Tito Alcaraz Painting & Repair Specialist

The first day was spent on taping and covering everything up in plastic. We all know how invasive spackle dust can be. These guys took the time to protect everything. They treated our home and belongings with respect. (Unlike the previous contractor) They were perfectionists and took great pride in their work. They showed up on time every day. We couldn't be happier and look forward to using them again.

The crew was always professional and clean , kept me up to date with good communication. The work was done last May , just came back a year later to do some minor touch up work. I would use Tito again & recommend him for my friends & family.

They did a wonderful job. They were clean, professional and courteous. When we need to add interior areas (trim and doors) it was handled without a problem. They were always upfront about costs. They arrived on time and were very nice to work with. There was a lot of work going on at the same time and they were great about working with the floor guys and handyman without me needing to be on site all the time. I would not only recommend them, but I will use them again. The house is not large, but it was a lot of work. They were always respectful of trying to finish quickly so we could move back into the house. It was a very pleasant experience.

Fantastic company. Excellent company. They gave us a discount since we are members of Angies List. They have a follow up included in the price, come back two years later and if anything needs to be touched up they do it.

Tito's crew was here for less than four days total. The first day was entirely prep -- and very impressive prep! Our neighbors were so impressed (before the house was even painted!) that they were getting their info to hire them. Crews of 2-3 guys worked full-time over the days and accomplished all tasks. There was only one upcharge which was understandable as we found dry rot wood under the stone facade that required replacement. The end result was excellent and the house looks great! We've received many compliments and would hire Tito Alcaraz Painting again.

I had 3 painters come out to a home I Was purchasing to quote painting the entire interior. Titos quote alone was competitive with the other two quotes I received but he also included a warranty and a few additional details I wanted addressed as well whereas the other 2 quotes did not. He was also extremely accommodating to performing the job on my schedule. I instantly felt comfortable with Tito and felt completely at ease leaving my brand new house alone with him and his crew. A few days before the job was to begin, I wanted to add more colors and design details to the job that were outside the terms of our contract. Tito was very accommodating to these changes. They were very respectful and tidied up at the end of each day. the job was completed earlier than I anticipated and my husband and I could not be happier with their work. tito will be my first call for any future projects we may need.

The painter was spot on time! He did An amazing job! I cannot recommend him with high enough praise. I would hire him back in a heartbeat!

They initially quoted me a very high price and I told them what I could afford to do and they scaled back slightly to accomodate my budget. The did a great job.

Tito gave me an estimate and we set a time for the job to commence. Jay, who has 10 years experience, came on time at 7am and worked throughout the day. The job had to be postponed because of the rain, but it was finished on 2/13/17. Everything looks great! I am very happy with Jay's workmanship and care. P.S. Tito usually responds back within 24 hours. If he doesn't respond right away, that's because he's busy on a job.

I called to get an estimate. Tito came out to my house and gave me a quote. We set up a time as to when the job will commence. The day came, but no one showed up. I called and left a voicemail. A few hours later, I got a text back stating that they were behind schedule(it rained a lot), and would come another time that was ok'ed by me. It went well. Jay, who has ten years experience, did a fantastic job. Everything looks great! Even when I pointed out a few places that needed some paint, he quickly fixed them without an attitude. He is very pleasant to work with. Cost: $1100 for the painting job $75 to fix the loose stair banister (Jay did a great job here too!)

I had a very good experience. They've done a couple of jobs for me. The quality of the work stood out to me. Everyone showed up when they were supposed to. They were clean. Everything was done according to the proposal. It was on time and on budget. There was no delay.

The job went very well. Being the nervous type I was skeptical about the outcome because there was so much work that needed to be done. Jesus was my primary contact onsite. He was excellent. He kept me informed all along the process. He advised me of issues and incidentals and he goes that extra mile to make sure that you are pleased with the job.

This was the second time we have used Tito Alcaraz, and once again we were completely satisfied with the work done. Tito's team were not only competent in every aspect of the work, but they were also creative in dealing with the challenges as they arose. We will use Tito again in the future.

Work on my house lasted 7 weeks and even though I was under construction while living in my house the work flew by. Tito's team is extremely professional and took care of all my needs. My house now looks brand new and I am extremely happy with his services. I have passed his company information to all my friends and family. Would absolutely use his services in the future for next house project

On 7/11 I left a message mentioning that I was part of an HOA. Never received a call back. Today I called and Mr. Alcaraz answered. When I identified myself and asked if he received my message, he said yes but he doesn't do HOA. I told him it might have been nice if he had bothered to call me and let me know that.

Tito Alcaraz and his crew just finished up the most amazing job in our new home. They were super upfront and honest with us at the point of the estimate, and there were no hidden fees; and they helped us work with our budget to get the most bang for our buck. The crew was super nice, attentive, skilled, on time every day, so hard-working, and their attention to detail blew us away. Everyone was super communicative throughout the job and they helped us find solutions to troubleshoot little issues that came up to help us with our budget and make our house look so beautiful. Not only did they do all of our interior painting, but they helped us with nuanced details and repairs in our bathroom, created a frame for our mirror, and patched up 23 holes that the electrician left us stuck with on our super tall ceiling and walls. They showed up on time. Worked consistently and performed quality work. Cleaned up before they left.

Tito came out promptly and gave an estimate of the work. There was extensive water damage in the front and the side of the house that was later discovered and required replacement of stucco as well as waterproofing and additional repairs. Tito's workers were prompt, helpful, efficient, and did an excellent job. They arrived on time, showed a great attention to detail and the work is quality work and it shows. The house is 2 stories, 2000 sq. ft. and has "Tudor" beams on the exterior, so it wasn't just a matter of rolling or spraying paint on the house, there was a lot of detail work as well. The house hadn't been painted in 35 years so there was also wood facing beams that had to be replaced due to termite damage. I wanted to say this since the price seems high, but really it wasn't considering all the work that went into making it look like new again. Also, Tito's guys installed new outside lighting for me as well at no cost. Everyone says it looks better than when we bought it 35 years ago.

He said it was too small of a job, and he was a little slow on responding to me about a good time to do it.

This was no easy task for Tito, as my house is very unique. The previous owner of my house used fake "spray" stucco stuff on top of wood siding, and it was going to be much too expensive to strip it completely. So Tito worked with me to spray the other parts of the house to make it all match before painting. Not ideal, but a great idea, and it worked. Tito was the only one who saw eye to eye with me with what I needed to do within my budget. Overall, the work was done in a timely manner, scaffolding and all -- and I am satisfied with the results, given my price limitations.
