The service worked out fine. The experience was short and sweet. He was outside and I was inside. He was a nice guy, and it was positive, there was nothing negative about it.

The technician tried new remotes but the unit failed. He installed a new one in a short amount of time. He explained things every step of the way. This is the second time I've used this company and I'll go back again to have the spring changed out later this year. The staff is responsive, polite, well dressed, and totally professional. If running late, they call.

I saw the Big Deal on Angie's List and called to ask a few questions. It turned into a lot of questions but the receptionist was patient and kind. She answered all my questions and even gave me information that I had not thought to ask. I bought the Big Deal and called them back to arrange an install date. That was quick and easy. This was not an emergency, so we scheduled the installation for a few days later. They did the install while I was at work and when I came home, I had a new garage door opener that was technologically much more sophisticated than my 20 year old opener. They left all the manuals for me, so I was able to figure out most of the options I had in operating the door. They had only left one remote, and when I called them to explain the deal was for two remotes, they apologized and promised to bring out the second remote. Also, I have a system in my car's review mirror that works as a remote for a garage door, but I could not get it to work. When they brought out the second remote, the installer brought with him a component that would make it work with my car and he installed it without charging me for the component or a service charge. At all times I was treated with respect, had my questions answered to my satisfaction. The staff has a very friendly manner and made it easy to ask questions and troubleshoot problems. I would definitely use them again.

It went good. There were no additional charges. I thought the price was very fair. I would use them again in the future.

I'd been in and out of the garage all day and when I arrived home at 2:30pm on a Friday evening, suddenly my garage door wouldn't open. When I tried to manually open it after disengaging the motor, I still couldn't lift it. It was firmly stuck closed. I called Doors Pro after looking up "garage door" on Angie's List and explained my situation. A very personable & patient young lady, Karen, answered the phone and guided me to diagnosing the problem as a broken spring. She told me that they were not open over the weekend and offered an appointment for Monday morning. When I said that, for various reasons, I couldn't leave my car outside for the weekend, she immediately was very accommodating and arranged for a technician to arrive at my home between 3pm and 5pm that very day. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate her doing this for me, for a last minute call on a late Friday afternoon. A cheerful Josh arrived soon after and in less than an hour, he not only replaced the broken spring but he also replaced the 10 steel rollers that caused a racket every time the door opened or closed with nice, quiet vinyl ones. He was very efficient and professional, and even took the time to show me how to change the code on my garage door opener. Thank you Josh! The door opens whisper quiet now and no longer chugs as though it's straining to carry a load each time it's engaged. And this is guaranteed for 10 years. Thank you again, Josh and Karen, for your help and the great job you guys did on my door. I really appreciate your fitting me into your busy schedule. :)

They did an excellent job. I bought a second deal and gave it to a neighbor who used it. He decided to replace his entire unit using this provider. My understanding is that they did an excellent job.

My garage door made a very loud, grinding, clanking noise when closing. Josh arrived on time. He checked the garage door and the opening mechanism. He replaced the rollers, lubricated whatever needed lubrication.

The young man that came out was on time. He was very quite. barely spoke to us. He replaced the rollers in a timely manner. he did however go next door and helped my neighbor with his door.. My neighbor was visiting. The young man was nice but needs to be more customer oriented. He did his job that was that. However, the rollers he used started making noise. Kinda klunky now.

The service was good, as advertised. However the service tech placed these ugly stickers on the garage door opener (motor housing) and the garage door itself (inside). The stickers had their company name and phone number on them. I was upset about this because I did not authorize them to do this. The stickers did not peel off cleanly and left paper and glue residue on the door and motor housing. I'm sure their argument is, "we just wanted to make sure you had our number handy in case of any issues with our service or any future service needs". I get it. They use this as free advertising and it's in poor taste.

I had purchased the Big Deal coupon for $89 for the garage door roller replacement and that was very good. They came on time, they did what they were supposed to do, they realigned the door and they left. They accepted the coupon and they were no additional costs.

Installed new garage door opener. Great.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it did not really work out. They did not have the rollers and we had to wait. It was one of those cases where the technician tells me that I probably will need a new garage door opener. It works fine, but I just wanted to have some maintenance done on it. It was not really helpful. It took them about three weeks to get here for the service after I called.
