Cypress Heating & Air Conditioning Inc is a 55 year old, family owned and operated company, serving the entire San Gabriel Valley and portions of Los Angeles, Orange and Riverside Counties. Specializing in residential upgrade and replacement market, light commercial and industrial; sales, service and installation. CYPRESS will continue to install systems using special advance techniques, which will reduce your energy usage and save you money, with only the highest of standards in workmanship and "QI Installations". Those same standards apply to the service/repair, maintenance, plumbing and indoor air quality services. Cypress holds 100% NATE (North American Technician Excellence) certified Technicians and have a vast knowledge of installation diagnostic and troubleshooting skill. In addition to factory training courses our employees attend quarterly, we have implemented an in-house continuing education program taught by our senior technicians, from both the residential and commercial divisions, combined they bring over a century of experience from the HVAC trade.

Description of Work: I do not believe the service man knew what he was doing with my central air conditioner. He sent me away so he could fix the problems he caused with my unit. I was watching him work for most of the time he was here. I tried the special and still felt I did not get my full value.

Description of Work: The company was courteous and professional in scheduling my service. Unfortunately upon evaluating the location of my air conditioning unit they were uncomfortable with completing the service. Because they were unable to fulfill my request for service they requested I ask for a refund from Angie's List for my big deal. I would rate them as an 'A' for my interaction with them and a 'B' because unfortunately I was unable to have the service completed.

Description of Work: Angie's List coupon was expired but was not credited to the cost of the inspection. The employee was not aware of the coupon and rather than make a fuss, we decided to use the unexpired value paid for the coupon on a future service call when we decide to have the coils cleaned or something.

They are great.
Description of Work: They come out twice a year (under contract) to tune up the air conditioning and heating unit. With our contract if you have to have major work done they take off 10% for parts and labor.
