Donald, the tech, was very professional and handled the job with no problems. After removing the broken spring, he determined the required spring specifications and installed the new spring. Then he adjusted the tension to acheive the desired door response.

We called Door Pros as they had serviced our roller system about a year ago and we were very pleased with their service. On this occasion the main drive track had pulled out of the wall which kept the automatic garage door from opening, and when this happened a few rollers became bent as did the track they moved within. We called Door Pros and they came out the very same day. Donald, our technician was very prompt and courteous. He looked over the system, assessed the problems and then gave us a very accurate estimate for repair costs. The repairs took just over an hour and was exactly what the cost estimate stated. Our technician was excellent as was the service and information he provided. We highly recommend this company for your garage door needs!

The installation of the garaged door opener was quick and painless. The installer was professional and efficient.

We couldn’t get into the garage, only through the side door. They were great with getting us a new key pad. They even gave us an extra key. They provided a quick service.

Arrived on time and went to work immediately. Pointed out parts of the 10 year old system that could be replaced but not high pressure. Made aware of problems that can occur. Completed job without any problems.

Purchased Garage Door opener deal from Door Pros. Called and made an appointment. I was told that I was assigned Donald as my technician. Day of my appointment, Donald phoned about 1/2 hour prior to say he was on his way. Arrived timely. He got right to work replacing my broken garage door opener with a Liftmaster 8550. We programmed my keypad. I asked him to explain how I could re-program the keypad in the future. The Liftmaster 8550 has MyQ technology capability. This was not part of the deal but I asked if I could purchase it. He had the device in the truck. We discussed future maintenance of my garage door and opener. The work was completed in just over an hour or so. Donald was very professional and answered all of my questions. I'm happy.

Showed up on time; did his installation with skill; finished rapidly; was pleasant; cleaned up his work area;and, most importantly both openers worked perfectly.

Everything went very well. They showed on time, did the work as promised, and did a good job in all respects.

The installation went very smooth...guy was on time, did a good job however he was not from Door Pros. They were booked so sent a sub contractor which normally I would send away because of past experiences (not with Door Pros sub contractor). The "kid" (all of 20 maybe) was friendly polite professional and disclosed immediately he was not with Door Pros. He did a good job , was respectful and professional. I had an opener before so he didn't need to run wires. Install only took about 45 minutes...no problems. However, when I made the appointment I chose an install date 10 days or so out because scheduling time off work is very difficult. Two days before Door Pros called and said they had to reschedule because they did not have the opener in stock. I explained how difficult it was to get time off work and she was able to locate an opener and keep the original appointment which I greatly appreciated. One thing I have noticed since the install the garage door is very slow. Maybe this is normal but my last opener opened and closed at a nice "faster" speed. The sensor does not always work as my dog got hit by the door running out of the garage. I've tested the sensor several times since then and it works 75% of the time. Maybe the sensor is from my last garage door since the installer used the existing electrical wires but it never failed with the old opener.

Used Angie's List coupon offer for new garage door opener with two remotes,outside coded key pad and inside key pad. Contacted company and made appt., the soonest day was 7 days out which was ok. Contractor arrived with given time frame, installed opener and pads. After giving me the remotes went over operation with me. All in all it was a very good experience. I would use this company again.

Perfect! Had 1 broken spring. (Broke on a Saturday). Called them and left a message. They got back to me Mon. morning and had Gus come out that day at 4:45! He replaced both springs.(They were pretty old). Was going to spend another $99.00 on a tune-up and roller replacement but Gus said that since the door rolled pretty quietly without the motor and screw drive going I might want to to think about getting a new, quieter belt drive motor because the rollers were still o.k. So now instead of paying for the tune-up we will use this old motor/screw drive until it gets so loud the neighbors complain. (It's already getting loud). I have already purchased one of these quiet, belt drive openers for my rental and it works great. So it's just a matter of time.

I've lived in my home for 24 years with the same roll-up garage doors and openers. Other than replacing a couple of broken springs, I never had a problem with them. But, they were starting to get pretty squeaky and I was having to grease the rollers more frequently to keep them quiet. So, when I saw the big deal for a garage door tune-up with new rollers, I thought that would be a good idea after 24 years. I hadn't been using my garage for my cars for a while because we were re-arranging the house and using the garage for temp storage. I took a while to contact Door Pro's to schedule my service, and when I did they were very prompt. Unfortunately, I had to be at work on the day they performed the service, but my wife was at home. When I got home, I asked how it went and she said fine. Then, I didn't think about it, and since we didn't use the garage door regularly, kind of forgot about it. Well, a few weeks went by, and then I used it. Coming in from the garage, hit the button and went inside. Several hours later, went into the garage and the door was open. Long story short, this went on for quite a while. Sometimes the door would close, and other times it would get half way down, jerk, then go back the other way. I waited until the problem became extremely annoying, happening about 80% of the time. Reminder - this had NEVER happened in 24 years! I finally called Door Pro's and explained the situation. I also admitted to having waited a couple months to finally call them. The woman I spoke with put me on hold and spoke with somebody else. Then she came back and told me sorry, I would have to pay the full price for a service call for them to fix the problem. I tried to explain that I didn't use the garage door for a while, and then kind of put up with it for a while thinking it might need to "break in". Didn't matter, she said they would only look at it for a full charge service call (over $100). I told them to forget it and I would try and figure it out myself. I'm sure youtube has some videos on fixing this problem. Meanwhile, lesson learned. And make sure if you purchase from Door Pro's you check their work VERY closely and don't accept anything you're not satisfied with.

It went great. They were prompt, professional, efficient and helpful.

ok, but left without explaining how to operate the smart phone controls....sighh

Besides a little rocky start (I called to see where the person coming out to do our initial estimate was. He was delayed at another job site, but they had no problem providing me compensation), they had great customer service, the installer was on time and very friendly, the quote was what i was charged, and of course we love the new look it gives our house.

They were responsive with setting a day and time to fit my schedule, showed up on time and the first gentleman to arrive was informative and professional. He recommended a new motor as my old one was on it's way out. I purchased the new motor and he informed me that his partner would be joining him to finish the job. The second gentleman to arrive was less than attentive. When he finished the job, I had a couple questions about the new mechanics of the door. He told me to read the instruction book. When I questioned the roughness of the door going up and down he simply replied "it's fine." I was disappointed to hear that the $99.00 I paid for the tune up would not be applied to the cost of the new system ($439.00) which required tune up upon completion of the installation. I only provided a C rating for professionalism, but the first gentleman would receive an A, whereas the second gentleman would receive a D at best.

On Thursday 6/6/2014 I called regarding services for torsion spring replacement. The operator was very friendly and gave me a quote of $225 plus $25 off with coupon. Service was to be on Monday June 9th, 2015 between 10a.m. - 12p.m. Included service was to be torsion spring replacement and 16 point inspection. Monday at 11:50a.m. I call to see if service person will be arriving. I received no courtesy call. At 11:55 Gus arrived to do service. Gus had no idea what the pricing was on this job and asked me what was quoted. Gus seemed hurried all the time and it took 20 minutes to replace the springs. Gus never gave an inspection as promised. **Another thing I need to add was the fact that Gus used my OLD bearings and never offered to put new ones on. This was odd as I thought new springs would come with new bearings. I asked Gus about this and he said they would be just fine. ( uh, yeah. sure.) I may be wrong but Gus seemed to be a third party service person, like the ones Cable and Dish Network send out. Hurried to get more jobs done than caring about the service itself. It seems the service was done well enough if you don't know what to look for, as in my case, so I can't speak for quality as I don't know what brand if any was used. Only time will tell how well this service went. For those able and know the torsion spring size I recommend going on Ebay to do it themselves. Videos on Youtube make it look easy.

this is the second time I have used them. the tech. calls before to alert time of arrival which I really appreciate. he arrived.,quickly diagnosed the p.roblem and fixed it in minutes. he was polite and courteous. really recommend them

Josh, the owner was great. Knowledgable and professional. I decided to go with their company (I had multiple companies come out for a quote) because I got a good feeling from him. He promptly ordered the panel and had his installer come out and install it. My husband was VERY unhappy with the outcome because there was a large gap visible from the outside of the house. We called Josh and he sent his installer out to adjust the garage door. The installer filled me full of BS about how he did nothing wrong and the reason there is a gap is because of XYZ... I told him that my husband was not going to be happy with his answer and this would not be the last they heard from us. We called Josh back who admitted that the company that produced the panel actually cut it too short and that they would install a vinyl panel on the garage to cover up the gap. When the installer came out to install the vinyl my husband asked him if the vinyl was paintable because it doesn't match the color of the house. The installer was very condescending and responded with "Yes, that's why they call it vinyl." My husband promptly told him not to be rude, that it was a simple question. Josh is great but he needs a new installer because we wouldn't use them again because of him. My major problem is that I need men to be honest with me considering I am a woman and I don't understand garage doors. I do not appreciate being lied to because he thinks I'm dumb and will just be ok with his answer. I knew he was lying to me but I didn't know what to say. I had to have my husband take off work to make sure that the job got done correctly when they came back. Kelli

My roll-up garage door had begun to come apart, which resulted in it screwing up the alignment. The repair tech took the door off, realigned it, and identified other problems that were corrected. The door is working properly now. Only problem is the tech called me afterward to tell me he forgot his ladder in my garage. Minor detail in an otherwise professional job. This is my second experience with DoorPros and won't hesitate to use them again.

They did a great job. I would love to contact them back for additional services. I thought it was a really good value. The technicians showed up on time and scheduling was not an issue.
