it was great! Tito was great. and his crew was not only capable, but friendly too! they were careful of the details of the project. Carpenter was excellent!!

We just had our house, doors, garage and front retaining wall painted by Tito's company. They also did all the stucco repair that was needed. From the outset Tito was great to work with. The price was very competitive. His crew were really good at their work and very nice to have at our house. They arrived promptly at 7am each morning. They spent a lot of time preparing the surfaces and wooden eaves for their painting work. I couldn't ask for more from them - literally - anything I asked for they were right on it and mostly they had already addressed things even before I asked. We're very happy with the finished job. The house looks so much better and the stucco repairs they did are very good. We will definitely use again for any more painting jobs we need done.

I have used Tito Alcatraz painting several times. I am very particular about the companies I hire and do a lot of research before hiring anyone. Tito is great to work with. His guys always show up on time and do incredible work. They are always polite, professional and conscientious. They clean up each day and do high quality work. I recommend them highly and will definitely use their services again.

If is was possible I would give Tito Alcaraz Painting and Repair Specialists an A+. I have a townhome in Saugus that I have rented for the past 12 years. The tenants moved out and left it a mess, gouged walls, a few holes inside and numerous drywall holes in the garage, missing and damaged baseboards among other things. I want to rehab, update and sell it after the holidays. First, the owner Tito himself came out to my townhome to give me an estimate. As we walked through my townhome he asked questions about what I wanted and had suggestions on what would make it even better. His price estimate was very fair for the work required. Upon starting the job Mr Alcaraz again came out as well as the team that would be working on my home. Just like their boss they were very friendly, polite and professional. Jesus and Luis took great care in protecting my tile floors and fixtures. They repaired all of the holes, gouges, cracks and imperfections, going above and beyond by retexturing the walls in several areas that had some bigger repairs. I had a contractor working as well and the Tito’s painting team not only worked well with him but adjusted their work to follow behind with the repairs and painting as needed. My garage was a mess and they retaped, repaired the drywall and patched the damage followed by priming and painting. The garage now looks fresh and clean. Besides the painting I also had Tito Alcaraz Painting prime and paint my kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanity cabinets. Again, they completed the work in an exceptional manner and with great care taking the extra time to make them perfect. All of these extras were little to no cost as well. Overall I am very pleased with the job Tito and his crew did in my home. If I had to do it again I would hire them in a heartbeat as well as recommend them to friends and family. IMO you can’t go wrong hiring Tito Alcaraz Painting.

I can't say enough about Tito and his crew. He came in with a fair estimate and started the job shortly afterward. His team was there promptly at 7 am and worked throughout the day. They took great care to make sure the porch, patio and surrounding plants were either covered or out of the way. Having waited a bit too long to paint, they made sure the job was done right. After sanding and prepping the house and patio cover, the painting went smoothly and was done in three days. They did an exceptional job, and we are more than satisfied. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Tito's crew was amazing. We were painting a 1905 craftsman and they took painstaking care to make sure that every room was restored to its former glory. His team arrived promptly at 7 every morning and were extremely friendly and helpful. They took care to cover every inch of floor and cleaned up thoroughly when the job was done. The price was higher than some painters we spoke with, but you get what you pay for. If you want a professional job done that you won't be wanting to touch up a year later, hire Tito Alcaraz.

He came over to look at the townhouse that needed painting. The whole time he was here, he slumped his shoulders and complained & moaned that is was a LOT of work, and look at all the mouldings, and it's a BIG job. I kept wondering why he advertised himself as a painter if he didn't want to paint. Then, as he was leaving, he said he'd call me the following Wednesday to verbally give me the estimate, because he didn't want to sit at his desk for two hours typing out the full scope of work/estimate if he wasn't going to get the job in the end anyway. I had already decided not to hire such a complainer, but I was curious to hear his estimate on the phone. I never did, because he never called. BTW, as he was leaving, he asked how I had heard about him, and I said "Angie's List" so he must have known I'd leave a poor review of his unprofessional behavior.

I found Tito on Angie's List, and that was that. Excellent experience form start to finish. The work was quoted on the spot, and began about 3 weeks later. The painters were friendly and professional. The house looks great. I am glad I hired Tito, you won't regretted it either...

It was a tossup between Tito and another highly rated paint company. I was in a hurry and the other company could fit my schedule a little better.

They did the service and made the deal and went beyond and the price was fair and the guys really did a good job.

Tito is the painter you want to hire! He’s by far the best painter I’ve dealt with. He will go the extra mile for you and pays close attention to detail. After my home was painted flooring was installed. The installers ruined some of the paint. Tito gladly returned to touch-up the damage. I highly recommend his painting company - you will not be disappointed!!

Tito and his entire crew Alex, Luis and Roberto are the best combination of artisan talent and customer service professionals. We’ve used them for ten years and you couldn’t ask for anyone better. Best of all we love having them in our home

I had a great experience with Tito. My wife and I co-own a classic Spanish Colonial duplex with a close friend that we all live in. It was way overdue for a paint job and had lots of wood to repair. The entire job took about four weeks, with the painters working 6 days a week. Tito himself is easy to deal with and he tells it to you straight. He bids out the job and is responsive to questions and concerns throughout the process. We mostly would just text him when we had questions, and he was good at getting back to us. (And because there were three co-owners involved, it was a lot of back and forth for him to manage.) The two painters who were there for basically the entirety of the job, Roberto & Luis, were both *extremely* nice, showed up on time, worked very hard, and paid attention to detail. All other folks from Tito's crew who came were similarly pleasant and responsive. As an example of their attention to detail, our rain gutters were also replaced during the painting, and the gutter installers got greasy dirt on many of the downspouts. The gutter installer said he would clean them up when he came back to finish the job, but with zero prompting, the painters noticed the mess and cleaned it up themselves without even mentioning it to us. There were many similar details in such a complicated job, and the crew always came through without needing to hover over them and make sure things were right. Anything we weren't thrilled with they fixed until we were happy. They handled everything exactly how you'd hope a professional would. This even extended to our next-door neighbors, who were unhappy with something on a shared wall, and Roberto dealt with everything immediately and really impressed the neighbor (and she's a tough cookie). They did a lot of wood replacement, including a new front door upstairs. They worked hard to match stains and use the vintage hardware and wood accents from our old door on the replacement. It looks fantastic. It wasn't the cheap option, but we've gone down that road and learned the hard way you get what you pay for. Tito delivers.

They were amazing! They showed up everyday on time, worked the entire day, covered everything, cleaned up when finished, did the work in the time they promised. Just a super, professional job at an excellent price.

Tito and his crew did an excellent job. My 91-year old Mediterranean style home badly needed complete exterior painting, restoration of several wood window/door sills and stucco repairs on house and garage. They did a beautiful job on the house and garage, and I am so pleased with it. This company is detail-oriented and takes pride in doing a good job. During the work, people driving down my street would actually slow down and tell the workers what a great job they were doing! Timing on when they could do the job happened to overlap with a foot surgery I needed. I told Tito about this before job began and he assured me they would take care of everything. And they did! They moved items that needed moving, always made sure house was secure, etc. Also, my neighbors had nothing but good things to say about them - they covered one neighbor’s cars (driveway was next to a painting area) and Tito’s crew was quiet and kept everything cleaned up. I love my newly painted and restored home. I really enjoyed working with Tito and his team. I definitely recommend them and would hire them again.

The crew arrived as scheduled every morning - 6 days a week. They worked hard, quietly and efficiently. They communicated trouble spots to me when they found them. The carpentry repair work was beautifully done. The carpentry actually saved us at lease $10,000..00 in window replacement cost.. They cleaned up every evening, their work was first class.

I called, spoke to Tito and scheduled an appointment for him to come by for a quote....and then he never showed up. No call, no apologies...I don't understand how someone with such high ratings can be so careless. Will not hire.

They were very good. They did just some little painting on an item we needed done to close our escrow. They were on time and fast. I appreciate them doing a good job.

Angelo, came as scheduled. He went over the job, asked if I have any special request. Angelo, was very friendly and has a very strong work ethic and was very thorough. He welcomed, helpful advice and directions, especially when he was working on the roof. I wouldn't hesitate, hiring, Tito Alcaraz painting and repair specialist company. Of course, I would ask, for Angelo.

They did an excellent job. They were clean, punctual and carried out their duties in a professional matter. I'll hire them again!

I can't say enough about how happy I was with the work. The work was done faster than scheduled to accommodate our moving date, which involved two days where they worked overtime at no extra charge. The high wall and bathroom were a moss green color which required four coats to cover instead of the estimated two; we were only charged for the extra paint and not the extra labor. And I'll also say I thought it looked good after two coats but it didn't meet their standards. He also beaded the join between the wall and ceiling because it didn't meet his standards. If you want true professionals who take pride in their work and do an exceptional job at a fair price, this family-owned company should be your first choice.

Badly! We shall look for another painter.
