Top quality painting for the right price, I was very impressed.

The two men arrived promptly at 7 AM. They worked very hard and accomplished more each day than we thought could be done. They tarped everywhere and the scraping was a huge job. They were very pleasant and professional. We will definitely use them again when we decide to paint the inside of the house. The painters were Carlos and Roberto.

Tito was very good at returning calls and texts. His painters worked fast and hard. Good value.

This project was not easy. The entire house was not easy to prep. The house was in severe need of partial new siding replacement and was 80 years old. There was a lot of detail molding work to prep and the siding itself had profiles that needed preparation. The work that Tito's crew did on my home has been absolutely great. All the wood joints were tight and all materials were installed the way they should be. The prep work on the balance of my home was meticulous. The paint specified was the paint used on the property. At all times, the crew was curtious, friendly and respectful to me and my neighbors. They took care and covered my neighbor's cars when painting or priming. My neighbors have stopped me to tell me they thought the crew was very nice to them, and that they loved the work that was done. More than one has asked me for Tito's contact information. I had a great experience with this company, and cannot recommend them enough.

The estimate: Tito included extra painting of baseboards, living room paneling, bookcase hutch and an entry way to the hall and still beat other competitor's estimates. Tito's advice: His valuable suggestion to paint adjacent hallway to match the living area made the job look right and complete. The workers: They started on time and completed on time. They covered everything to prevent damage to hardwood floors and other furnishings. The workers were polite, respectful, listened and answered questions. No loud music. Tito would stop by to check their work. Quality: We are happy. Extra effort: The workers repaired a stuck pocket door so it could be painted and not be scratched. Near the end of the project we decided we wanted crown molding, it was not part of the estimate or plan. Tito responded quickly, provided samples, an estimate, then picked up the material the same day. The crown molding was installed with the job. Also they were able to move one vent down slightly so the crown molding look right.

Originally I left a message. I was told he would call me back. Two days later when he called back he said he was very busy and could not do the work. He said "good bye" abruptly and hung up.

We had a number of projects to do. The best part was that he was on time- which doesn't always happen. The rest was disappointing. Number one, he did not even have a measuring tape- he asked us if we had one. How do you give an estimate without measuring? Next, we were told we would have an estimate within 5 days. We never got one. If he did not want to do this kind of work, it would have been best if he could have told us this and not scheduled an in home visit. RESPONSE to "provider response" -We did NOT receive any written estimate. We wanted one- we wanted to do the work. While we appreciate your efforts, it would have been nice for them to culminate in a written proposal so that we could have moved forward. We are also busy people.

Excellent service and a job well done. 2200 Sq Ft of ceiling space - 5 bedrooms plus family and living room... everything looks great and it greatly improves the look of our home.

We bought the painter for a day special so we used that for a full day of work around the house before the credit on our account expired. Tito sent one of his team members and he was great. We had a bathroom vanity painted along with a few frames hung and paint patch ups done around the house. Quality of work was great. We will definitely use them again.

The painter was courteous and professional, and tackled the spots that I pointed out that needed work. He took the time to work carefully, being attentive to detail. He cleaned up afterward very well. He also tackled an area that my termite inspection service found that needed some work. (I did pay extra for this work, as it arose after the original paint job, and was beyond the touch-up service, but the fee was reasonable.) Overall I am very pleased with his work. I would definitely recommend Tito Alcaraz for painting and repairs.

I sent a message via Angie's List because it looked like they had good reviews and I needed to repair the exterior stucco on my house. I sent some photos, and all I got back was a reply that said "sorry booked" I hadn't given any proposed dates, and what they didn't know was that I am thinking about doing more than just stucco, possibly an entire exterior repaint, but if they can't be bothered to write more than a two word answer I doubt they would be careful while working on someone's home.

Our new home looks amazing. I can't believe how fast the crew completed the jog. They cleaned up so well you wouldn't have known there had been work done. I was so pleased I immediately contracted for another project.

I bought this 1939 bungalow 12 years ago. When I discovered a serious termite infestation, I was told to treat the infestation & hire an experienced contractor to repair the damage and paint as soon as possible to protect my property. So, I started interviewing from Angie's List. I interviewed 3 contractors. Tito showed up first and sent me an estimate for the job within 24 hours: repair woodwork from termite and dry rot damage, install new windows whole house, re-stucco/paint house and brick front porch deck. His crew, particularly Roberto and Jay, were always on time and explained what was going on every step of the way. When the exterior was almost finished, I asked Tito about my kitchen, then my bathroom & the spare room. Eight weeks to the day I had a NEW house! Literally! This company is terrific! And so are the subcontractors (plumbers & electricians) Tito brings in. DO NOT WAIT TO CALL. They literally make ideas real. I love them so!!

This is the second time I had Tito's crew do work for me. The first time (a bigger job) went so exceptionally well, I consulted with him to have another job done. This time it was a TV build-in unit. This job was to rescue an existing, dated light brown wood unit. I didn't want to spend thousands of dollars to rebuild the unit, rather update what I had. Tito explained my options, and the limitations clearly. We agreed and the work was done. The unit looks amazing and much better than I had expected. Important to note: I had to have this tricky sanding and refinishing job one over a brand new, white berber carpet that was just installed. Somehow Tito's guys did the job without any mess at all. Pretty amazing!

I purchased a Big Deal with them. He does not normally service my area, but said that he would be willing to come do the work for me, but that he could not come out for a month. I decided not to use the deal because I needed the work done sooner than that.

Tito Alcaraz and his entire team were by far the best painters we have ever used. We were extremely impressed with the exceptional quality of work, consistency of his workers, reliability, superior customer service, and reasonable price. The entire job took several weeks to complete, with 3 - 4 people working every day. Tito's team spend most of the time preparing the wood and stucco which was peeled and cracked. All of the damaged areas were expertly repaired or replaced. Carlos did a great job replacing a gate and repairing the old gates. He also matched the decorative trim that was damaged perfectly. When applying the paint, we appreciated the pride that Jesus, Alex, Carlos, and the rest of the team took in the quality of their work - and the house looks beautiful. During the entire process, all of the crew went out of their way to make sure we were happy with the work, and were a pleasure to work with. Well done Tito and team! We are looking forward to painting the interior of our home using Tito Alcaraz soon.

Mr. Tito Alcaraz and his crew were amazing - this was a job that no other contractor wanted to do, but they took it on and did a completely professional job. We initially only wanted the fascia board to be painted; however, Mr. Alcaraz showed us where it was too far gone to just paint it again and that it needed replacing. Then he showed us where the storage area next to our garage was close to collapse and leaking when winter rains come. He did a great repair of it and repainted it. For me, his suggestion of pressure washing the house was terrific as I had wanted that done for the past two years. He did a great job on that, too and the house looks brand new. Needless to say, we are very happy with all the work!

this was a bank-owned property before the owner purchased it and the paint job was awful: drips, peeling paint, painted over hardware, etc. we've lived here from almost 5 years and it was time. the two painters, jesus and luis, came out on time (7am) each day for 2.5 days from granada hills (i live in long beach). they did exactly what i asked of them and were courteous and professional always. they cleaned up each day after working and even hosed down the patio area when finished. AND...they even covered the neighbors car with plastic sheeting to protect it from any sprayed paint! that was totally impressive and something i hadn't even considered. mr. alcaraz called me each day to check it and make sure everything was running smooth. i would absolutely hire this company again and will recommend them in the future. great experience!!!

Tito came out on time for an estimate and was very helpful and told us what we need and what we didn't need. The painter Lopez showed up on time and did a fantastic job sanding and working on the stucco and wood trim. The preparation was perfect and he even gave me some pointers on painting! On time, on budget, no issues and floors look amazing. Easy to deal with and no B.S. Tito was available whenever i had questions which i appreciated.

We are extremely pleased with the work Tito and his crew did for us. It is important to note: There were lower estimates, but after reading Tito?s reviews, and meeting with him, I felt he was the right guy for the job. I was right, they were excellent! The job was huge: 5 bedroom 2 story house with expansive walls and high ceilings. It?s really amazing how they painted all that space, with such attention to detail. I could not find one missed line, drip, nothing! Previous dark painted walls were covered completely with the new lighter color. I think they took extra time to complete the job, which they did not charge extra for. The quality of work was more important to them I suppose. He has a great crew with tight quality control. If Tito was not on-site, his lead guys were and they really knew what they were doing. Communication was also excellent. Tito always got back to me quickly. Communication with Tito, or his crew was clear. I wish all my contractors were this good!

One of our two bedroom units in our building had to be painted entirely as the previous tenant was there for 25+ years! It was in bad shape....peeling paint on the ceilings, yellowing paint and cracks. Tito and his crew were fantastic! Gave us a really good estimate compared to the rest. His crew was there 7:00 sharp every moning and they were very nice and professional. The place looks so beautiful now for our new tenant! I will be usiing them again in the future!

We have now used Tito and his guys 3 times. Tito is not cheap but he is very professional and does excellent work. You get what you pay for. We first used him when another contractor botched a job painting our fence. Tito always comes out first to assess the job and give you a price. I also like that he always calls me the day after the job is done to make sure I'm satisfied. We've had him paint a couple if bedrooms and add crown molding and install custom closets (Rubbermaid kits from Lowes) for us. I highly recommend Tito.

After getting 3 bids for the work I selected Tito Alcaraz based on Angie's List comments, his professional attitude, and his attention to detail. We got off to a bad start when they did not arrive on the first scheduled date. Tito apologized for not contacting me and we re-scheduled the start date. Tito's crew arrived on time on the new scheduled date. The work took 6 full days and the crew came on time each morning. They were courteous and worked in a very professional manner without much socializing which was a big plus for me because I work at home. One of the crew is Tito's son who supervised the crew and made sure all of my questions were answered. Selecting the colors was easy and they left the extra paint for me to use for touch-ups. They completely protected all of the areas that were not going to be painted, including the patio, driveway areas, stairs and covered everything in the area from paint overspray. They sanded down all of the areas to be painted, applied primer and painted all of the areas with a high-quality paint. The trash enclosure was in bad shape with the wood having been weathered by years of neglect. Tito's crew completely sanded the wood and applied an oil based deck stain which sealed the wood and made it waterproof. They also repaired the door to the trash enclosure which had fallen off and added a latch to the front. At the end of the job, the crew replaced all of the potted plants, fully washed down the patio areas, replaced window screens and touched up where necessary. As part of the job, Tito will return to do touch ups and maintenance including a power wash in 18 months included in the original price. On the first day, one window pane was accidentally broken from using a sander too close to the window. I've been assured that the window will be replaced and am waiting for a separate appointment to do the repair. I'm very happy with the work and I will consider using Tito again for future painting jobs.
