Cypress Heating and Air Conditioning Inc. installed our new air conditioning and heating system a couple of years ago. They did an amazing job. Their price was competitive and their customer service was outstanding. They took care of the permit and multiple rebates from the city and state. We would choose no one else to do the bi-annual tune up. The rep was here on time and was very friendly.

I felt slighted and overcharged for nothing. My fault for not saying anything but the heater did work, will not use them ever again.

They put in our original air conditioner and gave it a tuneup. They do work for us at a discounted price.

Perfect. He did a thorough inspection.

We had another company remove the asbestos in the house and had to replace the ducting in the attic and put in insulation. They also updated the thermostat, reinstalled the heating unit, and refilled the freon in our AC unit. Bob (owner) was a pleasure to work with. We had many questions that he and his staff answered quickly. In fact, he went to our home to inspect the site and was very honest with us. They were always on time and left our house the way they found it. They were not available to finish the job within the time frame we wanted, but were able to work with us. I would not hesitate to hire them again.

Called and asked what happened , stated they see appt, but didnt put it in correctly. didnt apologize, just said do I want to reschedule, yes or no!! Rude and unprofessional!

They did a great job, did a complete service on my air conditioner. Their technician Robert was very though and knowledgeable.

I just had a repair done on our Air Conditioner from the initial call to the technician who came out everyone was very courteous. They took the time to answer all questions and explain so that we could understand. I would definitely call them back for regular maintenance. They are a great group of people! The fact that they have been around for years and is family run makes it all that much better

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was a good experience. They were on time and they were pleasant to deal with. They pointed out a coupon of other things they would like to see done to make sure that the air conditioning was working efficiently. They were pleasant.

They came right away and did a good job. It was a rental property and the owner decided to go with a different air conditioning company for the repair.

Does not give itemized estimates - refusal to give basic info such as how many hours a job will take and the labor rate for the job. Must be getting a lot of business to pass on making money by giving a detailed estimate.

We have had good service from Cypress in the past, so we contacted them when our A/C unit failed. We could not get clear answers from the technician who was sent out, requiring him to come a second time. This second time he was unprepared, needing to borrow a screw driver and asking unprofessional questions about politics. He could not state the price or specs for the new unit he was proposing us to purchase. The office did provide a written bid that evening, but did not respond to an email asking about applying an Angie's List coupon. We decided to use someone else for the new unit, but did pay for the initial service call.

we wanted our new system to have two independent zones (thermostats) - one upstairs and one downstairs. At first we were told it's only done with the furnace in the attic. This was not a choice for us; we needed to see the unit just to feel confident, years from now, that nothing is leaking or cracked. To give us what we wanted, Tony their ace installer designed an installation that left our new furnace in the garage, and with only one new air conditioning unit outside. To say we are happy with the results would be an understatement. After rebates, the complete system came in on budget - even with the redesign.

I had an appointment and I called provider as I had not received the courtesy call by 11:30am and my service window was between 9am and 12pm. Provider claimed they did not have my unit number nor phone number, that it was not provided by Angie's List. Earlier in the week I had emailed Joann to provide my phone number when they sent me an email confirming my appointment. Provider called me back and told me at 12:01pm that technician would arrive between 20-30 minutes. I called to cancel my appointment as an hour had passed rather than the 20-30 minutes and I had a previous commitment and needed to leave my home by 2:30pm. I did not want the technician doing a less than through job because I needed to leave. Technician arrived at my door 1 hour and 10 minutes after the provider called me to tell me it would be 20-30 minutes. Overall I spent 4 hours waiting for this technician to arrive and had I not called them perhaps they never would have come to complete this service.

They did absolutely genuine work. Gary was extremely helpful; i called him multiple times with questions throughout the project.

It went well, he recommended some things I need to do and explain to me the condition of my system, then left.

I very much appreciated the professional work that was done and no pressure to purchase more work or parts.

I was very impressed by technician Ted's expertise and professionalism. I was concerned that the inspection/maintenance wouldn't amount to much, but it was very clear that Ted is meticulous in his work. He was also very helpful in explaining every item and issue.

When the serviceman stepped insided my home, he immediately put on shoe coverings before he brought in his ladder, etc. We talked a bit, and then he proceeded to check all of my vents to be sure that the output was correct. Ckecked my thermostat. He gathered his ladder & gauge of sorts and went upstairs to the addict. I mentioned to him that the other company that had come left fingerprints on my white ceiling. I asked him if he would not mine removing them before he came down. He installed a new filter, etc. went outside to check the unit and control box next to the downstairs in the backyard. Everything was working accordingly. He said that the filter must be changed once a year, but ait was working perfectly. He found no problems with either the heating/air conditioning units. I went to get him a wet soapy cloth so that he could clean the fingerprints off of my ceiling but when I returned, he was downstairs, ladder and gauge(s) in hand. He said he had done it already. He saw the puzzled look on my face and answered the question, before I had a chance to ask it. He said he went into the bathroom (which was just below from where he went up to the addict) and got a couple of paper towels and used them to clean the ceiling. I was surprised and very pleased with his initiative. The serviceman came prepared and on time, conscientious of the customer's home, is very personable, warm demeanor, easy to talk to, Very knowledge re my units. I definitely plan to use his company in the future and will recommend him to friends and neighbors.

They did an excellent job for us and now we have great air conditioning. We got two or three quotes on that and we thought theirs was a really good deal. It was cheap.

The quote was double the price of another estimate I received. My dad had the same work done for less and his house is bigger than mine. I felt it was way over the market price.

Their service is good. I have been using their services for about three years.
