Cypress Heating & Air Conditioning Inc is a 55 year old, family owned and operated company, serving the entire San Gabriel Valley and portions of Los Angeles, Orange and Riverside Counties. Specializing in residential upgrade and replacement market, light commercial and industrial; sales, service and installation. CYPRESS will continue to install systems using special advance techniques, which will reduce your energy usage and save you money, with only the highest of standards in workmanship and "QI Installations". Those same standards apply to the service/repair, maintenance, plumbing and indoor air quality services. Cypress holds 100% NATE (North American Technician Excellence) certified Technicians and have a vast knowledge of installation diagnostic and troubleshooting skill. In addition to factory training courses our employees attend quarterly, we have implemented an in-house continuing education program taught by our senior technicians, from both the residential and commercial divisions, combined they bring over a century of experience from the HVAC trade.

However, the technician might have suggested that I call the company to get someone to measure for an extimate to get further work done to follow up on the two improvement-suggestions he made. He merely said, when asked, that the company could give an estimate over the phone.

Description of Work: Cypress replaced my furnace, air conditioning unit and air ducts with a high end Lennox system. Everyone I had contact with at Cypress was friendly and professional. The installation crew did a fantastic job. My furnace is in the attic and they built a very nice platform area for the furnace and access to it. Way beyond my expectations. They followed up on all the little things I had concerns about and explained how to replace the furnace filter and use the new wifi thermostat. I would recommend them to anyone needing to replace their current system.

THEY WERE PROMPT AND ON TIME, IT WAS VERY EASY TO WORK WITH THEM. THE SALES PERSON ANSWERED ALL OF MY QUESTIONS AND THE INSTALLERS WERE EQUALLY AS GREAT. THEY EVEN HELPED ME GET THE PERMIT ON SHORT NOTICE.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE AND PRICE OF THIS COMPANY. THE REPAIRMAN WAS VERY HONEST AND DID NOT TRY TO RIP ME OFF. HE INSPECTED EVERYTHING IN MY PRESENCE AND ONLY REPAIRED WHAT WAS NEEDED.

I WAS EXTREMELY SATISFIED WITH THE WORK CYPRESS PERFORMED. MY ENERGY BILL CUT IN HALF WITH THE NEW UNIT. MY HOME IS COOLER IN THE SUMMERTIME, AND MORE COMFORTABLE IN THE WINTER.
