They were supposed to arrive between 2:00-4:00, but didn't show up. I called at 4:00 and received a message machine and left a message. I received a call at 4:30 saying someone would be there soon. Even though I had plans at 5:00, I had already taken a half day off work to wait for them, so I changed my plans and waited. The guy showed up at 5:00. He did not acknowledge being late or apologize. He adjusted the door and identified the part I needed for the opener, but he didn't have the part with him. The next day I called the company to set up an appointment on Saturday for them to install the part. The guy I talked to said someone would be there between 9:00-11:00 a.m. I told him they had to be on time since I had to be somewhere by noon. At 10:30 I got a call that they were running late and wouldn't be there until after 11:30. I told him that wasn't acceptable and reminded him that I had to leave. He said he would rearrange the schedule and get someone to my house. Someone did finally show up at 11:10 and installed the part in a few minutes. I will say, the quality of work was great. The door has never run so smoothly or been so quiet. But at no time did I receive a quote for any of the work, and I wasted several hours waiting for them to arrive. Even though they did a good job, I don't have time to sit around waiting well past the stated time (not once but twice!) so will have to use another company in the future.

They made sure it went up and down again. It cost $85 for the tune up and we bought a new key pad and they gave us a 25% discount on it. The experience was fantastic and they did a good job. They came out and very business like went about doing it. I sat down and watched and the guy talked to me. We had a good conversation and he got all done. He asked me if I had anything else and I told him the key pad was not working. He went over and tried it himself and seen it was not working. After a few minutes he took out a new keypad and tried it and it worked and he said my keypad was defective. He told me how much it would be and he installed it. I am actually looking at putting two garage doors in another house and I never dealt with these people before. I got the information whether they put the doors I wanted and they said they can certainly get them. I am looking at using them soon.

Sent an inquiry through Angie's List on 9/6 & received an auto-reply, hours later, with a promise to follow up. No follow up has occurred, so they have lost this business opportunity.

Our garage door would not open. So we called Aniges List. They were great. So helpful. We called them and they were here in 2 hrs. It was done in a very short time. Perfect !!! I will use them again. Atttttttt

Technician arrived, assessed situation, removed spring and installed new spring, adjusted and lubricated door. Works great.

The representative was courteous, prompt and thorough.

They were good and professional. They knew their job well and did, what they said they would do. They were prompt and efficient. They were on time for the job and brought all the equipment they required. They completed the work without any interruption. There were no concerns with their billing, too. I liked their services and will use the same in future.

Called on Sunday, they came on Monday and completed work in one hour. Andrew was on time and very competent. Door works great. I would definately use them again.

The spring on my garage door broke and could not be opened. I called Door Pros and they were here to repair the door within two hours. All the other garage door repair shops said they could not get here until the next day. The repair guy, Andrew, was polite and friendly. He was able to get the door up, replace the spring and install a new release lock within 2 hours. The door runs much quieter than before. I would use them again.

My garage door got stuck and I started calling companies ~4:30PM, hoping to get service as soon as possible, because of a big rainstorm approaching. Most places could not come until the next day, and initially that was the story with Door Pros as well. However, later Brian called me back to let me know he could come in the same day, which was great! Didn't have the lowest price but was able to come down in price close enough to a competing estimate. He kept me updated on his estimated arrival until ~7:30PM. Then he quickly diagnosed the situation, fixed the door, and discussed with me the various issues he discovered & fixed along the way. The door works and is quieter. Problem solved.

I couldn't open the garage door manually or electrically because one spring was broken. My car was inside the garage, so repair was urgent. I called and Justin with Door Pros was here within two hours as promised. The repair went smoothly and professionally and the price was in line for the service performed. I would call them again.

They did a very good job and even made the door not squeak as much when it opens and closes. they were knowledgeable about the right type of motor for our very heavy solid wood door. It works great and is quiet.

They gave us a clear explanation of the problem, told us why it happened, and how it could be fixed. The guy who came out also gave us some tips about how to avoid the same problem in future and it was like a preventive maintenance kind of thing.

They did a really good job. Their price was great, and they were willing to repair the door opener rather than replacing it as other companies had recommended. I was happy and would certainly use them again.

Door trouble occurred on Fri. Called and we scheduled work for Monday from 11am to 1pm. Owner came at 12:30pm. Replaced stripped gear, adjusted travel stops and greased track. Work took 40 minutes including paperwork. Very satisfied with attitude, experience and efficiency. Neatness counts. Also, he gives previous customers a 10% discount.
