I highly recommend All Cities Glass. Every interaction with this company was highly professional and satisfactory. The job was well priced, completed in a timely fashion and beautifully executed. We enjoyed every aspect of working with Don and Kelly.

The Difference Between Good and Great We recently had some work done from All Cities Glass, a recommended partner of Angies List. As I expected, they were professional, polite, on time, reliable and trustworthy. All the things that I expect from a Good company. But during the replacement of the glass panels in our sliding door, it was obvious the new glass was not quite the correct size. Don, the owner, said, "I can jam it in and make it fit, but I would not do that on my own doors and I am not going to do it on yours." Don and his son Chris loaded up the glass and said they would be back next week with the correct size. There were no excuses, no finger pointing, no blame game, just "We'll be back next week", and they were, as promised and got the correct glass installed. I'm sure this problem cost All Cities Glass a considerable amount in time and materials but that never was an issue. The priority was to get the correct size and get back and get it installed. The way Don handled this problem told me, this is a Great Company! I also had them do some additional work on some other window and screen replacements. Thank you to Don, Kelli and Chris for a great Job and a wonderful experience.

The provider installed the sash windows fine. The 2 replacements sheet glass windows are too loose in the wood frame. When I notified the provider he said he could come out and do some more work on them but he has never come out to take care of it.

There was a broken window in a rental house. I called All Cities Glass and they were able to go out the day I called and repair the window. They did an excellent job and I was very happy that they were able to do the work so fast.

I scheduled a time for someone to come and measure the glass. He was on time and it took about 10 minutes. The next morning the glass was ready and it took about 20 minutes. He was quick, professional and thanked me for using his company.

I called Don to replace a shattered glass shower door. In order to save time, he was able to take all my measurements over the phone and via text message pictures. The result: Perfect fit. He even gave me the option to do the pickup myself to save some $$, which I accepted. Great communications skills. Will go back to him if needed!

Don and the people in his office could not be nicer. I called and told them what I needed. Don came out that same day just to look at the window to make sure he ordered the correct glass. 4 days later he was out as promised and schedule and in 30 min had it done. I'm very pleased with the whole experience and would call Don again in a heartbeat.

First of all, Don was very informative and honest even when I first spoke with him on the phone about my situation. This is a mom and pop shop so I wasn't accustomed to their quick personal response. Don was able to come out for a quick estimate within 2 hours of calling him. Once he came, he was not flustered like others who tried to exaggerate the difficulty of the glass repair. CR Glass initially quoted me $350, then once the technician came, price ballooned to $700 bc of the "difficulty" involved in repairing the glass door that will take 2-3 days to complete. Don came out again 2 days later to install and finished the job in about 4.5 hrs. Not once did he sigh or become inpatient with the repair even when he hit a glitch. I am very comfortable recommending him to all my friends and family. I would use Don without hesitation for any future repair.

The new shower door looks wonderful. My sister, my mom's caregiver, was worried about the three inches less she would have to assist my mom in taking her weekly showers. My mom is handicapped and with the service man's assistance we came up with a solution on how to make the shower safer for my mother and sister to use. I inspected the shower door this weekend (Mother's Day) and it looks like a great job was done.

I got a call from our tenant that a golf ball had been hit through their window (from the golf course behind it.) I went on Angie's list and tried to find someone highly rated and local. I saw that this was a family owned business that was very close by and I left a message inquiring about the cost and the time frame for getting a window fixed. Don called me back, gave me a quote over the phone, and was able to schedule the window to be fixed the next morning. The service was quick and professional and I was so relieved to find someone who could address the problem so soon.

Don came out on one hours notice and promptly replaced the broken glass. Very professional. We will definitely use him again.

They were fine. There was a problem with it and he fixed the problem so he did follow up for us. The quality is good. We chose them 'cause they're local.

Don called back immediately and scheduled a time to measure that was convenient for me. He was on time and very professional. He returned the following week and installed the door - completely cleaned up all the broken glass and even repaired my screen door. I would definitely use him again.

Don returned calls promptly and arrived on time. He was able to come take measurements the same day I called and the glass was ready within a couple of days. Installation went smoothly and was according to the estimate.

(1) Created and installed custom shower door with an unsual "carved out" piece at bottom of glass: I called four different places to try to get the shower door that I was looking for. It was a 72" opening but comprised a 64" tub with a raised tile portion at the rear (a little shelf). I wanted two sliding doors without a stationary panel over the tile. Two places said they couldn't do it. One place said it would be over $1,000 unless I wanted low quality glass in which case it would be in the high $600s. Don (owner) at AllCitiesGlass spent time helping me to figure out the best approach to my project - including helping me to build the thing safely (a concern not shared by the low-ball price store when they offered me low quality glass over a wide spacial plane) - and then said "yes, I can do that". His price was for a quality product at a price that was very competitive and reasonable. He did it quickly and professionally, including thinking of the little things. (2) Installed four windows: I had a hard time with my window company (American Window Company in West Covina) and did not want them to install the windows I had purchased from them. Based on my positive experience with Don, I asked him for a price on installing four windows. He gave me a competitive and reasonable price - and did a great job installing them. OVERALL: I feel very grateful to know Don is there. If I need glass or windows, I will definitely put him at the front of the line.

We had a clear glass shower surround installed on a newly constructed stone tile shower and a new glass tub surround installed. The glass really is the finishing touch for both job and looks fantastic. Don is prompt, courteous and charges a fair price.

I own a condo 45 minutes away from me so sometimes it's a hassle to have work performed. All Cities Glass and Screen was a pleasure to work with. Don even answered the phone on his vacation day. He then went out to the property the next day to measure, and the glass (that needed to be ordered) was installed the following. I did not have to meet him at the property and was able to complete the business over the phone. Don's phone calls to me were immediate and his services were prompt. My tenant is very happy with the quality as well. I will most definitely use his services again if the need arises. Very friendly and professional.

I contacted several window companies for quotes. All Cities was the best, most responsive and innovative, especially when it came to one very large window and how to remodel it. They were prompt and very clean.

They are a new business and I was really impressed with them. He was on time for his estimate and gave me a firm price quote. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.
