Description of Work: I have called on this company twice. Both times Don came out to do the work. Don is polite, professional, honest, and takes pride in his work. It's good to know that the "good guy with integrity" is still out there.

Description of Work: Install CPU (dual pane glass unit w/grid) fabricated but MILGARD (owner provided material) installation went well and completed professionally. All Cities Glass schedule the repair on a Saturday to accommodate their busy schedule to meet my needs. Thankful they were able to get it done quickly.

Description of Work: Their technician came out the same day when I spoke to them. He took the measurements and ordered the glass (it takes 24 hours to get). The next day, he returned, replaced the glass and cleaned up the shards that had fallen outside. Very happy with the service and the results.

Description of Work: My contact with Don at All Cities Glass & Screen was fantastic! Don was very professional and easy to communicate with. He stayed in contact during the whole process of price quoting to job completion. We have a 61 year old house that has the original back door with five glass panes in it. Don was very prompt at coming to our home, evaluating what needed to be done to replace all panes and measure. I received a quote for the work and materials the very next morning. Don came out and replaced all of the 61 year old glass with new tempered glass panes and did a fabulous job installing them. We are now having the house painted by another contractor who mentioned to me that Don's work was done exactly as it should and no short cuts were taken. I will use Don if ever another need arises. I will also recommend All Cities Glass & Screen to anyone who may ask.
