Description of Work: The representative came in to do an adjustment on the garage door and replace the rollers. He was quick, professional and clean. The work was performed and then he gave us a few suggestions on how to maintain the door. GREAT JOB!!

Description of Work: Basic Tune-up using Angie's Deal. Also replaced rollers on garage and then had some minor repair work. Since they were servicing door they only charged for the parts for the repair work. I would recommend and would use Door Pros again.

In addition to the above work, the individual doing the work advised that the spring being 10 years old, could fail at any time and should be replaced. He wasn't pushy about it but what he was saying sounded convincing, so for $185.00 extra, I agreed to his proposal and got a dual spring replacement. This new spring would provide double the protection against failure in the future. He was finshed before the time estimate and the door works very well now.

Description of Work: We had the rollers replaced and the door serviced. Josh was able to get our garage door opener to work with our car. We had just about given up. And he did it in a matter of minutes. Am singing his praise to my neighbors.

Description of Work: I bought a "tune-up" through Angie's List for our sagging garage door. The young man who came to fix our garage door was prompt, professional, and very courteous. He gave us a detailed explanation of the problem with our door, which we were glad to have. As it turned out we have a normal-profile opener system on our door and we should have a low-profile system. Not being ready to replace the whole system, we opted to have him repair the current system. There was no "hard sell" to get us to buy a new system; just lots of good information. When we're ready to replace our system this is the business we'll call to do the work!

In addition, we chose to have a torque master change out and were given 25% off being on Angies List. Excellent service - on time - great clean-up - very polite and great communication regarding each step!!! Would definitely recommend this company!!!!!!!!

Description of Work: The main spring on my son's 10yr old door broak, the repair was performed in Chula Vista CA for my son. I was so impressed I am talking to them re our doors here in Fairfield. Very professional, courtious, and on time... highly recommend them.
