Description of Work: They patched major cracks and painted my kitchen/laundry room area, including 2 kitchen windows. This turned out to be a 3-day job, and Alex did a high-quality job on both patching and painting. Tito sent over a handyman on the last afternoon to help finish some repair work.

Description of Work: Repaint the majority of a 3 bedroom home over the course of two days. The team sent out worked very hard, and put in extended hours to accommodate our very quick turnaround. Quality was very good, and overall took great care to ensure there was no damage / paint mess throughout the house. The leader of the team (Alex) was great, very professional and had great attention to detail. The other painters on our team did not provide the same level of professionalism or quality, but were still good. Overall, would definitely recommend and use again

Description of Work: I purchased coupon $300 for 8 hrs of interior painting. We scheduled appoint 9/8/15 at 7am. using messaging on Angies list. It was confirmed. The provider didn't show up, didn't call or text.I called him about 9am and he didn't remember that he had to come. He apologised and offered another day, we scheduled Sat 9/12/15 at 8am. I called him today on Friday 9/11/15 to confirm and he offered to come today at 3pm. I agreed. I changed my plans for the day and waited him untill 4pm. Didn't show up and didn't call. I tried to call him but he disconnected his phone. after this story I don't want to deal with him. I send him a message on Angies list that I'm cancelling his service and want refund. I also contacted the representative on Angies list to inform. I chose this company because I read all good reviews about him on Angies list. Very disappointed. Thank you.

Description of Work: They painted my living room, dining room and foyer. They did an excellent job. This was only the walls and did not include any window trim, baseboards or moulding. The price included the paint. I must mention that at the time I viewed their ad, it stated that there was a senior discount available, but after he quoted me the price, I asked about the senior discount and Mr. Alcaraz said a discount had already been applied... I went ahead and contracted them since they were available to start the next day, which I needed. The two painters he sent did an excellent job.

Description of Work: Tito and his crew were excellent. There were a couple of "bumps" in the road on my project, but Tito took care of all issues in a professional, courteous, and friendly manner. I would definitely use this company again.

Description of Work: They showed up on time and completed work per my tenant. I had problem communicating over the phone with the person who did the work, but the owner followed up.

Description of Work: He charged $1,900 total for a 50-year-old three-bedroom house, excluding the garage and closets. He attended to the detail that I asked him to. My only complaint is that he never returned the key.
