in four days. They finished one day early and cleaned up everything before leaving. The work was impeccable and the team was highly professional, efficient and courteous. I highly recommend Tito’s and will use his services for all my future painting and plastering jobs.

Brilliantly! I urgently needed to have the work completed before my mother’s 100th birthday party. The complete copper repipe job had taken much longer than expected so I had less than two weeks to get it done. I found Tito through Angie’s List and when I explained my dilemma, he came out, inspected all the work to be done then promised me he could have it done at least four days before the party. He emailed an estimate carefully outlining the work to be done at a fair price. His crew, Roberto and Carlos, arrived at my home on Friday morning, worked through the weekend, and completed the job by Tuesday afternoon. They were prompt, courteous, consummate professionals. Each day they covered everything before starting and cleaned up before leaving for the day. When done, plaster and the paint matched the walls perfectly as did the drywall and the stucco exterior patch. They even fixed a problem area under the kitchen sink that was not part of the job. I cannot thank Tito enough for the great job he did and I look forward to having his company paint my home next year.

The day Tito Alcatraz walked into my home, I felt like a million pounds had been lifted from me. I have a large house in the hills: 100 years old; badly in need of repairs and painting. I had four previous contractors in to give me estimates which were ALL in the MANY thousands of dollars. (It was keeping my blood pressure high. It literally lowered after the consultation. (So - my home and my health thank him!) Tito walked in, very amicable and said he’d look around and then talk about what he could do. “Talking” was new as none of the others bothered to give me any details or explain anything. All 4 other contractors said the french windows from 1920s...would “have” to be totally replaced (for a fortune.) Tito explained that to keep the integrity of the beautiful past - It would be much more cost-effective and easier to just make repairs on them. They look amazing now!! There were many things that needed to be done and in every arena they are stellar. Tito’s estimate for everything was significantly lower than the other 4. He found ways to preserve the home’s beauty and maintain it. I’m so grateful to have found him, and his crew, who were all very professional. I have three dogs so I always worry about people coming in and out; they were very conscientious about that and everything else they did. If I could give this business 10 stars I would! If you want true quality and affordable prices, Tito is a true gem.

A good friend referred me to Tito. In one word, amazing!! The quote was in line with other painting companies and the job they did was exactly what they quoted. Tito and his crew recently painted our new house and did fantastic work. They came in on time and at a very reasonable price. We were so happy with their work on the exterior that we hired them to stain/oil all of the interior wood as well. They did an incredible job on that too. They showed up early every day and put in full days. We were really impressed. The place looks great. We'd hire them again in a second for any future jobs. If you have a house-painting project of any type in the San Fernando Valley or Los Angeles, look no further than "Tito Alcaraz Painting, Inc." for all your exterior and interior renovations. I contacted Tito directly for my house's exterior update in late July 2019. We set up an appointment for a free on-site estimate - on the weekend too! We discussed what I was looking for with this project and we agreed to a price for the work, and start date. After reviewing the scope of my project's details, Tito emailed me the final contract, and he started in August. His professional, long-time painting foreman, Jesus, and painters, arrived punctually every morning at 7 a.m. to begin work. First they hydro-blasted the exterior to clean everything. Then they masked the windows and doors, and covered plants and patios/furniture, and protected the driveway to keep the project's work area as clean as possible. After the prep-work, all the cracks along the foundation's stucco were repaired and the finish matched to the existing exterior. The old damaged wood and paint was removed, sanded, patched and primed for two coats of final finish. His crew also trenched around the perimeter of my house to provided a solid even ground level finish. Tito's painters meticulously followed my project's requirements; making minor adjustments along the way. He was in constant communication with me, and his crew, to provide periodic updates. Tito gave me an estimate, and within a week the crew was working. His prices are competitive, and the work was done in a timely manner. All workmen were courteous and friendly, and took time to prep the areas before painting. The family room and living room have extensive wood beams throughout, with shiplap boards in between, so there was a lot of masking, taping and caulking. Ceilings came out beautiful. He also replaced molding around 4 windows, and that work was well done also. All in all, a very good experience, and I am pleased with the outcome.

I indicated we needed a person to work by th hour or day. He only worked by the project. It was a Waste of my time talking to him.

They were very nice, professional, and timely. The quality of work was excellent. The project took four days, and they were here at the same time every day. Clean up after each day and at the end of the project was perfect. I will definitely hire them again for painting projects in the future.

Tito's son and crew did the painting of the eves and trim. The finished job was of the highest quality. They power washed the eves and sanded where necessary. They fully masked the stucco before painting, They used quality paint and the crew was professional. They cleaned up each day and were very polite. The price was fair. What more could you ask for! As usual, wonderful. Tito and his team have done several projects at my house and their work and attention to detail are phenomenal. Professional, courteous and meticulous are the words that come to mind. I will definitely hire them again.
