It was great. He showed up and had it installed within 30 minutes.

There was one person that came out to install it, halfway through the installation he said he thought the spring needed to be replaced, he went ahead and replaced this and charged us another $285, however we were not aware that we would have to pay additional cost.

Everything went well. Employee knew garage door maintenance and was able to get my door working well in no time.

Installer was right on time and very efficient. We are very happy with the new opener.

This was a limited time deal and the dealer had a good response, so I had to wait several days for the installation. The responsiveness was good but not excellent for that understandable reason. "Gus" arrived on schedule and made a very quick installation, conducted tests and cleaned up all within an hour. I was very pleased with the price and service.

Installed wrng size and came back with correct size.

He did it easily. Good job.

It went extremely well. The technician was knowlegable and proffesional. He explained the condition of all parts on the system, and adjusted the ones that needed adjusting. My garage door runs quite and much smoother. He also returned and removed the damaged weather stripping and installed the new stripping as promised, (within a couple of weeks, as the stripping had to be ordered) and I was only charged for the stripping, no labor. I'm very pleased, and will use Door Pros again.

They were honest in indicating that a new door was not necessary. We needed a new spring, only.

Never showed, 2 months, 2 cancellations. Ended up purchasing a whole new garage door system from Bell's Garage Door Service of Sacramento that now works perfectly (Door Pro's loss, Bell's gain). No service provided and they kept the $99 bucks. Straight "F's" across the board, what customer service? ... no one should use this contractor. Go to Bell's, great service, same day at a fair price. Contracted through the Home Advisor service. These guys aren't a very good ambassador for Angie's List.

They did a great job. It was squeaking and scratching and just making a horrendous noise and they fixed that. They were very professional and they did the work very well.

Installed garage door opener just fine, but only gave me one remote. Had to spend $37.00 on an extra remote!!! Stupid!!!

I had a wonderful experience. I fully expected an "upsell" and was hesitant to purchase the deal. This was not the case at all. What was advertised is what was done. It was done timely, extra time was spent to go over all steps performed with me and thoughts about my system. They were on time, they were fast and thorough.

Josh was early to arrive and looked over our problem. He was able to get everything worked out quickly. Will use this company again when we need a new motor.

On time arrival, work performed as promised, clear instructions, works as advertised.

Had them come out and service the garage. Three weeks later the garage door stopped working and needs to be unplugged then plugged back in. Next cpany told me springs were also overwound

Gus replaced door rollers, tuned up garage door etc. Then we needed a new spring for the garage door as the old spring was not strong enough and would cause problem eventually for door opener. Gus was very thorough and explained everything satisfactorily.

although it took quite a while to manufacture the doors, we are quite satisfied with the product.

20 year old garage door, never had any problems except broken spring. It started to squeak so I figured it was time for a roller replacement and tune up. I purchased the big deal through Angies list and scheduled the service. The scheduling was easy, the technician was prompt and quick. Overall I was very happy with the service except I wasn't home, but my wife said it went very well. Immediately I noticed that I would close the garage door and go into the house, and later find the door open. After a couple of weeks it happened every time. The door would close halfway, then stop and open up again. Something is binding up. There were not more squeaks, but more popping and banging. I should have called them immediately, but just never got around to it in a timely manner because I travel alot. That's my fault, not theirs. Finally got around to calling, but it had been about 10 months since the initial service. Needless to say, it was past the labor warranty period and the service would cost $99. They were willing to schedule a service right away but I decided not to spend the additional $99 to have it fixed and try and fix it myself. This isn't their fault because I just delayed too long to call and tell them there was a problem. However, since I noticed there was a problem immediately, it probably should have been identified by the original technician, hence a lower rating on quality.

He was polite, professional, and efficient. He was punctual and friendly. I would call them again if needed.

They called to schedule the service the day after I purchased the Angie's Special. Due to conflicts in my schedule it had to be delayed a week or so. The called a day before our appointment and said the Angie's Special was so successful they ran out of parts so we had to reschedule for the following week. He was on time, he did the work, then he showed me everything he did and he explained all about the keypad.

Josh showed up on time. was very professional and knowledgable about my Wayne Dalton Carriage Doors. They are running smoother and quiet now. They did an GREAT job, very happy and would recommend them to anyone.

Everything went well. I was surprised and how quickly one person can do such a job. My only complaint (and I didn't realize this until a few days later) was that when the old wiring was pulled down not all of the old staples were cleaned up off the driveway and garage floor. I would highly recommend Door Pros. The deal off Agnie's List was great. Thanks Angie's List.

I previously used these folks to install some new rollers on the garage door and tune up the mechanics per an Angie's List special. That explains my previous review. But a couple of months later my old and trusty garage door opener went insane and I had to replace it. Kept opening and closing the door at random, so I called them out to look at it. The CPU was shot. Just then I noticed another Door Pros special that showed up in my in box. It was for a new LiftMaster belt driven opener, very quiet. So they came back out and installed it very professionally, answered my questions, etc. The wall control even has a time/temperature screen. They did a very good job and were responsive and helpful. And yes, I really like the new opener!

It was a routine experience. They showed up as scheduled, completed the work quickly, and did a good job. I have no complaints with their services.
