Description of Work: I sent them a message informing them I needed the exterior of my house painted. I never heard from them. They didn't bother to call or send a quick email. Nothing. I think common courtesy would be to contact the person and let them know that you either can or can't do the job. I recently heard from someone else who told me they were not taking any new clients because of their work load. I appreciated that. That's what a professional does.

Description of Work: Tito painted the exterior of my house 4 years ago and he called to come pressure wash and repaint the areas that had been sun or water damaged. This maintenance is prolonging the need to repaint the entire exterior by years. He also did some dry rot repair work to an area of the exterior which required replacing some siding. He calls, comes over and takes care of it in a very timely manner. He has been painting my house since 1999 when I first moved in. Very reliable, fair and his employees are friendly and professional.

 + 5 moreThe crew did an amazing job. They always arrived early, worked full days, and showed up when they said they would. In particular, they really know how to PAINT!! They worked very fast, and really did a terrific job on all the cuts/details - of which there were many. The crew was always very polite, and willing to do whatever we asked. In addition to painting, they had to replace sections of siding on our detached garage. They did it fast, and matched the look of the very old siding very well. We especially liked how CLEAN the crew worked, and how they always left the job with things cleaned up, organized, and stacked out of the way. The work was done on budget, and on time. Overall, our expectations we exceeded by this team.
Description of Work: We hired Tito and his crew to refinish, repair, & paint the entire exterior of our fixer-upper home. The house was in terrible shape, with ALL WOOD SIDING & surfaces. Therefore, a whole lot of patching, wood-filling, and sanding was needed. They literally made our 85 year old house look like NEW! They also helped refinish & paint part of the interior of our home.

They left everything tidy and clean at the end of every work day. I would highly recommend Tito Alcaraz to my friends and family and would hire him again for any future jobs I need done.
Description of Work: Tito Alcaraz and his company did a complete renovation on my garage and converted it into a guesthouse/music studio. The renovation included a full bathroom, closet, efficiency kitchen, state-of-the-art fixtures, two skylights, french doors, windows, interior built-ins, and exterior storage closets.
